Linda.
My daughter and I had a wonderful time on Grand Cayman!! It was her graduation trip. We did our open water certification scuba dive with Ocean Frontier, whom you recommended, and felt so taken care of. We loved the Island, the beautiful Cayman Breeze condo, great service, and the dives. I have another daughter graduating next year and that's where she wants to go. Hope to be making plans next spring.
Thanks, C. Roth

3/08 Don & Linda,
We want you to know that we think your Cayman Breeze condo is just beautiful and we had a very enjoyable time while on the Island. Your condo is very comfortable and actually quite quiet. We believe that your condo is positioned beautifully – sort of tucked away in the corner. We could hear the ocean which is a wonderful sound and very relaxing but, were not bothered by any other noises. In fact, we quickly turned the A/C off and opened up the windows for a wonderful breeze. We only turned the A/C back on and to 85 degrees when we left. All of the furniture was very comfortable, especially the beds.
We hope to return to Cayman often and I am sure we will be in touch with you again.
Many thanks again. The MacDavitt family

Linda,
We had a great time. Spent the first half at your Cayman Breeze condo then moved to the Ritz Carlton for 4 days of business and pleasure. The Cayman Breeze really was the best on Cayman, and you've appropriately named the place. We thought the best restaurant on the island was the Lighthouse- ate there twice. Better than any meal at the Ritz. Had a special treat with the lunar eclipse on the exterior seating at te Lighthouse. What a way to eat a meal!
Thanks for everything. J. Peterson

2/08: Hi Linda,
We had an absolutely wonderful time on Grand Cayman. The Sea Cliff Pink house was beautiful.
We are already thinking about booking next year with additional family members. Therefore, a larger house. But definitely prefer the East End. We'll be contacting you soon for our return to Grand Cayman. To see some images I took while on the island, including some at the house, go to:

Don & Linda,
Nice to hear from you. We had a great time at your beautiful Cayman Breeze condo on the North shore. Very different from the other side of the island. It had a laid back island feel. We did alot of sport fishing and just plain took it easy. You did a very nice job on decorating and furnishing your condo. The wifi internet and free international calls were also a very nice bonus. We had a great stay. Thanks for the hospitality. HLaka

Hi Linda,
We truly loved your Cayman Breeze condo. The lay out is very conducive for 2 couples. The lanai was perfect. There was almost always a breeze to enjoy. We had a wonderful time, and your idea about the valet car rental with McCurley's worked out fantastic. We will certainly contact you on our next trip to the Caymans!

Hi Linda, Hi Don,
We had an absolutely FANTASTIC stay at your Cayman Breeze condo. You guys had everything there that we needed and then some. We really enjoyed how everything was furnished as if it was your primary home. The weather was great while we were there despite there being a slight scare when we saw Tropical Storm Noel getting close, but thankfully it headed further east and all we experienced were some moderate winds. We were pleasantly surprised about the level of privacy we had and that we never saw anyone in the entire complex or pool area throughout our stay.

We spent most of our time at Rum Point and enjoyed the trip to Sting Ray City along with some other snorkeling in the area. We stopped at Kaibo for lunch a couple times during our stay and also checked out the Driftwood bar right by the condo and had dinner at Over the Edge about 5 miles down the road. We took a day trip to the Seven Mile Beach area and had lunch at the Westin outdoor bar and dinner at Deckers across the street. I'm sure I left out a lot of details, but we really did have a phenomenal time. I would recommend your Cayman Breeze condo to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.
Thanks again,
Cris Kliczak

Hi Linda,
We had a wonderful vacation. The accomodations at your Cayman Breeze condo were great and the pool was really clean. The highlight of our trip was the enormous manta ray we saw while snorkeling right outside the condo. It was as big as a bus! Thanks for everything.
Nancy P.

