Don/Linda,
My girlfriend and I just returned from our vacation on Grand Cayman and the Pools #1 condo was perfect for our needs. Being a stone's throw away from the beach made all the difference in the world. We had the best time snorkeling, sightseeing and just ran out of time to do all that we wanted to. Thank you both for making this dream vacation an easy endeavor. G. Griffin
12/09 Innesfree Villa Home - A vacation to remember...
Our family stayed in the Innesfree Villa for one week - the house and its grounds are just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. The house is simply stunning. This is without a doubt a vacation home to return to. There was not one thing that we needed.
The location was perfect, the beach was perfect, the house was just amazing. We spent a lot of time there both inside and out. You felt like a royalty due to the quality of the accomodations. This house compared to others I have rented over the years is by far at the top of my list for many reasons. Cayman will always hold a special place in our hearts with many memories that will forever be in our hearts.
Communcation with the property manager both on and off the island was impeccable.
Thank you to Don, Linda and Georgia for all that you did for us.

Innesfree Villa Home - Restful, relaxing, peaceful and stunningly beautiful
This villa is one of the prettiest I've rented on any of the caribbean islands (and there have been quite a few). The service by the property manager and McCurley's Car Rental was excellent from arrival to departure. The island itself is also one of the prettiest, clean and well kept, and the people were very friendly.
I highly recommend Grand Cayman Island and specifically this villa. The only drawback is that the beach just in front of the villa is not ideal for swimming (reeds grow in the shallow waters). However, there are a number of public beaches a short distance away.

11/09 "Cayman Breeze - Condo paradise on the Northside"
We were a party of 4 adults. We have never been to the Caymans before but have travelled to most of the Caribean. Loved the island and the condo. We were looking for a quiet oceanfront location away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown and were very satisfied with everything. Sitting in the pool with a cocktail overlooking the ocean is fabulous. The Rum point area is beautiful. The condo has everything you could ever want and more. Loved having the Lanai. We had all of our meals out there. We will definetely be back! If I had to pick one thing to improve on it would be more frequent racking of the beach. The Moffats, Burlington,Ontario Canada
"Georgetown Villa #113 - Great Family Time with ideal accomodations"
We appreciated the condo with it's quality and services ideally setup for a family in a perfect location. We liked the ground floor patio access with easy access to pool and ocean. The daily servicing staff and quick responsive property management were excellent.
10/09 "Mango Kai - Honeymoon Bliss"
This was the best vacation ever. The fact that it was our honeymoon made it even better. Mango Kai was definitely a great place to stay. We had our privacy (although we had no blinds downstairs-lol). It was peaceful. The air was great. There was lots of space. The jacuzzi was nice. Everything about the location was great. We used one of the kayaks-lots of fun. Most of the times we went to use the pool, it was usually empty-so it was like our personal space. I cant thank the Martins enough! It is a place that we would definitely recommend anyone to stay! 09/09 "Cayman Breeze - A great condo, on the best part of a beautiful island"
Just back from a wonderful week at Cayman Breeze on Cayman's North Shore! Spent most of the week under water; diving with Ocean Frontiers or snorkeling in front of the condo and in the area. Bathtub like water (both temp and calmness) enjoyed the time playing with all our fish friends. When we finallly managed to get out of the water the condo was beautiful and provided everything we needed. Home away from home. Enjoyed cooking, BBQing, cocktails and gorgeous sunrises. The private corner location was quiet and romantic. We'd go back tomorrow if possible. P.S.The mudslides at Kai Bo are the best on the island. Diver Ric
"Harvey Nicole - Grand Cayman"
Absolutely fabulous. Accomodations were excellent. Travel arrangements made by Don & Linda Martin were perfect. Couldn't have been easier for a dream vacation. Would definetly do this again.
"The Pools - Wedding/Honeymoon"
We absolutely loved staying at The Pools in Rum Point. It was the perfect spot for our honeymoon. Away from the hustle of crowds and very private. Great location and great facility! Thank you for the opportunity to stay there! Dave and Traci

"Awesome time at Fishbones in July 2009"
Fishbones was terrific! My wife and I rented the house with another couple. We're all in our early- to mid-thirties and my wife and I have a two-year-old and three-year-old. We were a little worried about spending a week together in the house, but it all worked out really well. The main reason was that the house was in terrific shape and very spacious. The pool was fantastic and the backyard opened up to the sea with a private walkway down to the water. We walked down to the shore every afternoon and snorkled off of a 6,000 foot wall!!! We definitely will be going back to fishbones again and again!

"Cayman Breeze - WOW! What a spot!"
Dear Don and Linda,
We couldn't be happier with the accomodations your beautiful condo provided. The kitchen was so well stocked, the beds were so comfortable and the screened in lanai was our very favourite spot to chill out. The snorkelling on the beach was really nice and we visited "our local" most every day after getting home from our day's snorkling safari around the island. Also, having the wireless internet was a big bonus - I managed to get our pictures posted to Facebook before we even left Cayman :) It was absolutely perfect and we look forward to staying with you again sometime! All the best,
The Carsons

"Cayman Breeze Accomdation Review"
Cayman Breeze was a delightful condo with all the amenities you would ever need to make your stay complete. The condo included many luxurious features and was well maintained. Grand Cayman is my favorite island and Rum Point one of the best places to visit while there. Even though the island is small, Rum Point is at the furthest point and far from Seven Mile Beach, the main beach area -- this can be challenging when wanting to shop and eat. If you love peace and quiet, a beautiful secluded beach with food and sports activites, and a place to stay that has everything you need, then I recommend Cayman Breeze. Bonnie

"Cayman Breeze - Best vacation experience we have ever had!!"
I chose the Cayman Breeze condo for our stay based on the location (we wanted quiet, away from the frequent touristy places), amenities (beautiful...can't put it any other way, fully loaded...lacked nothing), size (gave us a place "away" from our kids). The photos on the website don't do the Cayman Breeze justice. The beds rocked...never had a lack of sleep due to a bad bed. I have had a bad-bed experience before and it can completely ruin a vaca. The lanai for breakfast in the morning started every morning for us...cool breezes, the sound of the waves. Short drives to Rum Point, local restaurants, snorkeling...cant say enough good about the Cayman Breeze. We just took a mini-vaca and were again talking about how the Cayman Breeze had everything we wanted...location, pool, comforts of home. This will be where we stay next time we come without hesitation! Thanks Don and Linda!

"Pools #1 - Quiet - romantic get away/beyond beautiful"
Loved, loved loved it!! We felt very comfortable in our Cayman home - of 2 weeks. I know when I'm completely relaxed when a skinny dip in our pool isn't even given a second thought - ha ha. We were secluded yet steps away from Kiabo(a perfect little Island bar with great food and the best live entertainment). Rumpoint(where we got married) just around the corner is one of the most beautiful places on the Island offering the best frozen drinks(try a topshelf Mudslide for sure) and yummy lunches plus offers nicer restaurants with great wine lists for the pm hours. We also ate at the Lighthouse(which is a short drive down the road) a wonderful Italian eatery, lets just say you will be very satisfied! The big treat is Papagallo - go if you can!! My only complaint with Pools #1 would be no maid services - being on vacation for 2 weeks I'm really not into doing house work. This would be the only reason I would not stay again at Pools #1. But all in all the best vacation to date :D

"Fishbones Villa"
We got married at Fishbones Villa in May 2009. It was the most amazing place we have ever stayed. It took about three days to realize we weren't dreaming. We had everything we needed to get married there and had the most memorable honeymoon you could ever dream of. We will certainly stay there again. Thanks, -Vincent Washington, D.C USA

"Fishbones Villa - Our little slice of heaven"
The house was amazing. The location perfectly remote (what we wanted) and the scenery beautiful. The house itself had everything you could need and then some. Rolland Pouchie was the caretaker and was very accommodating with us. We arrived a day late due to a travel delay, which meant he had to leave his family to come to the house on a Sunday to open it up for us but he was very gracious and never seemed "put out". We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to be away from the 7 mile beach frenzy, yet still have luxurious accommodations. We will rent again from Don and Linda Martin at Cayman Island Vacations, and we would definitely stay at Fishbones again as well. Great vacation!

"Cayman Breeze - very comfortable. great for relaxing"
We rented the condo for ten days and had a wonderful time. The place was very comfortable. We were two plus our daughter and my sister and never once felt like we were on top of each other. There's enough room to spread out and the beach is right out the door. great snorkeling. a nice bit of reef and lots to see. diving is incredible in the Caymen Islands! Can't wait to go back.

"Georgetown Villa #303 - Great Escape in George Town "
My son and I stayed at the George Town Villas on a recent dive trip. #303 is a great townhouse to stay on Grand Cayman. It's in George Town and your backyard is the ocean. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be viewed from the deck. We also enjoyed watching the cruise ships come into George Town to drop off tourists who shopped at the many shops in George Town. We were treated a couple of nights with fire works from a ship anchored in the harbor. The place is nice and roomy. There is no elevator. Bringing groceries up and dive equipment is a good workout. Restaurants and grocery stores are a short drive away. There was a cell phone left on the counter. I assumed it was for our use. I purchased some minutes and it was quite useful throughout our stay. We rented a car this time which was very helpful in getting places. We had to get used to driving on the other side of the road. A challenge we were up to! Diving was out of this world. Red Sails is a great crew. It would be helpful if there were a booklet that could be used for instructions on how to get the TV to work. We had a minor problem that was fixed very quickly. We look forward to coming back to Grand Cayman. When we do we certainly would like to stay at the George Town Villas, room #303.

"Cayman Breeze - I want to go back!"
We stayed at the Cayman Breeze condo in May, 2009 and chose the property for it's location on the Northside in Cayman Kai. We liked the condo's location in the small North Pointe complex, which is on the 2nd floor on the East corner. It's very private, quiet and has a wonderful view of the ocean and beach from the screened lanai and master bedroom. I guess the owners call it Cayman Breeze as you can open the windows and doors and get an incredible cooling breeze that flows from the ocean through the unit. We were impressed with the photos and details on the owners website, but they really didn't do it justice. This condo is immaculate and super clean. There were 2 couples in our group and we both enjoyed the oversized king beds and pillow top mattresses. The free wifi came in handy when we had to check email and they have an internet phone in the unit, which allows you to make free calls back to the US. A nice feature to stay in touch with family without buying calling cards. We loved sitting on the lanai in the morning with our coffee and listening to the parrots in the grape trees next to us (our neighbors). There's a big BBQ pit on site for grilling and the full kitchen with dishwasher was a plus. The complex has a large pool with a shaded thatch roof cabana that overlooks the ocean and a huge sandy beach. We spent alot of time snorkeling up and down the beach right out in front of the condo. The reefs are in good shape and there's quite alot of marine life including lobsters, tropical fish, conch and we also saw a purple octopus. We were just about 5 minutes from Rum Point, which is a very cool spot for lunch and drinks. You can also take the snorkel boat out to Stingray City. Feeding the stingrays was a real treat! We loved this place and can't wait to go back!

