We had a wonderful, superb, great vacation!! Thank you for directing us to the Rum Point side of the island. It was exactly what we wanted! Just some various thoughts about this vacation:
This is the first time we have ever used the internet to book something with a firm that was not known to us. The payment was made just as discussed. The condo unit was exactly as pictured. So we were very pleased with the integrity of your firm.
· You were prompt in answering our ongoing questions and gave us good information.
· We used Marshall’s car rental and everything went smoothly. Having a right hand drive car made the transition to driving on the opposite side of the road easier. The car looked brand new and was perfect for our needs. Brian enjoyed driving around – we did quite a bit of driving.
· We didn’t interact with the property manager – as there was no need – we had everything we needed.
· The unit was perfect! We enjoyed being on the second floor. The view was beautiful. The condo was well stocked with everything we could want or need. We liked having the washer and dryer so we didn’t need to pack so much. The was an iron and ironing board, hair dryers, lots of towels, and a well equipped kitchen. The furniture was comfortable which was one of the reasons we choose this unit. The bed was perfect.
· Many days we had the pool area to ourselves – what a bonus! I enjoyed walking around on the various beaches and loved the large starfish.
· We used the kayaks only once as it was quite windy while we were there.
· As I love to walk the beach we went to SMB a couple of time when the cruise ships were not in.
· We went on a snorkel trip with Ocean Frontiers and enjoyed it very much.
· This trip we spent most of our time getting to know the island but next time I think we will so more snorkeling and maybe a boat trip – not sure if you can get to one of the other islands by boat and back again in one day? We liked being next to the Yacht Club and watching the activity at the docks – there was a wedding while we were there.
· We loved Kaibo’s food – wished their menu was a bigger and then we could have eaten there every day! We tried Portifino’s – Brian said the curry was the best he has had – my selection was ok. Lighthouse food was excellent! Over the Edge was ok and surprising enough I enjoyed the coconut shrimp at Breezes in Georgetown.
Overall, it was one of the best vacations we have had. We now know we are not cruise people but condo rental people!
· Please express our thanks to the owners of 7-up for allowing us to enjoy their place (which we could never afford) and for looking after the small details for renters. It is truly paradise.
Thank you for your good service and we look forward to going again in 2009! We arrived back to a snow storm of 40 cm of snow and it has not melted yet even though it is officially spring! It has been a long, snowy, cold winter and we are grateful that we could get away to Cayman!

I meant to write to you the day I returned. We had an absolutely fabulous time. The Northern Lights condo was exactly as you described and then some. I loved the solitude of the location and the view was truly stupendous. It was comfortable, well furnished and well supplied. We lacked for nothing. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the snorkeling, what a grand location!
The Red Sail sports provided the perfect scenario to get our kids in the water around the sting rays and snorkeling on the nearby reef.
I also appreciated all the other suggestions on your website although we did our own shopping. The rental car worked out fine too. We did spend a few afternoons at Rum Point Beach which really pleased the kids.
I would go back in a heartbeat were it not for the fact that there is a huge world out there to explore. When we do come back, rest assured we would come back through you and probably to that very same condo.

Hi Linda! We did indeed have a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The Venezia Villa we rented on Northside was so private and the view was amazing. The girls especially loved the two dogs that were there most of the time and the beautiful shells they found each day. We are always a bit nervous renting on the internet, however, this was everything you claimed. We would love to come back and bring our sons someday. Thanks so much for everything.

Linda: What a great place! We loved the Sea Cliff Teal house, it was a peaceful place to say and it suited our family of four quite well. The rental car was fine and good on gas.
I would definitely stay in the teal house again. Opal was a big help when we lost power for an hour. She found us some candles and it made for a nice family night.
Again, we really enjoyed the place, the weather was breezy but still better than the 32 degrees in Cleveland!

We enjoyed our vacation immensely! The Connie Kai oceanfront home is in a great spot, away from the hectic side of the Island. The home sat in a beautiful location, we loved the private pool, beach area and spacious home itself. We are also big game players and readers, so we loved the game selection and the extra books.

