You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or lanai,
but due to severe allergies, cannot allow smoking in the house.

Children 5 and under are FREE.
Extra days are pro-rated.
A 10% gov't tax applies to all rental rates.
Rates do NOT include the 10% tax.
Weekly maid service included, extra days can be arranged at a minimal cost. 
Crib and High Chair available.

Payment terms:  50% on booking. 
50% balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