Don & Linda -
We absolutely enjoyed our vacation in Grand Cayman. The Pools #1 townhouse was 'exactly' as your pictures on-line indicated. It was clean, well stocked, private and everything we would have wanted it to be. If we had to find a negative, it would have been that the TV in the living area did not work. Although we did not spend much time watching TV - none the less when we did our only choice was in the bedroom. We got to know a neighbor a couple of doors down and really enjoyed them as they educated us on Grand Cayman.
Loved the location of the condo in Rum Point. After driving around the island, wouldn't have wanted to stay any other place. Really liked Rum Point - from the beach to the little restaurant, the Wreck on the beach, one of our favorite spots! Also liked 'Over the Edge' - not a place we would have eaten at looking at the outside - had it not been for a recommendation. Good food, good service and one of the less expensive restaurants we ate in. We also ate at Kaibo Yacht club - went to their Tuesday Beach BBQ. Food was good, good entertainment but a bit pricey - unless you are big eaters as it is an all you can eat buffet.
We had no problems with the car rental - quick & easy - except those darn windshield wipers that clearly indicated to all that we were tourists! We literally drove all over the island.
We did the Stingray City form Rum Point and Aqua Boats in Georgetown (had been a gift from our kids).
We plan on going back to Grand Cayman and will certainly look to you when we do!
Thanks!

Hi Don & Linda
My husband and I have returned from our wonderful vacation on Grand
Cayman and I wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying at the Connie Kai/Scuba
Shack and the North side of the island! The home was absolutely lovely and the property
manager Roland was very helpful!
Having the pool was fantastic since the water was a little too rough for entry for a few days,
although that made the sound and sight of the waves even better! We followed the advice to
bring swim socks for walking the beach and getting into the water, which was very helpful. We
found the island easy to drive, but also enough conveniently located on the north side so that
anything we wanted was a quick trip there and back. Great
island, great home! We had a terrific time!
Best regards, Carol Gross

Don & Linda,
Just wanted to send a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Georgetown Villa Unit #203. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will be sure to recommend to friends and family.
I have attached a picture taken by the pool. Perhaps you can forward to the owners with our gratitude.
Thanks for all your help.

Hi Linda,
We had an amazing time!
The Kai-Lypso accommodations at Rum Point were perfect, it had everything we needed to live comfortably while we there there. We spent the majority of the time out on the patio, in fact, I am hoping to have a similar set up built at my next home! The furnishings were beautiful and the place was nicely kept.
Our car rentals through McCurleys went well and we explored so much of the island. It was not too hard to get used to driving on the left, much easier than when I was in Ireland. Much slower pace on Cayman.
We particularly enjoyed the bar and grill at Kaibo, we ate there both on our first and our last day on the island. The coconut crunchy curry fish dish was delicious, and I have attempted to recreate it here at home.
We spent so much time at Rum Point out in the water, snorkeling for hours at a stretch. My daughter and I were lucky enough to follow an octopus from place to place, watching him turn color to match his surroundings each time he moved. We were also amazed at a pair of Eagle Rays that came gliding by us in a graceful arc. We followed them for quite sometime as well, of course keeping our distance to remain safe.
We headed over to the beach at Morritts for one afternoon, and had the pleasure of swimming with the large school of tarpon that live under the dock there.
It was very difficult to leave, and we have all voted it our very favorite place we have visited, EVER!
Thank you so much, we had a blast!

Hi Linda,
We had a wonderful time! Everything was in order, car and condo. The Cayman Stead condo at North Pointe in Cayman Kai for Shaun and I was in a great location and very comfortable. The kids would have liked to be closer to more nightlife though. The weather was good, and we were able to snorkel in front of the condo and at other sites of the island.
Rum Pointe was great. We rented waverunners on Sunday and did the stingray tour on Wed. which was well worth it. I would highly recommend the trip. On the Edge Restaurant down the road was very good also.
Our daughter is already planning spring break for next year.
Thanks,
J. Kolle

Hello Linda,
Our vacation was perfect. We loved the Paradise Found at North Pointe condo (wish we could buy one!!); the car rental worked out perfectly; we didn't have contact with the property manager; we loved Over the Edge and the Kaibo bar; we spent most the time swimming/laying out on Cayman Kai (over by the Kaibo bar)
Thank YOU for assisting us in the last minute!!! We were upset to have to change our plans, but did enjoy our vacation very much. It was exactly what we wanted.
Thanks,

Dear Linda,
Our vacation at the Two Rainbows villa in Rum Point was great. It was one of the nicest villas we have rented. Size and layout was perfect for us and our son's family. The location on the beach was ideal.
The property management company for the villa was excellent. We had a short power outage one evening and we could not find any flashlights. Someone called and shortly arrived with flashlights.
The car rental through Marshalls was fine. We made a few changes at the last minute and they were accommodating.
We had Thanksgiving dinner at the Lighthouse restaurant and it was excellent.
When we go back to Grand Cayman some time we will definitely call you. Thanks for all your help.

Hi Linda,
We had a great time at the Parrot-ise vacation home in Cayman Kai! The house was perfect and well furnished - way more than I have ever experienced. We would return in a heart beat. The McCurley's car rental was perfect. McCurley and his wife BA were fantastic - great way to get a car - no hassles - drive you to and from house. Your service was outstanding. Thanks for everything. We'll be back!
R. McKnight
Hi Linda,
Just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed Parrot-ise. It was so well done. Had everything one needs and more. It was the best rental I have ever rented. Everything one needs or wants is there.
01/09
Hi Linda,
Our accommodations were great on Grand Cayman. Venezia Villa is really over the top. We weren't disappointed. The neighbors were also very friendly. I'm glad we chose a rental in the area that we did. The north shore is much more secluded and way less commercialized than "Seven Mile Beach".
The "Over the Edge Restaurant" is virtually a short stroll down the road was just what you'd expect from a local island hang out, a nice mix of locals and tourists enjoying good food, local drinks and a great atmosphere with ocean views.
Some of our favorite attractions were snorkeling, Stingray Bay, Rum Point and the Botanic Gardens. Shopping in Georgetown at the duty free shops was a fun thing to do for an afternoon. I guess you have to make sure at least one cruise ship is docked when you go because otherwise most of the shops will be closed.
All in all we had a great time and will go again. We'll definitely recommend it to our friends.
Cayman Island is a great destination because of the fact that being only 7 miles by 22 miles no attraction is too far away, even if you do have to drive on the left.
Sincerely
The Carbones

Don & Linda,
We had a super time in Cayman. The Bonnie's Arch condo was immaculate and beautiful. We enjoyed cooking many of meals there and spending time on the balcony. The view was spectacular. We snorkeled many times right off the back edge. We saw turtles, a stingray, a squid, a peacock flounder, a puffer fish and many varieties of marine fish and corals. We dove with DiveTech and SunDivers. They were both very nice and accomodating. Our favorite eatery was Ginos!!!! Love that pizza! We also had dinner at the Cracked Conch which was very nice. One evening we dined at Alfressco just down the road and it was also quite good. Snorkeling at Cemetary reef was also great. We loved being away from the bussle of the 7 mile beach area but close enough to walk or take a short drive to whatever we wanted. Marshall's Car Rental were very efficient and professional.
We will definitely be returning to Cayman soon and we will tell our friends about your personal services.
Thanks so much,
Carol, Joe, Cheryl, Amy, Adam and Kristina from KC

Hello Linda,
We had a very enjoyable vacation on Grand Cayman with our family.
Between our two daughters and their families and friends of theirs, we had
16 people staying in four of the units at the North Pointe condos.
Cayman Breeze was the nicest of the four condos. Our daughter, who has an
eye for decorating, commented that furniture and accessories made a world of
difference in the condo decor. Everything was lovely. Thank you for letting us
stay in such delightful condo!
When we arrived everything was in order and ready for us.
We would definitely stay at Cayman Breeze again and would be happy
to be a positive reference for anyone that wanted to talk with us.
Thanks again for all your assistance and flexibility with adding a day on
the front end of our trip.
Lee & Mary Baker
Also, BA and McCurley's Rental Car service were great. Great way to rent a car on Grand Cayman with airport pick up and drop off. McCurley gave us great info and advice on the way out to the house and really pounded into our heads on how to drive and stay out of trouble.
You advice on things to do and info were very helpful also. It was a pleasure renting through you!! When going back we will rent through you again.
Thanks,
Rodney McKnight

Hi Linda,
I wanted to say "THANK YOU" for helping me plan the trip to the Cayman Islands for my husband and I. We had the most wonderful time staying at The Pools #1. It was so peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed our 15 year anniversary dinner at the Lighthouse. The food there was excellent.
So now we are planning next years trip to the Cayman Islands and we are in need of a bigger place, because now after showing all of our pictures from out vacation, everyone wants to come with us.
My first trip to the Cayman Islands was the best time, the island is just breath taking, the people there are so kind and wonderful ( we meet a few of the locals and had some great conversations) .
The warmth and beauty will keep me coming back every year!!!!
Thanks you sooooo much for all your help,

Good day Linda,
Thank you for following up on our stay on Grand Cayman!
It was absolutely wonderful! A vacation well spent! The Sea Cliff property most definitely exceeded our expectations. The property managers, Pearlene and Opal were friendly and quite helpful.
We do have intentions of planning another visit and plan to book both the Sea Cliff Lemon and Lime houses at that time. It may even be a wedding to be held on the beach in front of the villa! As soon as we set our date and confirm our parties I will contact you for availability and cost.
Thank you again and we look forward to our next visit!
Thanks and regards,

Hi Linda,
This trip to Grand Cayman was our first trip to the island - and we loved it! It was certainly the right place to relax on the beach, read a book, swim with the fishes and get a great tan. Our family agreed The Beaches & Beyond condo in Rum Point was just the right size for our family and we took advantage of the pool and spa and relaxed in fresh water after a day of snorkeling. The Kaibo bar & grill was a perfect place to eat and a very easy walk home.
All in all, our trip to the Caribbean was everything we thought it would be. The locals were very friendly and accommodating, and did not make us feel like a tourist. The restaurants were wonderful - usually on the beach, not crowded, great food and great service. The Lighthouse, The Wharf, even margaritas at the poolside bar of the Ritz-Carlton at sunset. Did I mention that we loved the water and beaches and the bar & grill at Rum Point! Now that we have adapted to the challenge of right hand drive and learned to navigate the round abouts, we would love to return sometime. Thank you so much in helping us with the condo rental.

Hello Linda,
We enjoyed our trip to Grand Cayman quite a bit, as we mainly went for the diving and snorkeling. Both were exceptional during our 1st week in August stay. The Fishbones House we stayed in on the Queen's Highway was spectacular with the private pool, great ocean view and private steps down to the water's edge for snorkeling. Ocean Frontiers treated us quite well and gave us a nice discount based on your reference.
Thank you for your help and insight on the island, activities and accommodations.