Hi Linda and Don,
We just want you to know how much we enjoyed staying at your Cayman Breeze condo this week. You have decorated it with such fine furnishings, everything was beautiful, of top quality, and convenient. It's clear you take good care of the place, and we tried to also. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation, and saw a million fascinating creatures on our daily snorkeling trips over the island. Wishing you the best,
Regards, The Carpenters

Dear Linda,
Everything was fantastic!! The Paradise Found condo at your new North Pointe complex in Cayman Kai was perfect and the McCurley's valet car rental service made everything so easy. I will recommend this property to all our friends. Thanks again for helping to provide a perfect vacation.

Dear Linda,
Thank you very much for the wonderfull accommodations at the Cayman Breeze condo during May 2007! We really enjoyed snorkeling off Rum Point and swimming with the stingrays. The snorkel and reef trip with Red Sail sports was great. Snorkeling at Smith's Cove was the best offshore snorkeling we found. Snorkel at the Reef Resort in East end at noon, when they feed the fish there.
We really enjoyed the screened in lanai at the condo. What a great way to enjoy the beach and oceanfront views without being in the sun. The weather was beautiful all week. The Botanical Gardens was a fun excursion on a cool afternoon.
Thanks again for a great place to stay during a wonderful vacation.

Dear Linda,
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Your Cayman Breeze condo is beautiful! And clean! I am a neat freak, so it was I was so pleased with your maid service - everything was spotless!
We so enjoyed snorkeling Rum Point and cemetary beach. Saw lobsters, starfish, barracuda and lots of tropical fish. Rum Point was alot of fun and we toured Georgetown and 7 mile beach. We ate at Vivine's Kitchen, Kaibo Grill, Driftwood BBQ, Rum Point Wreck Bar and Paradise Grill.
We had an absolutely fabulous time! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
The Schoner Family

Linda,
Cayman Breeze is absolutely wonderful! From how your condo is "decked out" and nothing but the best. And the location - couldn't have been better!
Two of my favorite moments: 1. Laying in bed in the early morning with my eyes still closed listening to the waves lap onto the beach. 2. Laying on the chaise lounger beachside after sunset looking at the millions of stars that "don't exist" back home!
We loved snorkeling at Eden Rock and The Wreck of the Cali. Cemetery beach was great, very quiet, shady and beautiful. Visit Georgetown on Friday when there are no cruise ships in port.
Great dinner at Over the Edge, Sunday BBQ at Driftwood and romantic dinner at The Lighthouse.
Thanks again!
The Wallers

Hello Linda
Just a note to say - thanks for a great vacation. Your information was very helpful plus all of your recommendations worked out very well. Your Cayman Breze condo was very nice - the internet phone was a big hit for me to keep in touch with my office as well as family.
As a note - there is now a cash machine at the Fosters Food Market at the Reef Inn area. That saved a bit of driving back to Georgetown.
Snorkleing was good at all the locations you mentioned - Sting Ray, Rum Point, Queens monument, Reef Inn and Smith Cove. Your North Pointe pool was a big hit.
We ran out of time to catch the night kayak trip to see the luminous waters, but we'll be back!

Dear Linda,
What a great location and wonderful Cayman Breeze condo!  We love the Cayman Kai and Rum Point area.  Don't miss the ecoventures tour at the Kaibo Yacht club - great kayak adventure.  The Lighthouse has great food and romantic ocean view setting.  The Kaibo Beach bar has excellent mojitos!  We really liked snorkeling at Cemetary Beach.  Wonderful vacation!

PS - don't do the pirate ship cruise unless you want to party!

November 2006:

Dear Linda,
Thanks so much for a wonderful place!  My daughter and I enjoyed our time together in this beautiful condo.  We had everything we needed.  We were able to eat goo, play hard and sleep well.  Your recommendations were greate!  We sadly leave but take with us many memories.

