Deposit Requirements:
Up to and including 3 nights - Full Payment due upon booking.
Over 3 nights - 50% of stay, balance on arrival.
If cancellation or changes are received prior to 60 days of arrival in High Season or 30 days in Low Season - the deposit less a 5% service fee will be refunded.