Hi Linda,
Our Grand Cayman vacation was marvelous. We loved every minute. Our Plantana accommodations on 7 mile beach were wonderful. Beautiful location and incredible beach. We would love to return to Plantana and will be in contact when that time arrives.

Hello Linda,
We had a great trip to Grand Cayman! We dove with Sundivers and would recommend them to anyone. The Coco Plum condo was just fine for what we wanted. The location worked out perfectly, close to the grocery store, Georgetown and only about ten minutes from the dive shop, it fit all of our criteria. The snorkeling at the beach was good. We ate at Macabuca a couple of times because the dive shop is located there and it was pretty good. The Wharf was also good, especially the dessert, we would go back just for that. The rental car agency was reasonable and professional. We will definitely be back to Cayman. Thanks for all of your help in planning a wonderful vacation. Cindy Gay

Hi Linda,
We loved the Paradise Found condo at the Kaibo Yacht Club in Rum Point. We liked shopping at Hurley's grocery store enroute to condo.
Red Sail Sports trip with Captain Jimmy to Stingray City sandbar -superb. Cayman Kayaks the biobay & mangrove trips were highlights.
Marshalls Rental Car worked out fine as well.
THANKS for the good arrangements & help! Myra Klepzig

Hi Linda,
We had such a wonderful time at the Kai Time Island House on Grand Cayman last week.
It was the vacation of a lifetime. We sure did not want to leave.
I am ready to go back. As a matter of fact, I am almost sure we will be vacationing there again next year.
Thanks so much for all of your help. The house was wonderful.

Dear Linda,
We truly enjoyed our week at your serene Cayman Breeze condo. We spent many hours snorkeling out back, at Rum Point, Eden Rock and Frank Sound. Our favorite dining experiences included Kaibo & Guy Harvey's. We highly recommend booking any aquatic adventure with Peter from Fat Fish Adventures (345.327.4973). Another highlight of the week was spending time with other guests at the pool discussing stories of dives. We also had a blast at the Reef Resort where Andrew Bacon does the "Name That Tune" contest. It was a riot.
Thanks again for a great week!

Dear Linda,
What an excellent vacation! We're so happy we opted to stay at your Cayman Breeze condo. The condo itself is lovely, comfortable and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay so much. The ocean water is wonderful and we spent alot of time in it - expecially at Rum Point - we loved that spot. You must go to the Lighthouse for dinner - it's fabulous with excellent service. We were sorry to go, but happy to have been and hope to return someday soon.
Thanks and God bless.

Hello Linda,
Thank you so much for helping make our family vacation and Mom's birthday celebrations such a memorable time!
The Sea Cliff Lemon house is beautiful and our entire family had the vacation of a lifetime... The highlights of the trip.. swimming with Stingrays at Stingray city, Rum Point and sending family/friends postcards from 'Hell'..
The Lighthouse restaurant was fantastic and the perfect setting for my Mom's 60th birthday dinner (thank you for the recommendation)! Fresh food, wonderful service and a very special surprise for my mother when the wait staff delivered a wonderful slice of Birthday Tiramisu and gave my mother a beautiful picture of her blowing out the birthday candles with a big smile on her face.
All of the family have agreed, Grand Cayman is one of the best Caribbean islands we have visited. We have been recommending your beach house as the perfect location/perfect place to stay while visiting the island.. a tropical paradise away from home with easy access to to George Town while providing a very private setting right on the beach in the preferred quite part of the island.
Words cannot express our thanks to you for sharing your wonderful house with our family!! We look forward to staying at the Sea Cliff Lemon or Lime House in the very near future...
Warmest Regards...

Hello Linda!
We just arrived home from an absolutely FABULOUS honeymoon trip to Grand Cayman and incredible stay at the Parrot-ise hosue! We plan on booking again in June 2009, just need to check out dates first. Amidst the beauty of it all, on the last night, a 400 pound (est) sea turtle climbed into the back yard and nested about 3 feet away from us as we sat on the beach. Pictures are incredible, as was the experience! No wonder you love it there! Couldn’t of asked for anything more. Thanks for all your help, Marshall’s car rentals was easy and convenient. Hi Linda,
Everything was wonderful! The Kai-Lypso Island House #19 at Rum Point was just perfect for the six of us and the Coconut Grouper at the Kaibo Restaurant was excellent. It was the first time we traveled out of the country and with your suggestions and recommendations it was seamless and perfect vacation. We spent allot of time in the water at Rum Point and of course fed and held the sting rays at Sting Ray City. Just as you stated the people who live there are very friendly.
Thanks for your help! If we ever go back you can bet we will be contacting you for your help and accommodations.
Many Thanks,

Hello Linda –
The Sea Cliff Lemon house was great, the view was great, my family had a great time! This was our first trip as a family outside the U.S. and I was concerned the house wouldn’t be what we expected. However, that was certainly not the case. Given the number of people we had at the house … I was concerned that we would be stepping over each other. That was not the case either. We had a great time.
Thanks for all your help.

Hi Linda,
This trip to Grand Cayman was our first trip to the island - and we loved it!

Hi Linda,
We had such a wonderful time at the Kai Time Island House on Grand Cayman last week.
It was the vacation of a lifetime. We sure did not want to leave.
I am ready to go back. As a matter of fact, I am almost sure we will be vacationing there again next year.
Thanks so much for all of your help. The house was wonderful. K Alexander

Dear Linda,
We truly enjoyed our week at your serene Cayman Breeze condo.
The Baugers

Dear Linda,
What an excellent vacation!
Peter & Michelle G.

It was a beautiful time. Cheers to you both!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time on Grand Cayman!! It was her graduation trip. We did our open water certification scuba dive with Ocean Frontier, whom you recommended, and felt so taken care of. We loved the Island, the beautiful Cayman Breeze condo, great service, and the dives. I have another daughter graduating next year and that's where she wants to go. Hope to be making plans next spring.
Thanks, C. Roth
Dear Linda,
Thank You for follow up to our vacation in Cayman. We had a wonderful time. The Treasure Island condo on 7 mile beach was perfect. Also perfect location and time of travel. The rental of the property through you was such a pleasant, easy, and painless experience. My husband and I have rented condo's and vacation homes before and you are at the top.
This was an ideal location for my daughters and step daughters. Very close to safe dance clubs. Two within walking distance. They were dancing every night except Sunday of course.
My husband and I snorkeled twice a day. We went other places on the island but because it was right outside the condo it couldn't be beat.
We wouldn't hesitate going back to this condo for the location, price, and amenities.
Sincerely, The Louzon Family

Hi Linda
I think this is the first week I’ve not spent at least an hour or so of my day dreaming about the We’ll Sea home and our Grand Cayman vacation. We had a terrific time overall and will do it again when time allows.
The rental car process worked very nicely and the owner of McCurley's was helpful and knowledgable. The house location was terrific for us, being able to walk to Rum Point with the kids. We loved being in a quieter area than 7 mile beach and we found that every time we did travel to the other side, we longed for “our house on the beach” and couldn’t wait to get back to it.
We ate at many of the recommended restaurants. . . The Lighthouse, Rum Point, the place right before the Lighthouse was awesome—I can’t remember the name, but a small place on the water’s edge with lots of seafood on the menu—the rental car owner recommended it; Ragazzi’s, 7 mile beach area. Loved it. The Brick House, after grocery shopping; Good ‘ol Pizza Hut for the kids. . .they loved it.
Activities. . . hanging out in the ocean in front of the house, kayaking and seeing the sting rays, starfish, etc. We also got to see a water spout off in the distance toward 7 mile beach. Very cool. We enjoyed Rum Point and the Turtle Farm. The kids snorkeled for the first time there and had a great time. It was the perfect place, really, to learn how to snorkel because they’re in a confined area and they could just keep going around and around on their own, without us supervising. The employees at the Turtle Farm were exceptionally pleasant and it was just a nice, relaxing place to be. We visited “Hell” before we left the area and that was a good giggle for the boys. They came back to their Catholic school, telling their friends that they visited “hell.”
We would love to stay at “We’ll Sea” again. We have very warm, wonderful memories of the island and it has to be one of our favorite beach vacations! Thanks so much for your preparation in getting us there and thanks for the follow up.
Take care,
K & G Williams
Hi Linda,
Our Grand Cayman vacation was more then we expected. The 7Up condo in Rum Point was great, in an excellent location, and away from all the cruise ships. We had a wonderful time and will recommend renting with you in the future.

Our Grand Cayman vacation was wonderful and we enjoyed the Sea Cliff Orange home very much. Opal took very good care of us and we all enjoyed visiting with her when she stopped over to bring us a BBQ grill. We met the neighbors while we were there and also enjoyed the conversation. Thanks for your help and we will definitely visit the Caymans again.

We had a great time, the Venezia Villa house was very nice. The Restaurants were wonderful, great food, great scenery. I would recommend Wall to Wall divers for diving, Dusty and Gary are the guides I would ask for. Top notch!
Overall it was a fantastic vacation! We are looking forward to diving there again and will certainly keep you in mind for accommodations.
We had a wonderful neighborhood dog that visited us several times per day.
Thanks Linda R. Bright

Linda and Don,
We had a wonderful, superb, great vacation!! Thank you for directing us to the Rum Point side of the island. It was exactly what we wanted! Just some various thoughts about this vacation:
This is the first time we have ever used the internet to book something with a firm that was not known to us. The payment was made just as discussed. The condo unit was exactly as pictured. So we were very pleased with the integrity of your firm.
· You were prompt in answering our ongoing questions and gave us good information.
· We used Marshall’s car rental and everything went smoothly. Having a right hand drive car made the transition to driving on the opposite side of the road easier. The car looked brand new and was perfect for our needs. Brian enjoyed driving around – we did quite a bit of driving.
· We didn’t interact with the property manager – as there was no need – we had everything we needed.
· The unit was perfect! We enjoyed being on the second floor. The view was beautiful. The condo was well stocked with everything we could want or need. We liked having the washer and dryer so we didn’t need to pack so much. The was an iron and ironing board, hair dryers, lots of towels, and a well equipped kitchen. The furniture was comfortable which was one of the reasons we choose this unit. The bed was perfect.
· Many days we had the pool area to ourselves – what a bonus! I enjoyed walking around on the various beaches and loved the large starfish.
· We used the kayaks only once as it was quite windy while we were there.
· As I love to walk the beach we went to SMB a couple of time when the cruise ships were not in.
· We went on a snorkel trip with Ocean Frontiers and enjoyed it very much.
· This trip we spent most of our time getting to know the island but next time I think we will so more snorkeling and maybe a boat trip – not sure if you can get to one of the other islands by boat and back again in one day? We liked being next to the Yacht Club and watching the activity at the docks – there was a wedding while we were there.
· We loved Kaibo’s food – wished their menu was a bigger and then we could have eaten there every day! We tried Portifino’s – Brian said the curry was the best he has had – my selection was ok. Lighthouse food was excellent! Over the Edge was ok and surprising enough I enjoyed the coconut shrimp at Breezes in Georgetown.
Overall, it was one of the best vacations we have had. We now know we are not cruise people but condo rental people!
· Please express our thanks to the owners of 7-up for allowing us to enjoy their place (which we could never afford) and for looking after the small details for renters. It is truly paradise.
Thank you for your good service and we look forward to going again in 2009! We arrived back to a snow storm of 40 cm of snow and it has not melted yet even though it is officially spring! It has been a long, snowy, cold winter and we are grateful that we could get away to Cayman!