December 2006:

My husband and I came to the Cayman Islands for our 10th anniversary and we had a wonderful time.  Your Cayman Breeze condo was so comfy and cozy.  The bed was incredibly comfy.  I was so impressed with how well stocked the condo was.  I expected to have to buy everything, be we only had to buy the food items we needed.  It was nice staying on the quiet side of the island.
We went diving for three days with Ocean Frontiers and they were great.  Ghe diving at Stingray City was SO FUN!  I loved it!
We ate at Rum Point, Kaibo Yacht Club, Over The Edge, The Lighthouse, Macabuca, Hammerheads, Rackham's, The Cracked Conch and all were excellent.  It was a wonderful vacation we will never forget.

December 2006:

We were on our way to Honduars, but the airlines cancelled our flights.  To our surprise you were able to accommodate us at the last minute and we are so pleased.  The condo was perfect.  The location close to Rum Pointe was great and of course the Rum Punch was a hit!  Thanks for making this a special trip we never expected to take :-)

December 2006:

Arriving on Christmas Eve, we jumped right in the water and enjoyed some of the best snorkeling just bast the breakwater.  A curious barracuda followed us form most of the swim.  We also enjoyed the snorkeling at Cemetary Beach.
We certainly appreciated having such a clean, cofortable, quiet place and so well appointed.  You furnished it as your primary home, and we tried to treat it as such.  As food/wine enthusiasts, the copper lined pots, rubber-bottomed mixing bowls and insulated pool glasses did not go un-noticed!  Thanks very much for your thoughtulness and we will certainly endorse Cayman Breeze to any and all who might be headed to Cayman.

January 2007:

February 2007:

The condo and amenities surpassed our expectations!  Quiet and private - a wonderful place to come back to each day.  Sunday BBQ at the Driftwood bar is great, definitely do the ribs.  We loved the Kaibo for lunch, dinner and watching the sunset.  Rum Point beach is the best beach.  The Lighthouse was the best more upscale restaurant.  We rented the Red Baron sailbot 44' captained by Neil for 1/2 day.  He took us to a different location than the sandbar to feed the stingrays and then we sailed in the ocean.  Great fun!

We had a wonderful time here.  YOu have a beautiful place, great decor, all the amentities of home away from home  Cayman Breeze offers deluxe comfort.  We enjoyed dining at the Lighthouse - delicious food and excellent service.  Blair took us to Stingray City and The Sandbar on his private boat.  Fantastic! and thanks for the tip!

April 2007:

Howdy from Dallas, Tx!  My new husband booked your new Cayman Breeze condo for our honeymoon this week.  We loved the place and have been enjoying the comfort all week long.  Iam not going to want to leave or return to reality after enjoying the beauty and relaxation fn this trip.

We toured Georgetown, seven mile beach, snorkeled at several spots and got our PADI scuba certification.  The diving was amazing and we saw beautiful creatures.  We ate at the Lobster Pot, Over the Edge, The Wharft and the Lighthouse.  Food was excellent at all of these.  Although I must say we cooked some equally fabulous meals at the condo too!
Once again, we are extremely impressed with the accommodations, and the bed is very comfy!  We hope to return very soon.  Thanks and God Bless!

April 2007:

This is our 2nd visit to the Northside of Grand Cayman.  We and our friends had a great week here.  Enjoyed lunches at The Lighthouse, Morritt's Tortuga Club on the dock and at Rum Point. Dinners at Kaibo and Over the Edge.  Sunday BBQ at the Driftwood is excellent.  We love the QEII Botanical Gardens, Stingray City, Coral Gardens and snorkeling wherever we chose.
We renewed our vows at sunset at Starfish Point.  It was a beautiful setting.  The condo had everything we needed.  We enjoyed the sandy beach, the owcan, sunny days, relaxing and getting away.  Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Rick & Judy, Chicago