We had a great time the Sea Cliff Pink house was awesome. Sometimes you can’t tell from the pictures but this was better than expected. Opal was great. She came to check with us a couple of times and helped us with any questions we had. Our Cayman vacation was wonderful. We enjoyed the island and the friendliness of everyone. We used the bus and taxi service. Our last night on the island we went to Fisherman’s Reef, and had a wonderful meal. My husband had the scallops, and I had the sea bass, the best I have had. We befriended a taxi driver by the name of Jerry Bush; he gave us a tour of the island, along with being there whenever we needed a ride. I cannot tell you what a pleasant man he is, we plan to keep in touch with him.
The Turtle Reef condominium was beautiful and well equipped. We plan to return to the island again!

We had a terrific time on Grand Cayman.
We never rented a house before but we enjoyed our stay. After 15 years of vacations in January at Caneel Bay, we all liked the privacy and casualness of it. And the Parrot-ise house is great. Doesn't get better, I don't think. Very comfortable and well equipped. You did everything as though you expected guest to use what you would want to use in the house. It was just right.
Your property manager was excellent: always there with the one or two minor mishaps that occurred. He was always accessible.
It is a great place for snorkling almost anywhere, off our own beach or Lone Point Beach, on the West End, as well. That is really what it is about. The North Shore is less packed with people. It was good to get way from the Seven Mile Beach glitz, crowds and traffic. But we could still get there deliberately if we wanted to.
The restaurants are very good, some of the best! Even on the north shore they are good, food is fresh and the people try to make everything right. Sometimes you want to get a simple dinner and not get very dressed for it. But you still want the food to be decent. That is what it was...Always just right.
It was a real nice vacation!! We would go back!

The Pools condo at Rum Point was great! It was perhaps the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on. This was our third trip to the island (and definitely not our last) and the first time staying in Cayman Kai. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and all the walking, snorkeling, and kayaking there was. The privacy offered by The Pools was outstanding. We ventured into Georgetown a few times and didn't mind the drive at all - it was nice to see so much of the island. Having the Kaibo yacht club so close by was definitely a treat and we enjoyed getting to know some of the locals and the great folks who work there. We also took advantage of Cayman Kayak's bio-luminescence tour which I would highly recommend to everyone on the island!
Thanks again! We look forward to our next visit where we are already discussing going down with another couple and perhaps renting a house! We'll be in touch next year to see what other great rentals you have!

We were very happy with the Mango Kai Island House condo, the property manager responded immediately when we had no hot water (it was just a timer thing), and BA/McCurley’s car rentals was fantastic! I can definitely promise you that if I ever return to Grand Cayman, I will contact you to rent Mango Kai again. I cannot think of a more perfect place to stay!

Nice to hear from you. We had a great time at your beautiful Cayman Breeze condo on the North shore. Very different from the other side of the island. It had a laid back island feel. We did alot of sport fishing and just plain took it easy. You did a very nice job on decorating and furnishing your condo. The wifi internet and free international calls were also a very nice bonus. I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you the one thing that was wrong with our vacation …………. It wasn’t long enough at that wonderful Kaibo Kai condo!!! Five days is way too short a time to spend in the Caymans.
That was our first time to the Caymans and it was the best place we’ve ever been. Our condo at Kaibo Kai was unbelievable! Not just the location, but the furnishings and the condition. I’ve never stayed in a place so immaculately maintained. The décor was fabulous and everything (and more) that we would have needed was there. Your owner certainly knows how to do it!
Please let the owner know how very thrilled we were to be there and we certainly want to go back again. Please feel free to use me as a reference for your professionalism and assistance or if someone is thinking about staying in the condo.

I returned home to 10 degree weather and an inch of ice on my windshield after being parked in the long-term airport lot for 10 days. Where do you think I'd rather be right now?! We loved the Sea Cliff Pink house and the location. We "discovered" Colonial beach by Rum Point and really enjoyed the snorkeling there. I can't believe I never made it into Georgetown the whole time I was there. The Driftwood barbeque was delicious and Over the Edge was very relaxing with a great view. Hope to see you again.