Hi Linda,
I meant to write to you the day I returned. We had an absolutely fabulous time. The Northern Lights condo was exactly as you described and then some. I loved the solitude of the location and the view was truly stupendous. It was comfortable, well furnished and well supplied. We lacked for nothing. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the snorkeling, what a grand location!
The Red Sail sports provided the perfect scenario to get our kids in the water around the sting rays and snorkeling on the nearby reef.
I also appreciated all the other suggestions on your website although we did our own shopping. The rental car worked out fine too. We did spend a few afternoons at Rum Point Beach which really pleased the kids.
I would go back in a heartbeat were it not for the fact that there is a huge world out there to explore. When we do come back, rest assured we would come back through you and probably to that very same condo.
Thanks for all your help,
The Day family

Hi Linda! We did indeed have a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The Venezia Villa we rented on Northside was so private and the view was amazing. The girls especially loved the two dogs that were there most of the time and the beautiful shells they found each day. We are always a bit nervous renting on the internet, however, this was everything you claimed. We would love to come back and bring our sons someday. Thanks so much for everything.

We are now back from our holiday in Grand Cayman.(Boo Hoo) We had a fabulous time and just wanted to let you know that we thought the "We'll Sea" accommodation was every bit as great as you said it was-if not better. We totally loved the house, the location, the facilities. Thanks for helping to make our vacation a dream come true!

Linda: What a great place! We loved the Sea Cliff Teal house, it was a peaceful place to say and it suited our family of four quite well. The rental car was fine and good on gas.
I would definitely stay in the teal house again. Opal was a big help when we lost power for an hour. She found us some candles and it made for a nice family night.
Again, we really enjoyed the place, the weather was breezy but still better than the 32 degrees in Cleveland!
Have a great day. The Walsh family
03/08 - Hello Linda!
We enjoyed our vacation immensely! The Connie Kai oceanfront home is in a great spot, away from the hectic side of the Island. The home sat in a beautiful location, we loved the private pool, beach area and spacious home itself. We are also big game players and readers, so we loved the game selection and the extra books.
We would definitely visit again!
The Niergarth family
Hi Linda,
We had a great time the Sea Cliff Pink house was awesome. Sometimes you can’t tell from the pictures but this was better than expected. Opal was great. She came to check with us a couple of times and helped us with any questions we had. We went diving a couple of times with Off the Wall divers and went to Rum point and governor’s beach for snorkeling. The people at Marshalls were great and the car was perfect. We will definitely book through you guys again. Thanks for everything!!!!

03/08 Hi Linda,
Our Cayman vacation was wonderful. We enjoyed the island and the friendliness of everyone. We used the bus and taxi service. Our last night on the island we went to Fisherman’s Reef, and had a wonderful meal. My husband had the scallops, and I had the sea bass, the best I have had. We befriended a taxi driver by the name of Jerry Bush; he gave us a tour of the island, along with being there whenever we needed a ride. I cannot tell you what a pleasant man he is, we plan to keep in touch with him.
The Turtle Reef condominium was beautiful and well equipped. We plan to return to the island again!
Thank you for following up with us. Regards, Rena
Hi Linda,
We had a great stay at the Ocean's Edge condo in Cayman Kai. The rental car agency was helpful and friendly and we loved the Northside of the island. Not so crowded, greal local places to eat and hang out and nice snorkeling!
Thanks, The Flanders family
02/08: Hi Linda,
We had a terrific time on Grand Cayman.
We never rented a house before but we enjoyed our stay. After 15 years of vacations in January at Caneel Bay, we all liked the privacy and casualness of it. And the Parrot-ise house is great. Doesn't get better, I don't think. Very comfortable and well equipped. You did everything as though you expected guest to use what you would want to use in the house. It was just right.
Your property manager was excellent: always there with the one or two minor mishaps that occurred. He was always accessible.
It is a great place for snorkling almost anywhere, off our own beach or Lone Point Beach, on the West End, as well. That is really what it is about. The North Shore is less packed with people. It was good to get way from the Seven Mile Beach glitz, crowds and traffic. But we could still get there deliberately if we wanted to.
The restaurants are very good, some of the best! Even on the north shore they are good, food is fresh and the people try to make everything right. Sometimes you want to get a simple dinner and not get very dressed for it. But you still want the food to be decent. That is what it was...Always just right.
It was a real nice vacation!! We would go back!

Hi Linda,
We had a wonderful time at the lovely Laughing Waters home. Everything went smoothly from the time we landed until we went home. Marlene even called to check on us when we arrived. Since I like to cook we stayed in most of the time and grilled fresh fish and shrimp. We really had a wonderful stay and when we return in the future I will call you. Thank you so much for your help.

02/08:
Hi Linda,
The Pools condo at Rum Point was great! It was perhaps the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on. This was our third trip to the island (and definitely not our last) and the first time staying in Cayman Kai. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and all the walking, snorkeling, and kayaking there was. The privacy offered by The Pools was outstanding. We ventured into Georgetown a few times and didn't mind the drive at all - it was nice to see so much of the island. Having the Kaibo yacht club so close by was definitely a treat and we enjoyed getting to know some of the locals and the great folks who work there. We also took advantage of Cayman Kayak's bio-luminescence tour which I would highly recommend to everyone on the island!
Thanks again! We look forward to our next visit where we are already discussing going down with another couple and perhaps renting a house! We'll be in touch next year to see what other great rentals you have!
Best, Barb

Hi Linda,
Thanks for following up! There is absolutely nothing I can tell you that needs improving, as everything was perfect. We were very happy with the Mango Kai Island House condo, the property manager responded immediately when we had no hot water (it was just a timer thing), and BA/McCurley’s car rentals was fantastic! I can definitely promise you that if I ever return to Grand Cayman, I will contact you to rent Mango Kai again. I cannot think of a more perfect place to stay!
Thanks again!

Don & Linda,
Nice to hear from you. We had a great time at your beautiful Cayman Breeze condo on the North shore. Very different from the other side of the island. It had a laid back island feel. We did alot of sport fishing and just plain took it easy. You did a very nice job on decorating and furnishing your condo. The wifi internet and free international calls were also a very nice bonus. We had a great stay. Thanks for the hospitality. HLaka

Hi Don and Linda,
I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you the one thing that was wrong with our vacation …………. It wasn’t long enough at that wonderful Kaibo Kai condo!!! Five days is way too short a time to spend in the Caymans.
That was our first time to the Caymans and it was the best place we’ve ever been. Our condo at Kaibo Kai was unbelievable! Not just the location, but the furnishings and the condition. I’ve never stayed in a place so immaculately maintained. The décor was fabulous and everything (and more) that we would have needed was there. Your owner certainly knows how to do it!
Please let the owner know how very thrilled we were to be there and we certainly want to go back again. Please feel free to use me as a reference for your professionalism and assistance or if someone is thinking about staying in the condo.
Wishing you the best,
Barbara Dunn

Hi Linda / Hi Don,
Everything went very well on our vacation in Cayman. The Conchy Kai Island house was perfect, very nice and very spacious. The location at Rum Point was spot on as described and expected. The pickup with McCurley's Car Rentals worked very well and the stop at the grocery is also a great idea. Overall brilliant and we hope to do it again!
Thanks again for all of your help.

Hello Linda!
We want to thank you for our fabulous stay at Mango Kai in Rum Point! It's a lovely condo and decorated so beautifully!! We met Donna, next door, and she's a wonderful person. BA and McCurley's Car Rental was at the airport on time to pick us up and she took us to Hurley's for groceries on the way out to Cayman Kai. We really enjoyed our stay at Mango Kai and we thank you for your welcoming hospitality.
All the best,

Hi Linda
I returned home to 10 degree weather and an inch of ice on my windshield after being parked in the long-term airport lot for 10 days. Where do you think I'd rather be right now?! We loved the Sea Cliff Pink house and the location. We "discovered" Colonial beach by Rum Point and really enjoyed the snorkeling there. I can't believe I never made it into Georgetown the whole time I was there. The Driftwood barbeque was delicious and Over the Edge was very relaxing with a great view. Hope to see you again.

Hi Don and Linda. We had an amazing trip!
We got off to a very rocky start with no luggage for
three days. No fault of anyone other then good old
USAIR.
Opal and Pearl, the property managers were lovely to deal with.
They were genuine and friendly. And always followed through with
any questions/concerns we had.
We had a lovely time by the pool with the sweet folks:
Ann and Richard who stayed in the pink house.
Mike thought your suggestion of diving with The
Frontier group was excellent. He really enjoyed his
dives with them.
Our favorite spot was Rum Point.....I bet we were
there at least every other day! This was an island
utopia for us.
The Sea Cliff Teal House was beautiful, well equipped and super
clean. Heritage beach across the street was absolutely
gorgeous at all hours of the day and night.
We would love to someday return to a GC vacation we
have all deemed "our most relaxing trip!"
Many thanks,
Amy Baram
01/08:
Linda,
We had a great time! The Sea Cliff (Lime) house was really just what we wanted. The house is lovely and well appointed. Everything was clean and in good repair. We really enjoyed the option of having breakfast and maybe a lunch and look out on Frank Sound with all its peace and beauty. Having the garage was a real bonus, as was the entertainment systems and washer and dryer, all of which got their work out with our crew. We still talk about the great times we had in Grand Cayman, and while the devaluation of the US dollar makes it pricey, we would do it again.
The mini-van from Marshall's was perfect, except for a tire that probably had a nail, because it would loose air every 48 hours or so. But I had no problems with that minor inconvenience; plenty of gas stations to fill it up.
I would highly recommend this property, and have already to some friends. While it is a drive from Georgetown, it is a great setting, beautiful sunsets, and a quiet location.
Do you represent any other properties in other parts of the Caribbean?
Thanks again, we had a marvelous time!!!

