Weekly 7 night rentals rates are:
 
$2,200 US (December 21 - January 3) 
7 night minimum during Christmas/New Years period
 
$1,750 US (January 4 - April 30)  Nightly rate is $250.
5 night minimum
 
$1,200 US (May 1 - October 31)  Nightly rate is $175.
3 night minimum
 
$1,750 US (November 1 - December 21)  Nightly rate is $250.
5 night minimum
 
$1,850 US ( Easter Week)  Nightly rate is $275.
5 night minimum


A 10% CI government tax applies.
Monthly rates are available on request.

Changeover day for regular weeks are Saturdays .
(excluding Christmas and Easter) 

Check in is 3:00 pm, Check out is 11:00 am.

Payment - 50% down on booking 50% 7 days before arrival.

We process 50% of the rental at the time of
reservations, with the balance due upon arrival.

VISA, MasterCard,  and Cashiers Checks accepted.
Bi-weekly and monthly rentals are also available.
