Welcome to the Sea Cliff Resort, Grand Cayman.

Villa Siena is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2baths, attached Villa. It is approximately 3200 Square feet of living space in the quiet little village of Cottage. It is located on the south shore of Grand Cayman about 20 minutes from downtown George Town. The home is 15 minutes from The Kaibo Restaurant in Cayman Kai, and the Rum Point area. It is less than 5 minutes to the Lighthouse Restaurant and under 30 minutes to George Town.

The living and dining area on the first floor is beautifully appointed with Italian leather furniture with a 27" TV, Surround Sound, DVD/CD/VCR Entertainment Center. The TV can be viewed from the kitchen area while preparing meals. The kitchen has Black Granite counter tops, solid cherry cabinets, Whirlpool appliances and Kohler products are provided throughout the home. The house is completely furnished with state of the art kitchen supplies, pots, pans, spices, cutlery and appliances that will make any chef at home. The home has Italian Travertine Marble flooring throughout including the shower stalls from floor to ceiling.

The Master Bedroom Suite is on the first floor and has a King size bed with walk in closet with a private in-suite bath and shower. The Entertainment Center is a Surround Sound DVD/CD/VCR Multichanger with a 27 " TV. It also has a separate private entrance.

The second floor Master has a queen size bed, with an outdoor sitting area facing the ocean. It also has a 27" TV/VCR combination.

The second floor twin bedroom has two twin beds and a 20" TV/VCR combination.

The third floor Futon Tower room has a full size futon bed with TV/VCR combination and an outdoor observation deck / sitting area with a spectacular view of the surrounding area.

The Orange House has a choice of two pools. One large pool shared by all the owners of the development and one private pool with a Jacuzzi and outdoor shower that is shared by both the Purple and the Orange houses.

The house also has a washer, dryer and Central A/C in two zones. The house has cable TV. The home is comfortable, elegant and complete with plants and all the greenery of a private residence. There is also on site management.

The Orange house is across the street from the Seacliff private beach and also a public Heritage Beach. The Frank Sound Bay is a quiet, well-protected Marine Park. It is protected by a barrier reef and is almost always calm. The water is beautiful and crystal clear.

The Sea Cliff Orange House
The Sea Cliff Orange House is an immaculate, beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath luxury property designed in classic Caribbean style architecture with over 3000 square feet of living area. The Orange House features central AC, high ceilings with fans, shaded front porches off the main house and master bedroom, and is accented by large ceramic tile throughout.  The Sea Cliff Orange House can sleep up to 8 adults.
The ground floor includes a large living area with comfortable leather living room furniture, entertainment center with cable TV & VCR, dining room and inviting open kitchen equipped with all the latest appliances, granite counters, dining ware and amenities.  The dining room furniture offers elegant hardwood seating accented with a beautiful dining room table.
The 1st guest bedroom is also on the ground floor, with 2 twin beds and is delightfully decorated in tasteful Caribbean colors and wide ample closet space.
On the second floor, you will find the roomy master bedroom with a large king size bed and balcony which overlooks the Sea Cliff resort and has an ocean view.  The master bedroom also has a full private tiled bathroom and TV/VCR entertainment center.
You will also find the 2nd and 3rd guest bedroom on the second floor, with a queen size beds.  On the third floor is a uniquely designed sitting room loft with a panoramic view of every angle of Grand Cayman.  The loft has a futon bed which can sleep 2.  Tune into your favorite Caribbean tunes on the stereo while you enjoy the view from either the sitting room, or the scenic 3rd floor lookout deck.
The Sea Cliff Orange House shares a large private freshwater pool with the adjoining Sea Cliff Teal House, and includes a freshwater shower, lush lounge chairs and patio table and chairs, plus an outside BBQ grill.
Parking is available in your private garage along with ample parking outside.
Your walk to the beautiful, scenic and pristine private sandy Sea Cliff beach is less than a minute.  The Sea Cliff beach is on Grand Cayman's south side with virtually always calm waters to swim and snorkel.  Our Sea Cliff beach is adjacent to Heritage Beach, a Cayman National Trust site.  This combined beach area offers plenty of sand as well as shade under large grape trees and 2 large gazebos.
For dining, The Edge, The Lighthouse, Portofino's and David's Restaurant at Morritt's Tortuga Club are all 5 - 15 minutes away.  Take Frank Sound Road across the middle of the island, and explore the Mastic Trail for wonderful nature hiking then stop at The Botanical Gardens and spend a few hours touring one of Grand Cayman's most beautiful treasures.  This 65 acre national park features all of the botanic plants and flowers of The Cayman Islands and is home to the protected Blue Iguanas.
Just around the corner is Grand Cayman's Northside, with more miles of pristine beaches, great restaurants and beautiful Rum Point. 
For divers, Ocean Frontiers and Red Sail Sports offer world class wall, reef and night dives including trips to world famous Stingray City.