Don and Linda,
We had an wonderful vacation and the condo was great. Kai-Lypso Kai Unit # 19 had every convenience we could have asked for and we could not have found a nicer or cleaner place. The furnishings were incredible and very comfortable for our family of 4. The DSL worked perfectly and I was able to hook my computer and stay in touch with our family over the holiday ( Used the "Magic Jack" to phone over the computer and it worked great) .The weather was sunny every day and the back patio turn out to be a great place to read a book and enjoy a cocktail. We spent most of our time on the beach which was nice and quiet. The beach bar was perfect for lunch every day and they have a very friendly staff that made it a lot of fun.You guys were great and I would rent from you again in a minute. It was nice to get exactly what we were promised.Car Rental - I made a reservation with Budget but our flight was delayed ( Will Never fly Spiritair again) and the Budget rental office was closed. Fortunately Marshall's Rental office was open and we were able to get a nice car. I didn't think about rental car office being open when I arrived and probably should have taken you up on the rental you offered.
Thank you again for setting up this wonderful vacation.

Hi Linda,
Everything was fantastic. We had a wonderful time, and the Pools condo at Rum Point was perfect - exactly what we wanted. We'll definitely be back - this time hopefully with the rest of our family - perhaps you can suggest a four bedroom house in the same area?
Happy Holidays,

Hi Don and Linda,
Laughing Waters was really nice. Loved the privacy of the home and the awesome views all day long. Great to have sun or shade at anytime of the day. Caught some of the biggest Barracuda right out behind the villa. Enjoyed having dinner a couple of nights at The Hideaway, saw the Barefoot Man perform, did lunch at Rum Point a couple of days, but mostly just took in the views from the verandah. We've stayed in about 20 villas in the Caribbean and this was one of the best yet. Thanks for your help.

Dear Don,
I want to let you know about how professional both Linda and you have been from a communications perspective on this vacation rental. I have rented vacation properties several other times and never have I had both an email and a hardcopy of the rental information as quickly as this, with as much information included. I appreciate your promptness and thoroughness.
Have a good holiday season.

Dear Linda,
Thanks so much for the follow up on our vacation. We had a great, relaxing time! We loved the location of the Treasure Island oceanfront condo and would definitely stay there again if heading back to the Caymans.
The property manager, Debra, was quite cheerful and helpful.
Thanks,

Hi Linda,
We truly loved your Cayman Breeze condo. The lay out is very conducive for 2 couples. The lanai was perfect. There was almost always a breeze to enjoy. We had a wonderful time, and your idea about the valet car rental with McCurley's worked out fantastic. We will certainly contact you on our next trip to the Caymans!

We had an absolutely FANTASTIC stay at your Cayman Breeze condo. You guys had everything there that we needed and then some. We really enjoyed how everything was furnished as if it was your primary home. The weather was great while we were there despite there being a slight scare when we saw Tropical Storm Noel getting close, but thankfully it headed further east and all we experienced were some moderate winds. We were pleasantly surprised about the level of privacy we had and that we never saw anyone in the entire complex or pool area throughout our stay.
We spent most of our time at Rum Point and enjoyed the trip to Sting Ray City along with some other snorkeling in the area. We stopped at Kaibo for lunch a couple times during our stay and also checked out the Driftwood bar right by the condo and had dinner at Over the Edge about 5 miles down the road. We took a day trip to the Seven Mile Beach area and had lunch at the Westin outdoor bar and dinner at Deckers across the street. I'm sure I left out a lot of details, but we really did have a phenomenal time. I would recommend your Cayman Breeze condo to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.
Thanks again,
Cris Kliczak
Hi Linda,
We had a wonderful vacation. The accomodations at your Cayman Breeze condo were great and the pool was really clean. The highlight of our trip was the enormous manta ray we saw while snorkeling right outside the condo. It was as big as a bus! Thanks for everything.

Hi Linda,
Wow! Everything was fantastic, and loved the privacy and peace and quiet at The Pools condo. We have no complaints about anything at all, it was a great week long getaway for my wife and myself.
Best Regards Mark J.

Thanks Linda,
Vicki and I had a great time in Grand Cayman.
We enjoyed the stay at the Tranquil Fruition Condo.
We look forward to coming back again.
Thanks for all your help.

July 2007
Hello Don and Linda,
Well we all had a wonderful family holiday on Cayman. Sea cliff Lime House was perfect and so very clean. What we love so much about the island is the safety factor, it is a beautiful island and the people we met will always be in our thoughts. During our month long visit we had the time to get to know the island and some of the ins and outs of life here. I know we will return in the Winter next time though cause it was just too hot for us Irish in July.
Our top picks would have to be the snorkelling in Smiths Cove and East End, lazy afternoons at the beaches in Rum Point and Seven Mile Public Beach, dinner at Portofino's. The Turtle Farm is a MUST when visitng and of course Stingray City is also a fave.My husband spent alot of evenings at the local watering hole the Pirate's Cove, meeting with alot of locals and making new friends. All in all an unforgettable experience that will be cherished by our family always. What really made everything so special for us was the beautiful Lime House and the location we stayed in was perfect, not too close but not too far either.
Please say hi to Pearline and Opal and her lovely son Roland, we so enjoyed talking to him. The memories go on and will stay with us in our hearts.
Regards,Michelle
Hi Linda
Our Grand Cayman vacation trip was fantastic and the new Harvey Nicole condo was outstanding. Could not have been better. We will be back!

Dear Linda,
Thank you very much for the wonderfull accommodations at the Cayman Breeze condo during May 2007! We really enjoyed snorkeling off Rum Point and swimming with the stingrays. The snorkel and reef trip with Red Sail sports was great. Snorkeling at Smith's Cove was the best offshore snorkeling we found. Snorkel at the Reef Resort in East end at noon, when they feed the fish there.
We really enjoyed the screened in lanai at the condo. What a great way to enjoy the beach and oceanfront views without being in the sun. The weather was beautiful all week. The Botanical Gardens was a fun excursion on a cool afternoon.
Thanks again for a great place to stay during a wonderful vacation.
The Johnson Family
Dear Linda,
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Your Cayman Breeze condo is beautiful! And clean! I am a neat freak, so it was I was so pleased with your maid service - everything was spotless!
We so enjoyed snorkeling Rum Point and cemetary beach. Saw lobsters, starfish, barracuda and lots of tropical fish. Rum Point was alot of fun and we toured Georgetown and 7 mile beach. We ate at Vivine's Kitchen, Kaibo Grill, Driftwood BBQ, Rum Point Wreck Bar and Paradise Grill.
We had an absolutely fabulous time! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
The Schoner Family
Linda,
Cayman Breeze is absolutely wonderful! From how your condo is "decked out" and nothing but the best. And the location - couldn't have been better!
Two of my favorite moments: 1. Laying in bed in the early morning with my eyes still closed listening to the waves lap onto the beach. 2. Laying on the chaise lounger beachside after sunset looking at the millions of stars that "don't exist" back home!
We loved snorkeling at Eden Rock and The Wreck of the Cali. Cemetery beach was great, very quiet, shady and beautiful. Visit Georgetown on Friday when there are no cruise ships in port.
Great dinner at Over the Edge, Sunday BBQ at Driftwood and romantic dinner at The Lighthouse.
Thanks again!
The Wallers
Don & Linda,
Our stay at the Parrot-ise house was amazing. It was what we expected and more. Thanks for the tip to check out the Driftwood Bar Sunday BBQ. It was great spending the afternoon there. The locals are so nice. And we also had a wonderful time when we visited Rum Point and the Botanical Gardens. We are already talking about our next trip out there. We also recommended you guys to a few of our friends who are looking to get away. Roland was very helpful with any questions I had and he was also a very polite and patient man. Thank you for recommending the house to us. You made our honeymoon one to always remember.
Our Warmest Regards,
Trevor & Amy Lam
Hi Linda and Don,
We had a great time on our vacation on Grand Cayman and our stay at the Connie Kai home in Old Man Bay. The house was more that expected. Rick, the owner was great about letting us use the compressor and tanks, and we did use them. We enjoyed the shore diving right off the beach, and the freshwater pool and gazebo were nice touches. Also, Ocean Frontiers took us on some beautiful dives and using your name we got a nice discount. We are very satisfied customers. Please use us as references if needed. Cindy wants two weeks next year, we’ll see.

Dear Linda,
We loved our Grand Cayman vacation and everything was great. Over the many years of our travels this rates right at the top. We are also very interested in renting again at the beautiful Fishbones home. I hope the owners will be receptive. Mr. Poochie , the property manager was awesome.
We look forward to working with you again in the future on another rental week.
Thank you,
Renee and Ronnie
Dear Don And Linda,
We've been so busy since returning from "paradise" that we are just now getting back to normal. The Cayman Breeze condo was awesome!Everything that we could need or want was there. We would recommend your place to anyone who wants to get away from it all. The furnishings were exquisite, from the flat screen tv to the king size beds.
I suffer from chronic back-aches and I must say that I've NEVER SLEPT BETTER in several years. IT WAS AMAZING! Could you tell me what brand or type of matresses were on those beds?
Our decision to use McCurley's for our rental car was one of our better ones. It was so nice after such a long day of traveling to have someone pick you up at the airport.Overall a very nice relaxing vacation at a wonderful place.
Thanks!
Brian and Brenda Bruns
Linda,
We absolutely loved it! The Calico Kai townhouse at Rum Point was perfect for us (5) sizewise and location. Car rental was just fine and Ocean Frontiers for diving was great as ever.
A real highlight of the trip was a kayaking eco-tour which left from Kaibo Yacht Club with Cayman Kayaks.
Thanks for all your help. We had an excellent vacation.
Trish P.
Hi Linda,
I just wanted to let you know the Sereenity Kai condo in Rum Point was beautiful and we had a great time. I wanted to thank you for a GREAT vacation! When we go again I will definitely use your www.caymanvacation.com services.