Linda,
We had a wonderful visit to the island. Your Cayman Breeze condo had everything we needed. The guys cooked steaks on the grill one night and we had a great dinner in. Mostly we just had breakfast there, but it was so nice to be able to do that, a leisurely breakfast out in the lanai.
The convenience of the shuttle to and from the airport and the car at the condo was great! We had great lunches at the Lighthouse, Rum Point and Morritts Tortuga over the water. Dinners at Kaibo and Over the Edge. Great Sunday Barbeque at the Driftwood. That's a great little neighborhood bar! The deli at Fosters was really good.
Great experiences at the Botanic Garden and Stingray City/Coral gardens. Nice snorkeling and walks on the beach.
The north side is perfect for us, just what we needed. Perhaps we will get to visit again.
Thank you,
Judy & Rick H.

Hello Linda,
Melanie and I really enjoyed the Cayman Breeze Condo for our honeymoon. I was impressed at the quality and cleanliness of the condo. We both look forward to coming back next year since we are now both certified in diving with Ocean Frontiers. The condo is on an excellent side of the island, quiet and relaxing. I believe we tested all the restaurants and went to all areas of the island. We really enjoyed Rum Point!
See you next year.
A. Kelly

Don & Linda...our vacation was excellent. The island was absolutely beautiful, and the weather was outstanding. I was really pleased with the Northern Lights condominium, everything that I expected was fulfilled in regards to services and amenities. The condo was very nice, it was clean and well furnished.
The rental car arrangement really worked well, it was certainly nice to not worry about the transfer from and back to the airport.
We went to Stingray City and also went Scuba diving and both trips were excellent.
Thanks for your help in arranging things and with your excellent communications.
M. Volkers

Dear Don And Linda,
We've been so busy since returning from "paradise" that we are just now getting back to normal. The Cayman Breeze condo was awesome!Everything that we could need or want was there. We would recommend your place to anyone who wants to get away from it all. The furnishings were exquisite, from the flat screen tv to the king size beds.
I suffer from chronic back-aches and I must say that I've NEVER SLEPT BETTER in several years. IT WAS AMAZING! Could you tell me what brand or type of matresses were on those beds?
Our decision to use McCurley's for our rental car was one of our better ones. It was so nice after such a long day of traveling to have someone pick you up at the airport.Overall a very nice relaxing vacation at a wonderful place.
Thanks!
Brian and Brenda Bruns

"As the owner of www.caymanvacation.com, I've been traveling to the Cayman Islands since 1989. I met the great folks at Cayman Kayaks in early 2006, and have to tell you they offer the most amazing Bioluminescence night kayak tour in the world. They depart around 7 pm at the Kaibo Yacht Club in Rum Point, and take a 2 hour tour which stops in the Rum Point Lagoon.
Here you will simply be amazed at every movement of your paddle and hands off the kayak. The water simply explodes with a blaze of light that is generated by the marine life in the water. It's just stunning and something you have to experience to believe it. I've been in this bay during the day on boats and never would imagine what happens at night. The great thing about this tour is nobody knows about what takes place in the Rum Point lagoon, and even more amazing is hardly any of the residence on the water know it exists.
Book in advance at caymankayaks.com as this kayak tours is truly a 1st class, unique experience."

New Cayman Breeze Condo, August 2006
Awesome - simply awesome! We came to the Cayman Islands to relax and unwinde and that is what we did. We were in search of a place that had all the comforts of home, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to fun activities for the family. The new Cayman Breeze cond gave us all that, plus more!
Everything we needed was in Cayman Breeze. We loved the "5-Star" accommodaitons - everything was first class - from the top of the line mattresses and bed linens to the cookware and dinner plates. This home is decorated with nothing but the best. We absolutely loved having the ability to stay connected through the high speed internet, cable TV and free international phone.
Don & Linda, you were so helpful with what to bring, where to go and all the things you need to know to have a wonderful vacation. It's hard to leave paradise but we must return to reality now. Thank yo so much for helping to create memories that will last a lifetime!
Fondly - The Shumadine Family
