Old Man Bay is located approximately 20 miles east of Owen Roberts International Airport in George Town.
On The Bay includes 3.25 acres with over 225 feet of ocean frontage and a unique private swimming cove. To provide you with the ultimate in luxury accommodations and privacy, the number of units has been limited to half that allowed by local zoning requirements.  You are conveniently close to a variety of oceanfront restaurants, beach bars and grills, full dive operations, grocery stores and full watersports.
 

The private swimming cove is perfect for children and elderly where you can easily walk right off the sugar sandy beach into the cove to swim and snorkel.  Just beyond the cove lies a world of incredible undersea life with vibrant coral reefs teeming with tropical fish.  This is an excellent snorkeling site as well as popular shore dive location for scuba divers.

The expansive freshwater pool is built around a large paver deck with a shaded gazebo and gas BBQ grill, all overlooking the beach and ocean.

On The Bay is comprised of 12 direct oceanfront 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominiums. The 3 story complex has an elevator making it a handicapped friendly facility. Featured here is Unit #205, which is at the very front of the complex directly overlooking the beach, pool and Caribbean Sea.  You simply can’t get much closer to the beach and ocean than this!

Unit #205 is an expansive, open floor plan 2,000 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 3 bath direct oceanfront unit which is smartly furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen with in-suite full size washer and dryer.  The living area opens out to the oceanfront lanai as does the master bedroom.  The master bedroom features a huge private bath with separate tub and shower.

The condo is equipped with cable TV, complimentary high speed DSL wireless internet and all the beach towels, bathing towels, sheets and linens.  Just bring your bathing suits!