We got off to a very rocky start with no luggage for
three days. No fault of anyone other then good old
USAIR.
Opal and Pearl, the property managers were lovely to deal with.
They were genuine and friendly. And always followed through with
any questions/concerns we had.
We had a lovely time by the pool with the sweet folks:
Ann and Richard who stayed in the pink house.
Mike thought your suggestion of diving with The
Frontier group was excellent. He really enjoyed his
dives with them.
Our favorite spot was Rum Point.....I bet we were
there at least every other day! This was an island
utopia for us.
The Sea Cliff Teal House was beautiful, well equipped and super
clean. Heritage beach across the street was absolutely
gorgeous at all hours of the day and night.
We would love to someday return to a GC vacation we

We had a great time! The Sea Cliff (Lime) house was really just what we wanted. The house is lovely and well appointed. Everything was clean and in good repair. We really enjoyed the option of having breakfast and maybe a lunch and look out on Frank Sound with all its peace and beauty. Having the garage was a real bonus, as was the entertainment systems and washer and dryer, all of which got their work out with our crew. We still talk about the great times we had in Grand Cayman, and while the devaluation of the US dollar makes it pricey, we would do it again.
The mini-van from Marshall's was perfect, except for a tire that probably had a nail, because it would loose air every 48 hours or so. But I had no problems with that minor inconvenience; plenty of gas stations to fill it up.
I would highly recommend this property, and have already to some friends. While it is a drive from Georgetown, it is a great setting, beautiful sunsets, and a quiet location.
Do you represent any other properties in other parts of the Caribbean?

We had an wonderful vacation and the condo was great. Kai-Lypso Kai Unit # 19 had every convenience we could have asked for and we could not have found a nicer or cleaner place. The furnishings were incredible and very comfortable for our family of 4. The DSL worked perfectly and I was able to hook my computer and stay in touch with our family over the holiday ( Used the "Magic Jack" to phone over the computer and it worked great) .The weather was sunny every day and the back patio turn out to be a great place to read a book and enjoy a cocktail. We spent most of our time on the beach which was nice and quiet. The beach bar was perfect for lunch every day and they have a very friendly staff that made it a lot of fun.You guys were great and I would rent from you again in a minute. It was nice to get exactly what we were promised.Car Rental - I made a reservation with Budget but our flight was delayed ( Will Never fly Spiritair again) and the Budget rental office was closed. Fortunately Marshall's Rental office was open and we were able to get a nice car. I didn't think about rental car office being open when I arrived and probably should have taken you up on the rental you offered.

Laughing Waters was really nice. Loved the privacy of the home and the awesome views all day long. Great to have sun or shade at anytime of the day. Caught some of the biggest Barracuda right out behind the villa. Enjoyed having dinner a couple of nights at The Hideaway, saw the Barefoot Man perform, did lunch at Rum Point a couple of days, but mostly just took in the views from the verandah.We've stayed in about 20 villas in the Caribbean and this was one of the best yet. We had an absolutely FANTASTIC stay at your Cayman Breeze condo. You guys had everything there that we needed and then some. We really enjoyed how everything was furnished as if it was your primary home. The weather was great while we were there despite there being a slight scare when we saw Tropical Storm Noel getting close, but thankfully it headed further east and all we experienced were some moderate winds. We were pleasantly surprised about the level of privacy we had and that we never saw anyone in the entire complex or pool area throughout our stay.

We spent most of our time at Rum Point and enjoyed the trip to Sting Ray City along with some other snorkeling in the area. We stopped at Kaibo for lunch a couple times during our stay and also checked out the Driftwood bar right by the condo and had dinner at Over the Edge about 5 miles down the road. We took a day trip to the Seven Mile Beach area and had lunch at the Westin outdoor bar and dinner at Deckers across the street. I'm sure I left out a lot of details, but we really did have a phenomenal time. I would recommend your Cayman Breeze condo to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Hello Don and Linda,
Well we all had a wonderful family holiday on Cayman. Sea cliff Lime House was perfect and so very clean. What we love so much about the island is the safety factor, it is a beautiful island and the people we met will always be in our thoughts. During our month long visit we had the time to get to know the island and some of the ins and outs of life here. I know we will return in the Winter next time though cause it was just too hot for us Irish in July.
Our top picks would have to be the snorkelling in Smiths Cove and East End, lazy afternoons at the beaches in Rum Point and Seven Mile Public Beach, dinner at Portofino's. The Turtle Farm is a MUST when visitng and of course Stingray City is also a fave.My husband spent alot of evenings at the local watering hole the Pirate's Cove, meeting with alot of locals and making new friends. All in all an unforgettable experience that will be cherished by our family always. What really made everything so special for us was the beautiful Lime House and the location we stayed in was perfect, not too close but not too far either.
Please say hi to Pearline and Opal and her lovely son Roland, we so enjoyed talking to him. The memories go on and will stay with us in our hearts.

