Kai Time Rental Rates:

January 3 - April 18
$350 per day; $2,450 per 7 night rental. (5 night minimum)

April 19 - December 11
$275 per day; $1,925 per 7 night rental. (5 night minimum)

December 12, 2006 - January 2
$375 per day: $2,625 per 7 night rental. (7 night minimum)



We "DO NOT" charge the $4.00 Resort Fee per day that all hotels do!
We "DO NOT" charge the 10% Hotel Service Charge per day that all hotels do!

"Special Monthly Rates" quoted on request.
 
*"UTILITY/DAMAGE/CLEANING DEPOSIT FEE"
There is an additional charge to the "Monthly Rates" quoted on request to guest of a Utility/Damage/Cleaning Deposit Fee. A deposit of $1000.00 USD per month is required. These charges will cover the cost of the following: Utilities (electricity, phone, water (if necessary), etc.) and any damage, loss or breakage incurred during occupancy and any cleaning necessary on the guest departure.
*Cayman Government Tax of 10% not included.
***Rates include Maid Service every other day.
***Rates include use of all amenities listed.
All Rates are in USD currency.
Tentative reservations are always accepted. Although, if a reservation is requested for the same time
period and a deposit is offered, the reservation backed with payment will take precedence. We do not
charge the $4.00 Resort Fee per day or the 10% Hotel Service Charge that all hotels do. All rates do not
include the 10% Cayman Government Accommodation Tax. Check In Time is 3:00 PM on the day of
arrival. Check Out Time is 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

A 10% government tax applies to all rentals

We process 50% down upon reservations with the balance due upon arrival.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Cashiers Checks.
