Welcome to the Hilltime Luxury Vacation Home, located in the upscale, pristine and relaxed Cayman Kai community on Grand Cayman's Northside.  Hilltime is appropriately named, as it is nestled atop a lush sloping hill that features a breathtaking panoramic view of the expansive beach and crystal clear Caribbean Sea and across the Island to George Town. Hilltime is a non-smoking home.

This is a 4 bedroom, all ensuite home that features 1 King, 2 Queen, & Twin Beds all with French Door Walkouts to private decks and the beach. Hilltime can comfortably sleep 8 people.  It has a private pool with Gazebo, decks and great snorkelling right off the beach.  It has a private TV room with cable and wireless DSL computer hook-up.

The natural cedar cathedral ceiling Great Room has a fully equipped kitchen, with Granite Counter Top and bar stools for Island and Peninsula seating as well as Dining and Living areas.  Double French Door Walkouts to the decks.  Outdoor showers and footbaths at the bottom of each set of stairs from the beach.

You have immediate easy access to some of the best snorkelling in all of Grand Cayman; right at your doorsteps.  The shallow coral reef formations run for miles in both directions and start in about 4 feet of water out to about 25 feet.  The Cayman Wall is a few 100 yards offshore.

The Hilltime kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and all the cooking supplies needed for a gourmet meal.  Adjoining the kitchen is a full service wet bar with wine fridge and barstool seating to share stories from the day.

There are a variety of excellent restaurants nearby, including the Rum Point Beach Bar for lunches, Kaibo Yacht Club Beach Bar for lunch and dinner and the fabulous Lighthouse in Breakers.   The Driftwood Sports bar is 1 mile down the road and offers lively gatherings and the best Sunday BBQ on the island.

Red sail Sports operates a full water sports centre at Rum Point, with jet ski’s, sunfish sailboats, snorkelling and scuba diving trips to Stingray Sandbar, Stingray City and other North wall sites.  Ocean Frontiers operate from East End and offer pristine diving in a variety of sites north, south and east.

Hilltime is 40 minutes from Georgetown and the Owen Roberts International Airport.