Thank you very much for the wonderfull accommodations at the Cayman Breeze condo during May 2007! We really enjoyed snorkeling off Rum Point and swimming with the stingrays. The snorkel and reef trip with Red Sail sports was great. Snorkeling at Smith's Cove was the best offshore snorkeling we found. Snorkel at the Reef Resort in East end at noon, when they feed the fish there.
We really enjoyed the screened in lanai at the condo. What a great way to enjoy the beach and oceanfront views without being in the sun. The weather was beautiful all week. The Botanical Gardens was a fun excursion on a cool afternoon.

Cayman Breeze is absolutely wonderful! From how your condo is "decked out" and nothing but the best. And the location - couldn't have been better!
Two of my favorite moments: 1. Laying in bed in the early morning with my eyes still closed listening to the waves lap onto the beach. 2. Laying on the chaise lounger beachside after sunset looking at the millions of stars that "don't exist" back home!
We loved snorkeling at Eden Rock and The Wreck of the Cali. Cemetery beach was great, very quiet, shady and beautiful. Visit Georgetown on Friday when there are no cruise ships in port.
Great dinner at Over the Edge, Sunday BBQ at Driftwood and romantic dinner at The Lighthouse.

We've been so busy since returning from "paradise" that we are just now getting back to normal. The Cayman Breeze condo was awesome!Everything that we could need or want was there. We would recommend your place to anyone who wants to get away from it all. The furnishings were exquisite, from the flat screen tv to the king size beds.
I suffer from chronic back-aches and I must say that I've NEVER SLEPT BETTER in several years. IT WAS AMAZING! Could you tell me what brand or type of matresses were on those beds?
Our decision to use McCurley's for our rental car was one of our better ones. It was so nice after such a long day of traveling to have someone pick you up at the airport.Overall a very nice relaxing vacation at a wonderful place.

We absolutely loved it! The Calico Kai townhouse at Rum Point was perfect for us (5) sizewise and location. Car rental was just fine and Ocean Frontiers for diving was great as ever.
A real highlight of the trip was a kayaking eco-tour which left from Kaibo Yacht Club with Cayman Kayaks.

Awesome – simply awesome! We came to the Cayman Islands to relax and unwind and that is what we did. We were in search of a place that had all the comforts of home, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to fun activities for the family. The Cayman Breeze condo gave us all that, plus more! Everything we needed was here. We loved the “5-Star” accommodations – everything was first class – from the top of the line mattresses and bed linens to the cookware and dinner plates – this home is decorated with nothing but the best. We absolutely loved having the ability to still stay connected through the high-speed internet connection, cable TV and the international phone.
Don and Linda- you were so helpful with what to bring, where to go and all the things you need to know to have a wonderful vacation. It’s hard to leave paradise but we must return to reality now. Thank you so much for helping us to create memories that we will treasure a lifetime!

Just got back from Parrot-ise on Sunday. It was really hard to leave. We
had a great time. We ended up getting 2 tanks each from Eden Rock and
then filling them at Ocean Frontiers . The diving out front of the house was remarkable. Saw
eagle-rays, eels, turtles, queen angels (big ones) etc... No hammer heads
though. Please let the Parrot-ise owners know how much we all enjoyed his
house, beach and especially the wall dives there! Hope to return again
soon. Also - Marshalls Rental Cars were very good to work with.

 We had a great time on our Cayman vacation!  The Sea Cliff Lemon House was even better than we expected.  What a view!  I only wish we could have stayed another two weeks.  We had a great time snorkeling in front of the house and enjoyed some terrific food at the restaurants you recommended.  We celebrated my wife's 40th birthday at The Light House restaurant and I can't say enough about the excellent service we received.  We will definitely plan another vacation to Grand Cayman and hope to stay at the Lemon House again.

We loved every bit of our Grand Cayman vacation.. Although we did more driving than we thought we would, it was still a good idea to be on the northside of the island. Much more our speed. We went snorkeling every day and scuba diving twice--the 13 and 18 year old were thrilled with that experience. Swam with the rays, saw the turtle farm, went to the butterfly habitat and wore them on our ankles the entire time. Did the Sunday night barbecue at Driftwood, ate at the Lighthouse, and otherwise fixed our own meals--complete with fried plantain chips for cocktail hour. The Calypso Sands condo was wonderful--exactly the right size and really well furnished. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for one of our most relaxing and memorable vacations.

