If a cancellation is required, we refund the full amount of the deposit 60 days + from the arrival date, less a 4.75% merchant card fee. For cancellations less than 60 days from the arrival date, we will refund the full amount of the deposit if we are able to re-book the canceled dates. If the canceled dates cannot be re-booked, we will apply the deposit toward a future booking during the same rental rate season, for 1 year, or the deposit is forfeited by the renter.
