Designed by John Doak and built in a French West Indian style this spectacular beachfront property commands stunning views over one hundred and twenty six feet of the reef protected Frank Sound. Built in 2003 this totally private island style residence of three beds and three baths over some three thousand six hundred square feet nestles toward the beachside of a deep one and a quarter acre lot. Hidden from the road you approach the property along a meandering driveway lined with a variety flowers, bushes & trees some of which are fruit bearing.

Entering the cottage you are immediately struck with the awesome views of the sound from the great room. Cathedral ceilings with typically stylish tongue and groove finish create a light and airy feel aided by the two dormer windows set high to maximise the rooms natural light. One of the most stunning features of this exquisite home is the dining area. Spacious and designed around a twenty five foot high rotunda with vaulted ceilings and apex roof lights, with double door access from both the kitchen and lounge, this great entertaining space is ideally situated to catch the beautiful evening sunsets or to enjoy early morning sun over a West Indian breakfast.

The kitchen is welcoming yet understated with the simple elegance of white Caribbean style cabinetry. The main house accommodates two of the three bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. Of good proportion the master occupies the beach views and benefits from patio doors opening onto the pool deck. The second bedroom has views over the luscious and well landscaped gardens. A detached guest cottage, set off to one side from the main house, accommodates the third apartment style bedroom and huge deck as well as a double car garage below. Beachside, a sea grape protected sea wall retains the pool and deck with a much loved and enjoyed gazebo to the West surrounded by the formal gardens created as artistic islands of manicured lawn surrounded by sand and natural vegetation, easily managed with a sprinkler system and exterior lighting.

A gentle south - south east prevailing breeze dances across the deck, terrace and gardens encouraging outdoor living and entertaining. This special Island home will suit someone with a sense of style in search of pleasure and practicality. With porcelain floor tiles throughout, a standing seam roof, rendered finish and hurricane rated glass, Innesfree is mostly maintenance free. Lots of storage and a spacious laundry are great for family.

The house is VERY private, located at Breakers on Cayman's South Coast
It is set in an extensive landscaped private garden ( one of the nicest on the island)

We have a truly “barefoot” beach deep white sand with no rocks, and sheltered water easily as nice as Kaibo and much nicer than most houses on the North Coast.
It’s a non- smoking property, and we do not wish to have pets.
The guest “cottage” is really a separate suite above the garage with its own deck overlooking the sea.
There is a 42” DLP TV in the LR and another TV in the kitchen. The LR also has a VCR/DVD/Bose Surround Sound system (with outside speakers.). The house is DSL connected.
The house is < 1 mile form the well known Lighthouse restaurant.
We are about 25 mins from Georgetown (after the new by-pass). We are half way between Georgetown and Rum Point.
There is good shopping at the Countryside mall about 15mins away.
We will leave two bicycles for guests.
There is a mooring buoy for a boat just off the beach.
We are near the public dock where fresh fish is available from the local fisherman.