We had a WONDERFUL time on Grand Cayman. The Sea Cliff Lemon house was even better than the pictures led us to believe it would. It was nice and clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of staples in the cupboards to get us by til we could fully stock up at the store.
McCurley’s Car Rentals was very nice and the guys really enjoyed Ocean Frontiers for their dives. We also had good luck with Ebanks watersports for a snorkel adventure.

We had a wonderful time on the island and loved our stay at the Sea Cliff Lime House. Marshall's Car Rentals was so friendly when we rented the car, and they gave great directions to the house.
We went snorkeling, shopping, to Hell, the Turtle Farm, Botanical Gardens, and drove around the island. We visited a few different beaches on the 7 mile beach. We ate at The Lobster Pot, The Lighthouse, and Chicken Chicken. They were all wonderful!
Thank you for your hospitality! Thank Pearlene and Opal for us too as the house was in sparkling condition! We will definitly use you all again as well as recommend you to our friends when planning a vacation to Grand Cayman.

We loved the new Parrot-ise house, the Caymans and the people. The house is terrific. Well done throughout.

We had fun at the Turtle Farm, on the submarine and at Botanical Gardens. My 4 year old loved the Pirate Caves. We caught and released barracuda while wade fishing.

We used Phil Bodden of Melody Marine/Chip-Chip Charters for a 7:30 am to 12:30 pm charter, which as a trip to Stingray City then fishing and snorkeling. The kids caught lots of reef fish. $450 plus tip if you paid cash. He has a 31' Tiara that's a little beat up but there's plenty of room and the guide is an awesome person.

I bought a waterproof 6 mega pixel camera that provided some terrific snorkeling shots.

I hear Spirit has entered the market and that its flights are cheaper. We didn't really care for the famous Seven Mile Beach strip due to the development and traffic, but we only spent one half day there to visit the Turtle Farm and ride in the submarine so I can't say we would never like this area.

Food was fantastic: From local dishes at Over the Edge and Vivan's Kitchen to nicer places like the Lighthouse (maybe the best family meal we have ever had). The Calypso Grill at the marina in West End was also a smash.

A great family place and a very special vacation. Thank you for your help!! I prepared an email to friends and suggested that they all call you.

We'll we've been back for a week and have readjusted to being back in the real world. Our week on Grand Cayman was absolutely wonderful. The weather was perfect, the food was great, the people we friendly and polite, we felt very safe and comfortable everywhere we went which has not been the case on other Caribbean vacations.
We'll Sea was an excellent choice for lodging. It became our home for the week which is what we always hope for. The one disadvantage was that Georgetown was a fairly long drive for dinner, but we adjusted and visited the Lighthouse in Breakers several times which was always very enjoyable.
We can't think of anything that could have been better and look forward to another visit in the future.

We did enjoy our trip to Grand Cayman. I speak for all of us when I say the Calypso Sands Island House accommodations were comfortable and offered good access to the beach. Weather was great every single day – absolutely the best weather conditions we have ever had in March.
We did a lunch at Portofino one day (the best!!!) and dinner at the Lighthouse (great service, but food was not as good as Portofino). The Driftwood was good for the Sunday BBQ – as you know, lots of food for a very reasonable price. Over The Edge was a personal favorite for the crusty ambiance and great breezes with huge tables and decent food.
Renting from McCurleys was a smart move and I really appreciated the grocery stop and tour with commentary upon arrival. Anyway, B.A. is a trip and I appreciated her sense of humor and her advice – she is a real character.
These are a few of my thoughts on the trip, but again I want emphasize our enjoyment of the area. For example, never have we felt so at ease and not worried about having someone walk off with our personal possessions. We felt comfortable leaving the girls at the condo or pool so we could snorkel or drive the North Side road. Thanks for an enjoyable trip in 2006.

