Relish the tranquility and all the beauty Grand Cayman has to offer in this brand new beach front condo located in the exclusive Cayman Kai area. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2nd floor unit is part of the Kaibo Yacht Club Phase II. All the comforts of home can be found in this immaculate island getaway. Guests love the 9 foot ceilings, granite countertops, travertine marble vanities, ceramic tile floors, and tropical decor with central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. Color cable TV, stereo, DVD, and CD player are included. Enjoy both sunrises and stunning sunsets from the screened-in, private lanai as you watch the waves roll in.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 people because of the queen size bed in the oceanfront master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and an inflatable queen size mattress.
Free high-speed internet is available at the Kaibo Yacht Club to let you stay in touch with the world you left behind (should you need to do so).
The stunning infinity pool and heated Jacuzzi are steps away from your door. You can spend your days floating in the pool while enjoying an endless supply of tropical drinks and food from the Kaibo Yacht Club Beach Bar and Grill. Palm trees decorate the soft white sand beach surrounding the building. It was certainly the right place to relax on the beach, read a book, swim with the fishes and get a great tan. Our family agreed The Beaches & Beyond condo in Rum Point was just the right size for our family and we took advantage of the pool and spa and relaxed in fresh water after a day of snorkeling. The Kaibo bar & grill was a perfect place to eat and a very easy walk home. All in all, our trip to the Caribbean was everything we thought it would be. The locals were very friendly and accommodating, and did not make us feel like a tourist. The restaurants were wonderful - usually on the beach, not crowded, great food and great service. The Lighthouse, The Wharf, even margaritas at the poolside bar of the Ritz-Carlton at sunset. Did I mention that we loved the water and beaches and the bar & grill at Rum Point! Now that we have adapted to the challenge of right hand drive and learned to navigate the round abouts, we would love to return sometime.
