Kai Time - Island House #14 - #40 Water Cay Road

Welcome to Kai Time.  This Island House was remodeled with all new furniture and appliances, and retiled, carpeted and painted in Spring, 2006.
Kai Time now offers free high speed wifi internet access, as well as a new VOIP phone allowing for free, unlimited international calls to be made from the condo to the US and Canada!"  Take advantage of these great new communications tools to stay in touch with family, friends and business and save hundreds of dollars
 
Enter Kai Time through a small foyer and up a few stairs to the first floor which has an open floor plan with living room, dining area and kitchen.  There is a powder room and a complete laundry room is off the kitchen.  There is also a small den with a fold out sofa for an extra bed off the living room.
Enjoy an indoor/outdoor feeling with 2 sets of sliding doors that open to a 2 story screened lanai that overlooks the cove and offers additional seating and dining areas. The stairway leads to the Master and Guest bedrooms.
 
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full bath ensuite and walk in closet.  There is also a balcony extending into the lanai with a seating area, also overlooking the cove.
The second bedroom has twin beds, also with bath ensuite, walk in closet and balcony extending into lanai.

Care to take your dip in a swimming pool rather than the Caribbean Sea? You can swim in our 20' x 40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is enough deck furniture provided for 20 people with a mixture of chairs, lounges and benches.
Enjoy a swim in the freshwater pool that overlooks the lagoon, or step across to Rum Point (a one minute stroll) and enjoy lunch and drinks at the Wreck Bar then nap in one of the many hammocks shaded by Australian pine.