Had a terrific vacation. Our private beach and the Rum Point entire area - was the best on the island, I thought.
We felt totally safe on the island. I could live there forever. Every single place that we ate - the food was delicious. It was the fastest two weeks I've ever lived. We had breakfast - a stack of pancakes at Over the Edge, a great dinner at the Lighthouse, several great meals at Portifino's, and the Castaways ! Everyone was friendly and polite. At the convenience store near Rum Point, about 4 little girls were collecting money for school - and we gave them a few bucks a piece. They were so sweet and mannerly ! I just loved the whole place.
Everything just ran as smoothly as it possibly could have. Just cannot express the great time we had there.
Thanks for helping make our 2 weeks in Cayman so special!

Linda, we had a wonderful time at the beautiful Sea Side Sands home at Rum Point. It was great, a perfect family get away. We swam with stingrays, went to the Botanical Gardens and Turtle Farm, shopped, ate well, and just relaxed for hours. The water and weather were great, neighbors were friendly. Just wanted to thank you for setting me up at the Kaibo Kai Condo over Christmas and New Years this year. The condo was definitely the most well equipped and nicely decorated I have ever rented. The grounds were immaculate, the people friendly and accomodating and the sunsets were spectacular.

I would highly recommend Kaibo if you are looking for a "locals" vacation. The Kaibo Beach Bar and Grill, a two minute walk, was a blast. Daniel, the manager and his crew made us a part of the family and the service and food were excellent. We met some wonderful people, both locals and vacationers. I have been to Grand Cayman several times but this time I really experienced the true flavor of the island. I will definitely be a Kaibo Kai resident again!

We just returned from our ten day vacation at the Seacliff Lemon and we had an awesome time. This was our second stay there and it was just as great as the first. I met Opal, the property manager, and she is very nice. Your recommended dive center Ocean Frontiers are excellent. They are a class A dive shop and are so helpful and friendly. Portofinos was a nice place for dinner, we visited them twice. The island has made great progress cleaning up after Hurricane Ivan, the island is still beautiful and we enjoyed every day there. Thanks again for all the suggestions and hopefully, we will be back on New Years week 2007.

Our Grand Cayman vacation was great.  I loved the Cayman Breeze condo - very comfortable.   We really loved the restaurant at Rum Point, Portafino's, and spending my birthday at the Lighthouse restaurant.
I also fulfilled a life-long activity and went scuba diving (with the entire family)!!!  What a great place to dive for the first time.  We also took the catamaran snorkel trip (with the folks at Red Sail).  We really loved it.  On Friday we took our boys to the Jolly Roger.  It was tacky, but when they give you free rum punch, no one is complaining!
The beaches were beautiful and we promise that if we ever get back to the island, we're spending the day at Rum Point.  It's got everything you need without the throng of people you get at Seven Mile Beach.
It was a great trip overall.  The people at McCurley's Rentals were the absolute best!

We had a fabulous time!  The Sea Cliff Pink house was beautiful and had everything we needed. 
Everyone on the island was extremely friendly.  We are so glad that we stayed outside of Georgetown.  The cruise ship passengers and the tourists that restrict themselves to the Seven Mile Beach area are missing the real Grand Cayman.   If that is the only part of Grand Cayman that you see, you are missing 98% of the picture. 
We felt the snorkeling was better in Cottage at the public beach and Smith's Cove than on Seven Mile Beach.  Our 12 year old daughter snorkeled for the first time in Grand Cayman after getting comfortable with the snorkel and mask in the swimming pool.  She labeled this a the best vacation she has ever been on, and that includes 1 week she spent in Hawaii with grandparents that catered to her every whim!  
We hated to leave, and can't wait to get an opportunity to go back.    We are already recommending Sea Cliff and Grand Cayman to those looking for vacation options.

Our stay in the Cayman was wonderful and we enjoyed everything about the island.  Rum Point was our most favorite spot to snorkel and just sit and relax on the beach.  It was close to the Parrot-ise house and convenient to get to.
The Parrot-ise house was absolutely a wonderful home for our family for those 10 days.  Everything that we needed to make it home was there. The decorating was just darling.  The tropical atmosphere of the home was very nice.
We visited in town only a couple of times and went to dinner mostly at the hotels in Georgetown and everything was delicious, also went bowling with the kids and had a great time.
When I arrived back home all my employee's heard everything good about everything there and asked what was not so good, and my husband and I could not think of thing.
We are planning another visit next summer again, but are thinking of staying a month and with other family members. When the time gets closer earlier on in the year we will have to see if you can accomodate us.

