CoCo Kai 4 BR Oceanfront Overview
CoCo Kai is a newly constructed, newly decorated, upscale private vacation home located in the tranquill, pristine North side of Grand Cayman. CoCo Kai is on the beautiful, white sand shore of the Caribbean Sea.Our home has five bedrooms with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with views to the eastern Caribbean Sea for early sun rises. The master shower area has two shower heads with three windows overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea.
There are three additional bedrooms with queen size beds and a fourth bedroom with a set of twin beds. The house sleeps up to ten people very comfortably. For smaller groups, we can close off up to two additional bedrooms at a discounted weekly rate.CoCo Kai has an in ground fresh water pool for your enjoyment. We also have a 75 foot private dock for sunning, fishing or snorkeling. There are miles of terrific snorkeling on a shallow reef formation that runs in both directions on the North side of the island.
The house has central A/C, a whirlpool tub in the master bath, washer/dryer, Cable TV, DVD & Stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house has all the amenities, including linens and towels. Internet access provided.There are world class full service dive operations just minutes away. There are excellent restaurants just around the corner, which include The Lighthouse, Portofino's, The Kaibo Yacht Club, Morritt's Tortuga Club, Driftwood Village Sports Bar, Over the Edge and Rum Point. Live caribbean music is free at Morritt's Tortuga Club on Monday and Thursday nights, and Saturdays at Rum Point.
Chisholm's grocery is a short walk from the house and the scenic Botanical Gardens are just a few miles away. Georgetown, the main town on Grand Cayman, 7 mile beach and the airport are a 30 minute drive.
Directions: The actual travel time should be about 35 to 45 minutes. Exit the airport or car rental agency to the end of the airport road and make a left at the dead end. You will now proceed to circle the airport and head to the general area called Rum Point. About five minutes past the airport is a new market (Hurley's) where you can get food, spirits and videos. It will take you about 20 minutes to get to the Light House Restaurant which is on the way. About three to five minutes past the Lighthouse Restaurant (you must eat here) you will make a left onto Frank Sound Road. You will see all kinds of signs for Run Point & Cayman Kai. Take this road for five to seven minutes until you pass an ESSO gas station on the left hand side. After the gas station, bear to the left, this is where North side Road begins. Frank Sound Road turns to the right. About five minutes down the road, you will see the North side Post Office on the right hand side. CoCo Kai is about .6 to .8 KM from the Post Office on the right hand side. If you pass Chisolm's Market, you passed the house. You can walk to the market from our house. Also, Chisolm's is a great little store. Don't be afraid to use it.
