Low Season - April 16 to Dec 14

5 Bedroom Rental: $5,625
4 Bedroom Rental: $4,500
3 Bedroom Rental: $3,750

"Rates are based on a 7 night stay.  3 night minimum during off season, 5 night minimum during high season."

A 10% government tax applies to all rentals.

50% deposit due at the time of reservations. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. $300.00 security deposit due by credit card authorization or additional check.

Cancellation Policy:  We refund your full deposit, less 4.75% credit card processing fee in the event you need to cancel 60+ days from your arrival date.  If you need to cancel less than 60 days from your arrival, we will work to re-book your dates.  We will refund your deposit less the credit card processing fee if we can re-book your dates.  If we cannot, we will apply your deposit toward a future travel time good for up to one year from your original, or the deposit will be forfeited.