We absolutely loved our stay on Grand Cayman!  The Sea Cliff Teal house is beautiful and within 24 hours felt like home.  We were of course spoiled by the fact that no one was staying in the Pink house while we were there which allowed us to have the pool all to ourselves which we really enjoyed.  
We spent the morning hours relaxing at the pool and then after lunch would head out to explore.  Over the course of the week we snorkeled at Smith Cove, off the beach at Morrit's Tortuga Club and then on Friday (our last day of vacation) did a snorkel excursion that took us to Coral Gardens, the Barrier Reef and the Sand Bar.  Interacting with the stingrays was something I will not soon forget.  We of course spent a day shopping in Georgetown and along 7 mile beach which was fun, but pretty much did us in as far as crowds are concerned.  Our favorite "shop stop" was Pure Art at Smith Cove... took care of a lot of Christmas.
As far as food is concerned, we loved having access to our own kitchen, and had most of our breakfasts and lunches at the house.  We had a great time at the Driftwood on Sunday and "yes" they do make the best mudslides in the world.  We also enjoyed dinners at Portofinos, The Lighthouse, and The Tree House (Caribbean Luau) - our favorite meal being at the Lighthouse.  Also, the folks handling our rental car were fabulous - very friendly and quite informative upon our arrival (Beth Ann is an Indianapolis gal).
All in all, we could not have asked for a better Caribbean honeymoon.  Our first visit to Grand Cayman will certainly not be our last and we would not hesitate to stay in your home again.  THANK YOU!

Our vacation on Grand Cayman was wonderful!!  The Two Rainbows house at Rum Point was absolutely amazing.  It was the perfect retreat for all of us.  Nothing was better than when we first opened the front door and saw nothing but the ocean. The owner should be commended for keeping such a lovely place.
No one can believe that I rented it on the internet.  I have spead the word about your site and I hope you get lots more business.  Your photos were very accurate representations of the house, beach and pool.

We loved!!!! Parrot-ise and are spoiled forever.  It was as perfect as you can get.  I felt like it belonged to me and had fun acting as if.  I wish we had a way to live there, at least part-time.  Everything, could not have been better.  We took in as much as we could of your suggestions and they all were great.

As you're well aware, there have been times when what is shown on the internet is not always what comes to fruition. This was not the case in our experience however. Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will be returning in the future.

We cannot say enough about the Parrot-ise Vacation Home and Grand Cayman!  It was a wonderful setting and we hope to return often.  We take an annual winter trip...last year was St. Croix.  We thought St. Croix was fun until we had Grand Cayman to compare it to.  No comparison.  The house was perfect, clean to our taste and comfortable as home. Thank you and Linda for your help and attention to our questions.  The owners should be commended on sharing such a lovely place.  We hope to return and have raved to friends and family about it.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, unfortunately getting back to the "real" world has been hectic. We could not have had a better time.  The weather was terrific, the water was awesome, the view couldn't have been better.  We snorkeled every morning and enjoyed the gorgeous reef right off our beach.  The sunsets were stunning, especially from the Cracked Conch..  This was quite frankly, one of the best if not the best vacation that we have had.  I would highly recommend the Cayman Breeze to anyone looking for a romantic, relaxing, private getaway.  I look forward to staying there again sometime in the future.  Thanks again, hope to vacation with you again soon.

Monday afternoon and I am back to the reality of paying for it all! It was a much needed vacation that was made completely enjoyable and relaxing with your property being the center of our enjoyment.  The rain did not come until 6 days into our trip, but even so it was plenty warm for my boys to spend plenty of time itn the pool which was the center of their vacation.  Overall we found the property and all the ammenities very accomodating and enjoyable and the north side much more in tune to our type of atmosphere.
We will definately keep you in mind should our future travels take us to Cayman!

We had a great time! The place was perfect for us. Great location and lots of airy room. McCurrly's worked out very well for first timers like us. She had some great tips to go along with yours. We hit the Driftwood for the Sunday barbeque, did the resort dive with Ocean Frontiers, ate at the Kaibo and Lighthouse along with Over the Edge, and snorkled with the rays with Red Sail Sports. We also went to the Turtle Farm on our one foray into town and at the Calypso Grill (great food). If we are ever fortunate enough to come back, we'll definitely contact you. Thanks,

Sea Cliff Pink House was a dream... it's soooooo cute..... The whole resort is
great and very quiet... which we really liked.
Annalies Van Kesteren at The Grand Old House was really nice and helped
us get things organise for the wedding. The ceremony was officiated by Reverend
Goedffrey McGoo. He was very moving and nice.

