One of the truly remarkable attractions of the Fishbones property is the ocean access. You'll stroll down a set of natural coral stone steps which leads down to a platform build into the side of the ironshore cliffs. From there you'll take a few more steps right down into the Caribbean sea for easy access to some of the most brilliant coral reefs and snorkeling in the Caribbean. There are also a couple of private sandy coves that you can swim up to and lounge effortlessly on your own private beach. It just doesn't get any better than this.
The large spacious living area opens right out to the screened lanai with fantastic breezes and views. Fishbones features a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with the finest Viking appliances and everything you need to prepare a world class meal to enjoy at sunset.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor and features a large king-size bed, oceanfront view, and private ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower.
The 2nd bedroom is on the 2nd floor and is delightfully decorated in a true Caribbean color theme and has a spectacular oceanfront view off the private deck. The 3rd bedroom is also on the 3rd floor with a serene theme, oceanfront view and private deck. The upstairs bedrooms are divided by a large walkway/foyer with a home office and nursery area.
A bonus room is the 3rd story Lookout, decorated in patriotic red, white and blue and offers incredible 360 degree panoramic views of the ocean and of the interior of the island. This is a must for sunrises and sunsets!
Right off the screened lanai is the beautiful large pristine freshwater pool, open deck and also a covered gazebo perfect for shade and leisurely reading.
Fishbones is 30 minutes from the Georgetown Airport, 7 Mile Beach, Georgetown duty free shopping, golf, and The Turtle Farm. The beautiful Botanical Gardens are a 10 minute drive. There are a variety of excellent lunch and dinner restaurants within 5 - 15 minutes away.
The Morritt's Tortuga Club and The Reef Resort, two larger timeshare developments are just 2.5 miles down the road. Ocean Frontiers dive operations are 10 minutes away in East End. Northside and Rum Point are 15 minutes drive.
