A 3 night minimium is required.

All rates are subject to a 10% government tax.

50% down payment to confirm the reservation.
Final payment will be made two weeks before your arrival date.

Check out times are 10:00 am while Check in times are 3:00 pm for same day in/out clients.  A $60 late check out fee applies.

Check out times are 11:00 am while Check in times are 3:00 pm when there are not back-to-back in/outs.

Children are allowed.
No Pets.
Building is not handicap accessible.
Linens, towel and provided.
Total information package sent out to you after reservation.

We process 50% down at the time of reservations, with the balance due upon arrival.

We can arrange your rental car - 4 door automatic with AC via McCurley's Tours and Rentals.  McCurley's picks you up ant the airport in their mini bus, stop at the supermarket/liquor store then take you to the condo, where your car is waiting.  Airport return is included.  Rates are  $300/week low season, $350/week high season and $350/week Christmas/New Year's.
