The Paradise Found Condo is one of only ten units in the complex. It is a second floor beach front unit with spectacular views from the screen enclosedlanai and all bedrooms. This area is perfect for snorkeling just off the beachover coral formations with its beautiful colors, tropical fish, and lobster.

There are many dive sites on the North Side to accommodate your divingpleasures.Sting Ray City is only a 10-minute boat ride away where you candive and hand feed the stingrays. Dive the Cayman Barrier Reef, which isonly a few hundred feet from your doorstep.Our newly updated second floor luxury CORNER unit is 1250 sq.ft. and accommodates up to six guest. The ocean views are breathtaking and thesunrise and sunset make this a truly special place. It has two bedrooms,two full baths, central air, ceiling fans, beachfront pool, lanai, cable TV,VCR, CD, stereo, washer, dryer, sofa sleeper, BBQ grill, linens, towels,and complete kitchen including blender, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave.The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has aqueen-size. Each has its own full bath. Both bedrooms have sliding glassdoors that open to a vaulted lanai with beautiful ocean views.

ACTIVITIES
There are lots of really good restaurants near the condo. Try Rum PointKaibo Yacht Club, Hyatt Restaurant, Red Ginger,Portofino's, The Lighthouse, or The Edge. You won't have to miss game day with the Driftwood Sports Bar a short
walk down the beach. Try deep sea or bottom fishing with Island Girl Charters, Just FishN, Capt.Bryans, or Bayside Watersports. Jet Ski rentals, boat rentals, water-skiing,parasailing, bike rentals, and sailboat rentals & charters are available just
minutes from the condo. Live Island Music is always popular on the beautiful Rum Point beaches. Or, grab a beach hammock and just relax with a good book or a cool drink. Take a leisurely walk through the Botanical Gardens about 10 minutes fromthe condo. You can take a visit to the Turtle Farm and return your own babyturtle back to sea. Take a scenic tour on Frank Sound Road and visit the Blowholes that nature has carved out of the shoreline. Enjoy a quick 15-minute trip on the ferry from Rum Point to the 7-Mile Beach. Go into Georgetown where there is lots of expensive and inexpensiveshopping to suit your budget. Go underwater in the glass submarines at AtlantisAdventures and The Nautilus. And certainly don't forget the diving, some
of the best in the Caribbean.There are two golf courses on the island, an excellent 18 hole at The LinksAt Safehaven, and a 9 hole at Sunrise Golf Center.

DIRECTIONS
Paradise Found is about 35 minutes from airport. The condo is on the Northside of Grand Cayman located in the Rum Point area. North Pointe Condominiums are oceanside of the road about one mile from
the Hyatt Rum Point.
