The tradewind breeze can cool the villa during cooler spring nights, but the house also has air-conditioning and ceiling fans for the summer. Swimming pool (heated in winter) is elevated and enjoys ocean views as well.

4+BR Kai Vista is very near to 4BR Heritage House should you need extra accommodation.
