Weekly 7 night rentals (1 to 4 people) are:
(Minimum stay is 5 days)

High Season

(January 3 to April 15)
$2,730.00 – US
($390.00 per day)

Christmas Season

(December 20 to January 2)
$3,150.00 – US
($450.00 per day)

Low Season

(April 16 to December 19)
$1,925.00 – US
($275.00 per day)

CHECK IN TIME 3:00 P.M.
CHECK OUT TIME 12:00 NOON
COCOPLUM #3 IS A NON SMOKING CONDOMINIUM

Maximum amount of guests allowed in the unit is (4) people

10% Government Tax and 6% Gratuity in lieu of tipping are additional

50% deposit required at time of reservation – balance due upon arrival
VISA, MasterCard or Cashier’s Check accepted

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes received prior to 60 days of arrival in High Season or 30 days in Low Season the deposit less a 5% service fee will be refunded.  Cancellations or changes for Christmas Season must be received 90 days prior to arrival otherwise deposit is forfeited.  For trip insurance see: http://www.insuremytrip.com
