Welcome to the Hilltime Luxury Vacation Home, located in the upscale, pristine and relaxed Cayman Kai community on Grand Cayman's Northside.  Hilltime is appropriately named, as it is nestled atop a lush sloping hill that features a breathtaking panoramic view of the expansive beach and crystal clear Caribbean Sea.

Hilltime is a totally private luxury home, one half mile from Rum Point.  The home can be configured as a 4 bedroom, 4 bath rental which includes a separate studio; or as a 3 bedroom, 3 bath configuration.  The 4 bedroom layout sleeps up to 10, while the 3 bedroom set up sleeps up to 8.

The focal point inside Hilltime is the panoramic view of the awesome beach and ocean.  The large living area features a 35" TV, Satellite receiver, DVD and VHS.  The sofa and love seat in the living area are both pull out sleepers.

Off the living area is a serene sitting room with stunning beach and oceanviews.  The dining room has a magnificent direct ocean view with large dining table with seating for 8.  You can't beat the dining room setting for a romantic, candlelit dinner at sunset.

There is a screened porch that has steps that lead down to the large, wide beautiful clean sandy beach.  You have immediate easy access to some of the best snorkeling in all of Grand Cayman; right at your doorsteps.  The shallow coral reef formations run for miles in both directions and start in about 4 feet of water out to about 25 feet.  The Cayman Wall breaks about 150 yards offshore.

The Hilltime kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, trash compactor and all the cooking supplies needed for a gormet meal.  Adjoining the kitchen is a full service wet bar with refrigerator and barstool seating to share stories from the day.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and TV with satellite, and private balcony overlooking the ocean.  It also has a large private bath with a door that leads out to the freshwater pool.
The large freshwater pool is located in the front of Hilltime, and offers a shaded lanai with lounge chairs and total privacy.  The pool is neatly landscaped with natural Cayman ironshore and tropical plants and trees.
The 1st guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV and screened lanai with beach view and private bath.  The 2nd guest bedroom has two twin beds, private bath and direct ocean view and deck.

The separate studio has it's own private entrance with two twin beds, love seat and chairs, efficiency kitchen, microwave, refrigerator and separate washer and dryer.  It has a TV with separate satellite connection.  It also has a table and chairs and eat in bar.  This private corner setting also offers an ocean view and breezy deck.
Hilltime is fully equipped with washer and dryer, gas grill, ceiling fans throughout, central air, towels and linens.  The private drive and home layout provides the ultimate in privacy. 

There are a variety of excellent restaurants nearby, including the Rum Point Restaurant, Rum Point Wreck Bar, Kaibo Yacht Club Beach Bar, and Cecil's Restaurant.  The Driftwood Sports bar is just down the road and offers lively gatherings and the best Sunday BBQ and mudslides on the island.
Redsail Sports operates a full watersports center at Rum Point, with jetski's, sunfish sailboats, snorkeling and scuba diving trips to Stingray City and other Northwall sites. 

The Rum Point Ferry runs from Rum Point to the Hyatt on 7 mile beach, on multiple 15 minute trips daily.  Hilltime is 45 minutes from Georgetown and the Owen Roberts International Airport.
