Welcome to the beautiful Calico Kai vacation island house condo, located in the tropical Island House development directly at Rum Point, Grand Cayman.

The Calico Kai condo is fully equipped including a king sized bed in the master bedroom, with two double beds in the 2nd bedroom.  The condo is shaded under Australian pines and tropical palms and enjoys consistent tradewinds that come across from Rum Point through the facility to the Cayman Kai lagoon with no A/C required. Ceiling fans are throughout, and we have air conditioners in each of the bedrooms for our guests.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including the refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker,  charcoal BBQ grill and blender. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and the condo comes equipped with linens and towels, along with basic toiletries for your arrival. Chisholm's grocery is a 7 minute drive just down the road. The unit has Cable TV, stereo, phone and a small library.

Enjoy a swim in the freshwater pool that overlooks the Rum Point lagoon, or step across to Rum Point (a one minute stroll) and enjoy lunch and drinks at the Wreck Bar then nap in one of the many hammocks shaded by Australian pine.

Burn off some energy playing volleyball, or rent a jet-ski, sailfish, paddleboat or take the short trip to Stingray City with Red Sail Sports and swim with the Stingrays!  Full dive trips are also available. 

Take the water ferry from Rum Point across North Sound over to 7 mile beach at the Hyatt Hotel for Sunday Brunch or a day on 7 mile beach.
