Brand New Four Bedroom Home Weekly 7 night rental rates:
December 16 - April 12, 2008 $5,800 per week. $850 per night.
April 12 - August 30, 2008 $4,500 per week. $650 per night.
August 30 - December 6, 2008 $4,050 per week. $590 per night.
December 6, 2008 - April 18, 2009 $5,950 per week. $850 per night.
A 5 night minimum stay is required.
A 10% govt. tax applies to all rental rates.
Monthly rates are available on request. Changeover day for regular weeks are Saturdays (excluding Christmas and Easter) - Check in 3:00 pm, Check out 10:00 am.
Payment - 50% down on booking with 50% balance due 7 days before arrival.
