June 1 - October 31
$255 per night (5 night minimum)
$1,695 per 7 night stay

November 1 - May 31
$345 per night (5 night minimum)
$2,195 per 7 night stay

Christmas, New Years & Holiday Weeks
$385 per night (7 night minimum)
$2,495 per 7 night stay

Cleaning fee is included in the rental.

Rates are based on up to 4 persons.
An additional person charge is $25.00 per night, per person.
Maximum occupancy is 5.

Longer term rentals available upon request.
Larger and multiple unit rentals available for large groups.

All prices are in US Dollars.

A 10% Cayman Island Government tax applies to all rentals.

We can arrange a 4 door automatic with AC rental car for you at $300 per week low season, $325 per week high season and $350 Christmas week. Seats up to 5 adults.

Payment:
We process 50% of the total rental at the time of reservations and accept VISA,
MasterCard, American Express and cashiers checks.
We process the balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:

If a cancellation is required, we refund the full amount of the deposit 60 days + from the arrival date, less a 4.75% merchant card fee. For cancellations less than 60 days from the arrival date, we will refund the full amount of the deposit if we are able to re-book the canceled dates. If the canceled dates cannot be re-booked, we will apply the deposit toward a future booking during the same rental rate season, for 1 year, or the deposit is forfeited by the renter. You can purchase trip insurance from a variety of companies, if you think that your trip may be cancelled.