Linda,
Awesome – simply awesome! We came to the Cayman Islands to relax and unwind and that is what we did. We were in search of a place that had all the comforts of home, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to fun activities for the family. The Cayman Breeze condo gave us all that, plus more! Everything we needed was here. We loved the “5-Star” accommodations – everything was first class – from the top of the line mattresses and bed linens to the cookware and dinner plates – this home is decorated with nothing but the best. We absolutely loved having the ability to still stay connected through the high-speed internet connection, cable TV and the international phone.
Don and Linda- you were so helpful with what to bring, where to go and all the things you need to know to have a wonderful vacation. It’s hard to leave paradise but we must return to reality now. Thank you so much for helping us to create memories that we will treasure a lifetime!
Hi Linda
Our vacation was absolutely fabulous! Couldn't have asked for anything more....the Sea Cliff Pink house was terrific. Best restaurant experience...probably Ristorante Papagallo but dinner was great everywhere!
We look forward to staying there again...perhaps in February '07!!
Hi Don/Linda,
Just got back from Parrot-ise on Sunday. It was really hard to leave. We
had a great time. We ended up getting 2 tanks each from Eden Rock and
then filling them at Ocean Frontiers . The diving out front of the house was remarkable. Saw
eagle-rays, eels, turtles, queen angels (big ones) etc... No hammer heads
though. Please let the Parrot-ise owners know how much we all enjoyed his
house, beach and especially the wall dives there! Hope to return again
soon. Also - Marshalls Rental Cars were very good to work with.
E. Schneider
Dear Linda,
Stacy and I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for your tips and suggestions and our lovely Kaibo Kai condo...It helped make a great vacation almost perfect....the staff at Ocean Frontiers was very friendly and helpful and made our return to the water very comfortable...the folks at DiveTech at Turtle Reef were absolutely fantastic, those dives will be our most memorable...BA with McCurleys Car Rentals was hilarious......we are convinced we will be returning in October, we will contact you again...Thank you again for your help in making it a fantastic time...Brian and Stacy Barker
Hello Linda,
We had a great time on our Cayman vacation! The Sea Cliff Lemon House was even better than we expected. What a view! I only wish we could have stayed another two weeks. We had a great time snorkeling in front of the house and enjoyed some terrific food at the restaurants you recommended. We celebrated my wife's 40th birthday at The Light House restaurant and I can't say enough about the excellent service we received. We will definitely plan another vacation to Grand Cayman and hope to stay at the Lemon House again.
Thank you for everything,
Tom Vigue
Hi Linda,
Everything was great. Laughing Waters was perfect--we loved the
privacy and isolation of the home on the Northeast coast. The snorkeling was
great and the villa was better than expected.
All in all, we were very happy with the trip!
Scott C.
Dear Linda,
We loved every bit of our Grand Cayman vacation.. Although we did more driving than we thought we would, it was still a good idea to be on the northside of the island. Much more our speed. We went snorkeling every day and scuba diving twice--the 13 and 18 year old were thrilled with that experience. Swam with the rays, saw the turtle farm, went to the butterfly habitat and wore them on our ankles the entire time. Did the Sunday night barbecue at Driftwood, ate at the Lighthouse, and otherwise fixed our own meals--complete with fried plantain chips for cocktail hour. The Calypso Sands condo was wonderful--exactly the right size and really well furnished. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for one of our most relaxing and memorable vacations.
Marsha H.
Linda,
We had a WONDERFUL time on Grand Cayman. The Sea Cliff Lemon house was even better than the pictures led us to believe it would. It was nice and clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of staples in the cupboards to get us by til we could fully stock up at the store.
McCurley’s Car Rentals was very nice and the guys really enjoyed Ocean Frontiers for their dives. We also had good luck with Ebanks watersports for a snorkel adventure.
R. Pagel
Hello Linda,
We had a tremendous time on Grand Cayman. "We'll Sea" is such a terrific private home right in the heart of Rum Point. We especially enjoyed snorkeling, kayaking and riding the bikes. The Kaibo Beach Bar was our favorite restaurant by far.
We look forward to returing to Grand Cayman next year!
Tim Weatherford
Thanks Don & Linda.
We had an amazing time on Grand Cayman and the Destination Cayman condo was perfect. We were also very impressed with the health care system on the island, as my son had to go to the hospital and my daughter had to visit the doctor. We will almost definitely return.
Thanks for your help. Everything was as advertised from the rental car through to the condo, and we appreciate it.
Rhonda, Rob, Ella & Reed
Hi Don & Linda,
We had a wonderful time on the island and loved our stay at the Sea Cliff Lime House. Marshall's Car Rentals was so friendly when we rented the car, and they gave great directions to the house.
We went snorkeling, shopping, to Hell, the Turtle Farm, Botanical Gardens, and drove around the island. We visited a few different beaches on the 7 mile beach. We ate at The Lobster Pot, The Lighthouse, and Chicken Chicken. They were all wonderful!
Thank you for your hospitality! Thank Pearlene and Opal for us too as the house was in sparkling condition! We will definitly use you all again as well as recommend you to our friends when planning a vacation to Grand Cayman.
Thank you again for everything. We really appreciate all that you have done for us.
Best regards,
Matt & Karmen Mudd
Hello Linda,
I just wanted to write to say thanks for such wonderful accomidations at the Sea Cliff Lime House. Our group truly enjoyed our stay. We are planning a trip back to Cayman in December and will want to stay at Sea Cliff again!
thanks again---t. sinden
Don and Linda,
We had the most incredible week. The Knotboard condo was lovely, fully equipped
and stocked with supplies that made it easy to keep it clean. The
setting was beautiful and all your information was great. As soon as
flights open for next our next spring break, we will be contacting you
again.
Thank you for following up.
Chris
Linda,
We loved the new Parrot-ise house, the Caymans and the people. The house is terrific. Well done throughout.
We had fun at the Turtle Farm, on the submarine and at Botanical Gardens. My 4 year old loved the Pirate Caves. We caught and released barracuda while wade fishing.
We used Phil Bodden of Melody Marine/Chip-Chip Charters for a 7:30 am to 12:30 pm charter, which as a trip to Stingray City then fishing and snorkeling. The kids caught lots of reef fish. $450 plus tip if you paid cash. He has a 31' Tiara that's a little beat up but there's plenty of room and the guide is an awesome person.
I bought a waterproof 6 mega pixel camera that provided some terrific snorkeling shots.
I hear Spirit has entered the market and that its flights are cheaper. We didn't really care for the famous Seven Mile Beach strip due to the development and traffic, but we only spent one half day there to visit the Turtle Farm and ride in the submarine so I can't say we would never like this area.
Food was fantastic: From local dishes at Over the Edge and Vivan's Kitchen to nicer places like the Lighthouse (maybe the best family meal we have ever had). The Calypso Grill at the marina in West End was also a smash.
A great family place and a very special vacation. Thank you for your help!! I prepared an email to friends and suggested that they all call you.
Lee
Hi Linda,
Well we are back in Illinois and wish we were having a drink at the Kaibo Yacht Club. We had a great time and thought the condo was very nice. There was everything we needed and really liked McCurleys car rental picking us up. Thanks for your help!
Best wishes, Dale and Mendy Thomas
Hi Linda and Don:
We'll we've been back for a week and have readjusted to being back in the real world. Our week on Grand Cayman was absolutely wonderful. The weather was perfect, the food was great, the people we friendly and polite, we felt very safe and comfortable everywhere we went which has not been the case on other Caribbean vacations.
We'll Sea was an excellent choice for lodging. It became our home for the week which is what we always hope for. The one disadvantage was that Georgetown was a fairly long drive for dinner, but we adjusted and visited the Lighthouse in Breakers several times which was always very enjoyable.
We can't think of anything that could have been better and look forward to another visit in the future.
Sincerely,
Jim and Irene Baranski
Hi Don & Linda:
We did enjoy our trip to Grand Cayman. I speak for all of us when I say the Calypso Sands Island House accommodations were comfortable and offered good access to the beach. Weather was great every single day – absolutely the best weather conditions we have ever had in March.
We did a lunch at Portofino one day (the best!!!) and dinner at the Lighthouse (great service, but food was not as good as Portofino). The Driftwood was good for the Sunday BBQ – as you know, lots of food for a very reasonable price. Over The Edge was a personal favorite for the crusty ambiance and great breezes with huge tables and decent food.
Renting from McCurleys was a smart move and I really appreciated the grocery stop and tour with commentary upon arrival. Anyway, B.A. is a trip and I appreciated her sense of humor and her advice – she is a real character.
These are a few of my thoughts on the trip, but again I want emphasize our enjoyment of the area. For example, never have we felt so at ease and not worried about having someone walk off with our personal possessions. We felt comfortable leaving the girls at the condo or pool so we could snorkel or drive the North Side road. Thanks for an enjoyable trip in 2006.
H. Swaggert
Hi Linda,
We had a great stay in Grand Cayman and found the Sea Cliff Lime house to be perfect for our family. We enjoyed the island and covered it extensively. Great to see all the renewal following Ivan. People were very friendly and accommodating. Food was great.Opal was very nice and checked on us a couple times to see how we were doing.
We'll be back!
Thanks!
Greg
Hi Linda!
The only regret that I have, I'm here, and We'll Sea is there !!!
Had a terrific vacation. Our private beach and the Rum Point entire area - was the best on the island, I thought.
We felt totally safe on the island. I could live there forever. Every single place that we ate - the food was delicious. It was the fastest two weeks I've ever lived. We had breakfast - a stack of pancakes at Over the Edge, a great dinner at the Lighthouse, several great meals at Portifino's, and the Castaways ! Everyone was friendly and polite. At the convenience store near Rum Point, about 4 little girls were collecting money for school - and we gave them a few bucks a piece. They were so sweet and mannerly ! I just loved the whole place.
Everything just ran as smoothly as it possibly could have. Just cannot express the great time we had there.
Thanks for helping make our 2 weeks in Cayman so special!
D. Lay
Linda, we had a wonderful time at the beautiful Sea Side Sands home at Rum Point. It was great, a perfect family get away. We swam with stingrays, went to the Botanical Gardens and Turtle Farm, shopped, ate well, and just relaxed for hours. The water and weather were great, neighbors were friendly. Two of the kids scuba dive and went on 4 different dives. We will come back and will give your name to others looking for a place. Thanks so much, Donna and Joe
Hi Linda,
Just wanted to thank you for setting me up at the Kaibo Kai Condo over Christmas and New Years this year. The condo was definitely the most well equipped and nicely decorated I have ever rented. The grounds were immaculate, the people friendly and accomodating and the sunsets were spectacular.
I would highly recommend Kaibo if you are looking for a "locals" vacation. The Kaibo Beach Bar and Grill, a two minute walk, was a blast. Daniel, the manager and his crew made us a part of the family and the service and food were excellent. We met some wonderful people, both locals and vacationers. I have been to Grand Cayman several times but this time I really experienced the true flavor of the island. I will definitely be a Kaibo Kai resident again!
Thanks,
Steve Harding
Hi Linda
We just returned from our ten day vacation at the Seacliff Lemon and we had an awesome time. This was our second stay there and it was just as great as the first. I met Opal, the property manager, and she is very nice. Your recommended dive center Ocean Frontiers are excellent. They are a class A dive shop and are so helpful and friendly. Portofinos was a nice place for dinner, we visited them twice. The island has made great progress cleaning up after Hurricane Ivan, the island is still beautiful and we enjoyed every day there. Thanks again for all the suggestions and hopefully, we will be back on New Years week 2007.
Best Regards,
Michelle Webb
Orlando, Florida
Hi Linda,
The Sea Cliff Lemon house was great; it was a little far from the Seven Mile strip, but actually refreshing since it was away from the hustling and bustling of the main area.
Thanks for making the stay pleasant. I am sure we will be returning again in a few months.
Ann N.
Hi Linda,
We absolutely loved the Sea Cliff Purple house. Everything
about the accommodations was perfect.
The house was very comfortable and we could not have
asked for more amenities. Should we return to Grand
Cayman in the future, we will be sure to check the
availability of this residence.
Thanks for your assistance and for helping us have a
wonderful vacation!
J. Ramos
Hi Linda,
Thank you for your assistance with our Grand Cayman our trip....FABULOUS!!!
We had a terrific time. The Sea Cliff Lime house accomodations were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the privacy. We hope to book a unit there when we are able to bring our children down as well.
Our many thanks for making it all available.
