Parrot-ise Rental Rates (Rates are in US dollars) Christmas/New Years (December 15 - January 3)
- $6,000 per 7 night stay (7 night minimum)

High Season

January 3 - April 14
- $5,250 per 7 night stay (5 night minimum)

Low Season

April 15 - December 14
- $3,800 per 7 night stay (5 night minimum)




A 10% government tax applies to all rentals

We process 50% down upon reservations with the balance due upon arrival.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Cashiers Checks.

Cancellation Policy:

For confirmed reservations at the Parrot-ise Vacation Home, we process 50% of the total rental on VISA, MasterCard or check at the time of reservations, with the balance due on arrival date.