The condo was great and we couldn't have been happier with its
location.  Its funny that after just a few days on the north shore, we
found Georgetown too busy for our liking.  I believe that my family
loved Rum Point the most.  We didn't know that Stingray Sandbar was so
close.
Your property mgr. bent over backwards to help us when I accidentally
threw my keys away when we were due to depart for the airport.  I
still can't thank him enough.
       
Thank you again for offering an affordable, clean and peaceful place

Just a note of thanks for the opportunity to stay at "The Laurelei."  The condo was exactly as you had described, the weather could not have been more perfect, and we enjoyed the north end of the island, especially Rum Point.  We did a great deal of snorkeling and, due to the judicious use of sunscreen, have only moderate tans, no burns! Grand Cayman is a very relaxing place, and we hope to return again some day.

Hi Don,
We really enjoyed our stay at your condo.  The weather was great and our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.
The condo was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and good supplies of towels etc. and kitchen supplies.  The kids loved the hammock.
We loved Rum Point, the Rum point restaurant, Kaibo restaurant, and the Lighthouse.  The Sunday BBQ at Driftwood was great too.  Lunch at The Reef Point restaurant was also delicious.  We had a great day trip sailing with Red Sail sports.  We also loved the pool and pool area.

We had an absolutely fantastic time!  The only real problem is we had to go back (to dig out from record
smowfall in Boston).  Everything went very smoothly! We loved the rooms (your underwater pictures are
outstanding), the beach and pool.  As we approach retirement we would consider settling in Cayman.
Also, it was great fun to meet McCurley and BA--she invited us to the big bithday bash on the beach.
The rental car was fine too. Thanks again--we will be back to Cayman for sure.

We had a marvelous time.  The Far Tortuga house fit our family needs perfectly.  
We ate lunch one day at Portafino's and went to David's Thursday night for Lammie and the fire-eater.  It was a fun experience.  Thanks for that tip.  Also Stingray City is a must for anyone visiting Grand Cayman.

We loved Grand Cayman, Rum Point was beautiful and very accessible. The diving in the North Wall was superb. The condo was very comfortable and well situated. The kitchen was very user friendly. We did use it a lot because we like to have breakfast at home, especially when we need to be in the dive boat by 8:30. We also had lunch there most of the time just as we came back from our morning dives. All in all a great vacation and very good accommodations, also a great value.

We had a spectacular time in Grand Cayman and at Parrot-ise. The house is
very nice and has a beautiful location. I didn't know you could pack so
many parrots into one house!! It was exactly what we were looking for
during our honeymoon. Everyone is so nice in the Cayman Islands. We
actually stayed one more day in Georgetown because we couldn't bring
ourselves to leave. I'm recommending Parrot-ise to my family and friends
for a great vacation getaway.

Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time at Cayman Breeze. Your
condo was clean and well kept. Everyone was so nice while we were there.
Special thanks to Richard: One of the days, Chris drove to Safe Haven to
play golf. The plan was that I would take the ferry with the kids and meet
him there at lunch time. The problem arose when we could not find a ride.
The taxi service was booked and the ride was too short anyway. I called the
numbers provided for the managers to see if they had any suggestions, but
there was no answer. Richard was outside working with another gentleman
fixing a door on another unit. I asked him if he had any ideas for me. He
was kind enough to make a few phone calls for me, but to no avail. When all
seemed lost, Richard was generous enough to give myself and my 3 children a
ride to rum point in his pick up truck! He went way beyond the call of duty
and I will remember him for it.Dominic at the Over the Edge was also very kind to us,
helping us out when we needed some supplies and Chisholm's had closed early.
The people of the island are as wonderful as the beauty of the island itself.

Sorry for the delay in responding. The day after we returned from our
vacation I was back on the road travelling for business and just returned today.
Our vacation was wonderful. There wasn't a bad thing about it. Weather was
great, scuba diving was awesome, drinks were good and there is not enough nice
words to say how pleased we were with the facilities. We sincerely hope that
we will get back there sometime soon.