God bless,
J. Cobb
Hi Linda,
Our Grand Cayman vacation was great. I loved the Cayman Breeze condo - very comfortable. We really loved the restaurant at Rum Point, Portafino's, and spending my birthday at the Lighthouse restaurant.
I also fulfilled a life-long activity and went scuba diving (with the entire family)!!! What a great place to dive for the first time. We also took the catamaran snorkel trip (with the folks at Red Sail). We really loved it. On Friday we took our boys to the Jolly Roger. It was tacky, but when they give you free rum punch, no one is complaining!
The beaches were beautiful and we promise that if we ever get back to the island, we're spending the day at Rum Point. It's got everything you need without the throng of people you get at Seven Mile Beach.
It was a great trip overall. The people at McCurley's Rentals were the absolute best!
Regards,
F. Kuhn
Hi Linda,
We had a fabulous time! The Sea Cliff Pink house was beautiful and had everything we needed.
Everyone on the island was extremely friendly. We are so glad that we stayed outside of Georgetown. The cruise ship passengers and the tourists that restrict themselves to the Seven Mile Beach area are missing the real Grand Cayman. If that is the only part of Grand Cayman that you see, you are missing 98% of the picture.
We felt the snorkeling was better in Cottage at the public beach and Smith's Cove than on Seven Mile Beach. Our 12 year old daughter snorkeled for the first time in Grand Cayman after getting comfortable with the snorkel and mask in the swimming pool. She labeled this a the best vacation she has ever been on, and that includes 1 week she spent in Hawaii with grandparents that catered to her every whim!
We hated to leave, and can't wait to get an opportunity to go back. We are already recommending Sea Cliff and Grand Cayman to those looking for vacation options.
Thanks for a wonderful experience!
L. Bush
Hi Linda,
We had a great time during our stay in the Coconut Bay condo.
The property itself was in great shape and was every bit as nice or nicer than
advertised. The checkin procedure and information provided was flawless and
quite helpful.
All in all, a great experience! I would definitely use your services again and
would recommend the same to anyone.
Thanks,
Brad
I would change NOTHING about The Sea Cliff Teal House--it was perfect. The whole vacation was great. We spent a lot more money than we intended to, and we don't even care. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation, and we plan to come back to scuba and snorkel again--maybe next winter! DSF
Hi Linda,
Our stay in the Cayman was wonderful and we enjoyed everything about the island. Rum Point was our most favorite spot to snorkel and just sit and relax on the beach. It was close to the Parrot-ise house and convenient to get to.
The Parrot-ise house was absolutely a wonderful home for our family for those 10 days. Everything that we needed to make it home was there. The decorating was just darling. The tropical atmosphere of the home was very nice.
We visited in town only a couple of times and went to dinner mostly at the hotels in Georgetown and everything was delicious, also went bowling with the kids and had a great time.
When I arrived back home all my employee's heard everything good about everything there and asked what was not so good, and my husband and I could not think of thing.
We are planning another visit next summer again, but are thinking of staying a month and with other family members. When the time gets closer earlier on in the year we will have to see if you can accomodate us.
Thanks Again,
Cindy S.
Hi Linda,
The Poinsettia condo on 7 mile beach was great and I can't think of anything I would change or add to. Thank you for your help in coordinating our vacation and we hope to return soon.
D. Farney
Good afternoon, Linda -
Everything was perfect at our stay at the Poinsettia Condo and our Cayman vacation. The Cayman jazz festival was on the vacant property next door to the Poinsettia complex. We sat poolside and enjoyed the show without the congestion of the crowd.
Thank you for your continued excellent assistance.
Best regards,
J & C Sweat
Linda,
We had a GREAT TIME!!! We really enjoyed the Sea Cliff Lime house. My daughter is planning a return to the Lemon or Lime House with 2 other families.
We loved the island. We've been to several Caribbean Islands, and Grand Cayman is one of two that we would like to return to. Ocean Frontiers was wonderful for diving.
Thanks for everything.
C. Pailer
Hello Linda,
Wanted to thank you so much for the use of your lovely Cayman Breeze condo. We had a wonderful, relaxing time, and look forward to the time when we can return. The vacation was just what our family needed. We loved the fact that we were on the quiet side of the island, and that beautiful, constant breeze was terrific. Your restaurant and activities recommendations were wonderful. We loved our stay. This has to be one of the best vacations we have taken in years. I will definitely recommend this to our friends and family.
Thanks again!!! (Your photography was beautiful too!!)
Chris R.
Hi Linda,
Everything was wonderful! The Parrot-ise beach home is a very nice property. It was set up in a way that made us feel like it was ours. It was very clean and Roy and staff were great to deal with. McCurley's car rental agency was also nice to deal with. We are thinking of taking another trip there over the holidays with the whole family, so we may be contacting you for a 4-5 bedroom house soon. Thanks again for everyhting, I have some people I am referring to you who are interested in going to Grand Cayman.
Take care,
S. Davis
Hi Linda,
We had a lovely time on our vacation and The Calico Kai Beach House was great. You couldn't have a more perfect location, and we just loved Rum Point. McCurley's was very helpful for being our first time on the island, thanks for setting that up. When we decide to visit Grand Cayman again Calico Kai would likely be our first choice of Grand Cayman rentals. Thanks again!
K. Haye
Hi Linda,
We absolutely loved our stay on Grand Cayman! The Sea Cliff Teal house is beautiful and within 24 hours felt like home. We were of course spoiled by the fact that no one was staying in the Pink house while we were there which allowed us to have the pool all to ourselves which we really enjoyed.
We spent the morning hours relaxing at the pool and then after lunch would head out to explore. Over the course of the week we snorkeled at Smith Cove, off the beach at Morrit's Tortuga Club and then on Friday (our last day of vacation) did a snorkel excursion that took us to Coral Gardens, the Barrier Reef and the Sand Bar. Interacting with the stingrays was something I will not soon forget. We of course spent a day shopping in Georgetown and along 7 mile beach which was fun, but pretty much did us in as far as crowds are concerned. Our favorite "shop stop" was Pure Art at Smith Cove... took care of a lot of Christmas.
As far as food is concerned, we loved having access to our own kitchen, and had most of our breakfasts and lunches at the house. We had a great time at the Driftwood on Sunday and "yes" they do make the best mudslides in the world. We also enjoyed dinners at Portofinos, The Lighthouse, and The Tree House (Caribbean Luau) - our favorite meal being at the Lighthouse. Also, the folks handling our rental car were fabulous - very friendly and quite informative upon our arrival (Beth Ann is an Indianapolis gal).
All in all, we could not have asked for a better Caribbean honeymoon. Our first visit to Grand Cayman will certainly not be our last and we would not hesitate to stay in your home again. THANK YOU!
S & J Moore
Hi Linda,
Our vacation on Grand Cayman was wonderful!! The Two Rainbows house at Rum Point was absolutely amazing. It was the perfect retreat for all of us. Nothing was better than when we first opened the front door and saw nothing but the ocean. The owner should be commended for keeping such a lovely place.
No one can believe that I rented it on the internet. I have spead the word about your site and I hope you get lots more business. Your photos were very accurate representations of the house, beach and pool.
Just a few notes that I would suggest - I can't remember whether one of your photos included the kayaks-they were not available for our use, bring a cooler of frozen food on the plane (then no trip to H
Can't wait to do it again. No need to ever go back to the otherside of the island.
Thanks again!
G. Connor
Hi Linda,
Thanks for asking for our input on our vacation. Of course, we had a great time! How can a most incredible time not be had on this beautiful island. Your Cayman Breeze condo was great.
We finally discovered the snorkeling off the beach the next to the last day there. We most definitely should have checked it out earlier. All in all, it was a great time and we would definitely book with you again.
Thanks for allowing us to hang in your private paradise. You are one lucky couple!!!
Your Pals,
The Boman's
Hi Linda,
We had a great time at the Parrot-ise home in Cayman Kai! The home was very comfortable and well equipped. The weather could not have been better. Thanks for arranging for the rental car and airport transport with McCurley's. Thanks too for recommending the aqua shoes. Those of us who ventured into the water were glad to have them.
Thanks again for everything!
The Barnetts
Hi Don and Linda,
We loved!!!! Parrot-ise and are spoiled forever. It was as perfect as you can get. I felt like it belonged to me and had fun acting as if. I wish we had a way to live there, at least part-time. Everything, could not have been better. We took in as much as we could of your suggestions and they all were great.
We relaxed some, adventured some, dined well, and got down with the locals. We snorkeled like crazy. I'm afraid once I put my head in the water, I find it hard to take it out. I loved the sting rays. Jim took a few pictures of my holding one. It was such an awesome feeling. We left our itinerary on the Parrot-ise guest book.
Thanks again!
Jim & Paula R.
Hi Linda,
We had wonderful vacation and absolutely loved Poinsetta condo. It felt very luxurious for the price.
Thanks again. We will definitely be in touch before our next visit to Grand Cayman.
Enid A.
P.S. The McCurley's Tours and Car rental car delivery/ condo key arrangement was great and the lady who picked us up was very helpful.
Hi Linda,
Both of our visits to Sea Cliff were wonderful. My parents and I particularly enjoyed
staying at the Sea Cliff Lime house. To awaken every morning to an amazing view of
Frank's Sound was beyond words.
Thanks you for your assistance in coordinating our trips and I will look
forward to a return visit in the near future.
All the best,
Margaret C.
Hi Linda,
Our Grand Cayman vacation was very wonderful. The Poinsettia Condo on 7 mile beach was a great location. I appreciate all your help and look forward to going back to the Caymans sometime in the future.
Thanks again,
Dan
Hello Linda,
Just wanted to tell you that we had a wonderful time on Grand Cayman. We enjoyed the Sea Cliff Yellow house very much. Everything was perfect. The house was very clean. The decor was beautiful. Could not have been more pleased. We will pass on to our friends tales of our wonderful accommodations. Thanks So Much!!
Anna and John D.
Dear Hi Linda,
Our stay at the Cayman Breeze condo was very nice. We really enjoyed
North Grand Cayman with its secluded beaches, wonderful snorkeling, and
beautiful sunsets at Rum Point. The condo had almost everything that a
vacationer could need.
The recommendations for restaurants that you sent us were very helpful.
Thanks so much for letting us share your piece of paradise. We would
certainly recommend you to any friends or family that may be traveling
to the Caymans in the future.
Sincerely,
Jennifer T.
Dear Don
Thank You David very much! My name is Jennifer and I am one of the seven
girls that stayed at the Sea Cliff Purple House. Your house is beautiful
and I had a wonderful time. Thanks also for offering us your boat for the
day. I was able to get in the water with the sting rays and that is a big
thing for me. I had a great time and I can not wait to come back again.
Thanks again!
Jennifer G
I can speak for all of the women that stayed in the Sea Cliff Purple house that it was
the BEST vacation that we have ever had. Thank you very much for
everything. The house is beautiful, inside & out. We made so many
friends & I am hoping to be back down there next month. I cannot get enough
of Grand Cayman!
Thank you again.
Beth T.
Dear Don and Linda,
We had a wonderful vacation in Cayman, and the Parrot-ise vacation home worked very well for us. The north side was so much better than seven mile beach. We will stay on the north side again on our next trip.
Your help regarding Ocean Frontiers for diving and the rental car with McCurley's was great. Thank you very much. We will definitely call you for our next trip.
Sincerely.
Ron
Hi Dave,
Eglay and I would like to personally thank you for your hospitality and your warmth during our stay at your place in Cottage. We've traveled a lot and have never had the excellent accommodations we experienced at the Seacliff Lime House.
As you're well aware, there have been times when what is shown on the internet is not always what comes to fruition. This was not the case in our experience however. Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will be returning in the future.
Thank You for your kindness and a delightful stay
Eglay and Kerry O.
Hi Don,
We cannot say enough about the Parrot-ise Vacation Home and Grand Cayman! It was a wonderful setting and we hope to return often. We take an annual winter trip...last year was St. Croix. We thought St. Croix was fun until we had Grand Cayman to compare it to. No comparison. The house was perfect, clean to our taste and comfortable as home. Thank you and Linda for your help and attention to our questions. The owners should be commended on sharing such a lovely place. We hope to return and have raved to friends and family about it.
Regards,
Elaine P.
Hi Don:
Thanks for asking about our trip. We had a great time. The weather was terrific. Bright, sunny skies and in the 80s - a marked contrast to the 19 degrees we currently have here in New York.
Our family had a wonderful vacation and will long remember our time in "Parrot-ise."

Hi Don,
We had a fantastic time on the island and were highly impressed with the Sea Cliff Beach Resort complex. Your house is beautiful. I will certainly stay in touch with you when we head down to the Caymans again. Many thanks again.
Tony T.
Hi Don,
Our vacation was great. The Reef Romance house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. After seeing the 7 mile beach area and crowds, we were very pleased that we chose the Cayman Kai area.Again, it was a great trip and thanks for all your help in setting it up.
Don C.
Hi Don & Linda,
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, unfortunately getting back to
the "real" world has been hectic. We could not have had
a better time. The weather was terrific, the water was awesome, the
view couldn't have been better. We snorkeled every morning and enjoyed
the gorgeous reef right off our beach. The sunsets were stunning,
especially from the Cracked Conch.. This was quite frankly, one of
the best if not the best vacation that we have had. I would highly
recommend the Cayman Breeze to anyone looking for a romantic, relaxing,
private getaway. I look forward to staying there again sometime in
the future. Thanks again, hope to vacation with you again soon.

Hi Don & Linda,
Our vacation at the Hilltime home in Grand Cayman was great, fantastic,
superb, and wonderful. The house was great. We definitely want to come
back for a full month next summer.
Best regards,
Glenn K.
Don,
We would like to take this time to thank you for making our vacation truly
memorable. We could not have asked for a better condo. The whole trip
was great! Thanks again, and we look forward to working with you on
future trips.

Hi Don,
Monday afternoon and I am back to the reality of paying for it all! It
was a much needed vacation that was made completely enjoyable and relaxing
with your property being the center of our enjoyment. The rain did
not come until 6 days into our trip, but even so it was plenty warm for
my boys to spend plenty of time itn the pool which was the center of their
vacation. Overall we found the property and all the ammenities very accomodating
and enjoyable and the north side much more in tune to our type of atmosphere.
We will definately keep you in mind should our future travels take us to
Cayman!
Best wishes,
Nathan
Hi Don,
We had a great time! The place was perfect for us. Great location and lots
of airy room. McCurrly's worked out very well for first timers like us.
She had some great tips to go along with yours. We hit the Driftwood
for the Sunday barbeque, did the resort dive with Ocean Frontiers,
ate at the
Kaibo and Lighthouse along with Over the Edge, and snorkled with the
rays with Red Sail Sports. We also went to the Turtle Farm on our one
foray
into town and at the Calypso Grill (great food). If we are ever fortunate
enough to come back, we'll definitely contact you. Thanks,
John & Deb
Hello Linda!
Attached a few pictures of our Grand Cayman wedding. Everything was great
and the
Sea Cliff Pink House was a dream... it's soooooo cute..... The whole
resort is
great and very quiet... which we really liked.
Annalies Van Kesteren at The Grand Old House was really nice and helped
us get things organise for the wedding. The ceremony was officiated by Reverend
Goedffrey McGoo. He was very moving and nice.
Thanks for your help with our wedding and the beautiful Sea Cliff accommodations.

WHAT A GREAT TIME MY FAMILY & I HAD AT CAYMAN BREEZE . YOUR PLACE WAS JUST
WHAT WE WANTED , EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT . THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR HOME WITH
US . WE HOPE YOU WILL LET US COMEBACK .
THANK YOU SO MUCH

Hi Don,
We absolutely loved our stay on the island and are looking forward to a
return trip.
The condo was great and we couldn't have been happier with its
location. Its funny that after just a few days on the north shore, we
found Georgetown too busy for our liking. I believe that my family
loved Rum Point the most. We didn't know that Stingray Sandbar was so
close.
Your property mgr. bent over backwards to help us when I accidentally
threw my keys away when we were due to depart for the airport. I
still can't thank him enough.
Thank you again for offering an affordable, clean and peaceful place
to escape. You'll be hearing from us again.
C. Harris and family
Don & Linda:
Just a note of thanks for the opportunity to stay at "The Laurelei." The
condo was exactly as you had described, the weather could not have been more
perfect, and we enjoyed the north end of the island, especially Rum Point. We
did a great deal of snorkeling and, due to the judicious use of sunscreen,
have only moderate tans, no burns! Grand Cayman is a very relaxing place, and
we hope to return again some day.

Hi Linda and Don,
I have to tell you.. the trip, the condo, all things involved compared
with any vacation ever... far exceeded any prior expectations we have
ever had.
We intend to return as SOON as we can to your precious home. It felt
like home in paradise and return we will!
Thanks again for sharing this piece of paradise!
Helen
Hi Don,
We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect. We ended up spending
most of our time at Rum Point. What a relaxing place to be. Thanks
again for helping with the car arrangements. We are eagerly looking forward
to the next time we can come to Grand Cayman.
Winnie
Don,
We had a great time. Your condo is great and exceeded our expectations.
I've been to GC numerous times and enjoy the Northside's quiet environment. Thank
you again.
We will be happy to recommend your place to others.

Hi Don,
We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. The weather was great and our
stay was relaxing and enjoyable.
The condo was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and good supplies
of towels etc. and kitchen supplies. The kids loved the hammock.
We loved Rum Point, the Rum point restaurant, Kaibo restaurant, and the Lighthouse. The
Sunday BBQ at Driftwood was great too. Lunch at The Reef Point restaurant
was also delicious. We had a great day trip sailing with Red Sail sports. We
also loved the pool and pool area.
Thanks again for a great vacation.
The Cobbs
Don,
We had an absolutely fantastic time! The only real problem is we had to
go back (to dig out from record
smowfall in Boston). Everything went very smoothly! We loved the rooms
(your underwater pictures are
outstanding), the beach and pool. As we approach retirement we would consider
settling in Cayman.
Also, it was great fun to meet McCurley and BA--she invited us to the big
bithday bash on the beach.
The rental car was fine too. Thanks again--we will be back to Cayman for
sure.
John (& Alice)
Hi Don,
We had a marvelous time. The Far Tortuga house fit our family needs perfectly.
We ate lunch one day at Portafino's and went to David's Thursday night for Lammie
and the fire-eater. It was a fun experience. Thanks for that tip. Also Stingray City is a must for anyone visiting Grand Cayman.
I appreciated all of your help and advice. It certainly helped make the
trip even more enjoyable.
Sincerely,
George
Hi Don & Linda,
We loved Grand Cayman, Rum Point was beautiful and very accessible. The diving
in the North Wall was superb. The condo was very comfortable and well situated.
The kitchen was very user friendly. We did use it a lot because we like to have
breakfast at home, especially when we need to be in the dive boat by 8:30. We
also had lunch there most of the time just as we came back from our morning
dives. All in all a great vacation and very good accommodations, also a great
value.
Ed M.
Dear Don & Linda,
Just returned home last night from a wonderful vacation all around. Your condo was just what we were looking for. Did I mention we have the same turtle picture hanging in our living room? My husband spent a fair amount of time enjoying the hammock. Thanks again for sharing your home. We look forward to our next visit!

Don, Linda,
We had a spectacular time in Grand Cayman and at Parrot-ise. The house is
very nice and has a beautiful location. I didn't know you could pack so
many parrots into one house!! It was exactly what we were looking for
during our honeymoon. Everyone is so nice in the Cayman Islands. We
actually stayed one more day in Georgetown because we couldn't bring
ourselves to leave. I'm recommending Parrot-ise to my family and friends
for a great vacation getaway.
Thanks for everything!
-Drew
Don,
Just wanted to let you
know we had a wonderful time at Cayman Breeze. Your
condo was clean and well kept. Everyone was so nice while we were there.
Special thanks to Richard: One of the days, Chris drove to Safe Haven to
play golf. The plan was that I would take the ferry with the kids and meet
him there at lunch time. The problem arose when we could not find a ride.
The taxi service was booked and the ride was too short anyway. I called the
numbers provided for the managers to see if they had any suggestions, but
there was no answer. Richard was outside working with another gentleman
fixing a door on another unit. I asked him if he had any ideas for me. He
was kind enough to make a few phone calls for me, but to no avail. When all
seemed lost, Richard was generous enough to give myself and my 3 children a
ride to rum point in his pick up truck! He went way beyond the call of duty
and I will remember him for it.Dominic at the Over the Edge was also very kind
to us,
helping us out when we needed some supplies and Chisholm's had closed early.
The people of the island are as wonderful as the beauty of the island itself.
Thanks for a great place to stay!
Janine Walsh
Don:
Sorry for the delay in responding. The day after we returned from our
vacation I was back on the road travelling for business and just returned today.
Our vacation was wonderful. There wasn't a bad thing about it. Weather was
great, scuba diving was awesome, drinks were good and there is not enough nice
words to say how pleased we were with the facilities. We sincerely hope that
we will get back there sometime soon.
Thanks for all your help in arranging a wonderful vacation.
Regards, Kim
On your Grand Cayman holiday vacation, be sure to dive or snorkel world famous Stingray City, a 10 minute boat ride from Rum Point. There are many great restaurants on the north side of Grand Cayman including the Sunday BBQ at Driftwood Sports Bar, romantic dining at the Lighthouse and Portofino's, and oceanfront lunch and dinner at Rum Point and the Kaibo Yacht Club. Horseback riding, golf, the botanical gardens and the turtle farm are also great activities.
