Cayman Breeze 2BR Oceanfront Overview
The condo is uniquely positioned in the complex at the tip of North Pointe and draws in a constant cooling breeze off the ocean, thus the natural choice of the name Cayman Breeze. You can open the 3 sliding glass doors opening out to the oceanfront lanai and enjoy a wonderful breeze throughout the condo. Or of course you can set the central AC on the temperature of your choice.
Cayman Breeze offers spectacular oceanfront views from the large open air lanai, as well as oceanfront views from the living area, and the master bedroom. Awaking in your 4 poster king size bed and watching the ocean and listening to the lapping waters on the beach is to die for. We have appointed Cayman Breeze with the very best in furnishings, appliances and amenities. The two bedrooms have luxurious king size beds in the Serengetti design, with top-of-the-line pillow top mattresses, and 600 thread count linen sheets.
The living area is furnished with a super soft and comfortable leather couch and loveseat. The couch is a full size queen sleeper, and the condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 adults. The master bathroom has a full size tub and the guest bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is smartly decorated stocked with a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, full size dishwasher, large microwave and full size stove and oven. The kitchen is equipped with stylish dishware, glasses, wine glasses, spice rack, martini shaker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, mixer and cutlery. All of the counter tops are beautiful granite with Kohler sinks and hardware. Every room features designer ceiling fans and the living area has a TwinStar, dual fan for a unique look and functionality.
The master bedroom has a 4 poster bed, full dresser with mirror and computer desk. There is also a computer desk in the master bedroom for those laptop travelers, and complimentary high speed wireless DSL internet. An added bonus is the VOIP phone, which allows you free unlimited international calling. If you are needing to stay in touch with your office or family on a daily basis, this feature will save you hundreds in long distance charges. The lanai is smartly decorated with an outdoor dining table and 4 chairs and a lounger overlooking the ocean and beach. Take the private stairs down the back of the condo off of the lanai and stroll down to the beach or around to the large freshwater pool. The pool also has a shallow pool perfect for small children.
The snorkeling right off the condo and all along the northshore in Cayman Kai is the best on Grand Cayman. The reefs start in about 5 feet of water and extend out to about 25 feet and are loaded with reef fish, plus you'll see large mature conch, varying sizes of lobsters and an occasional octopus.
Just down the beach is the Driftwood Beach Bar, a popular gathering place for vacationers, expatriates and local Caymanians. Their Sunday BBQ is an absolute must along with a world famous Mudslide. Catch all the sporting events at Driftwood and meet new friends for life at this eclectic place. Additional oceanfront restaurants in the area include Porotfinos, Over The Edge, David's at Morritt's, Vivine's Kitchen and The Lighthouse. For scuba divers, we highly recommend Ocean Frontiers, a 15 minute drive in East End. This world class dive operation features personalized service, small dive groups and the best diving sites on Grand Cayman. They offer our Cayman Breeze guests discounts on their dive packages.
The New Cayman Breeze Now has complimentary Wireless, High Speed Internet DSL for our Mobile Guests. Your review about this rental will assist inform other travelers and help us improving our services. December, 2011Cayman Breeze is a Beautiful Retreat - Carol in Ohio We chose Cayman Breeze condo for our stay based on the location of the North side, we wanted quiet, away from the frequent touristy places plus great amenities , size (gave us space "away" from our kids). The photos on the website don't do the place justice. The beds were awesome,...never had a lack of sleep due to a bad bed. The lanai for breakfast in the morning started every day for us...cool breezes, the sound of the waves. The beach was fantastic and snorkling was the best. Short drives to Rum Point, and local restaurants, can't say enough good about the place This will be where we stay next time we come to Cayman without hesitation! December, 2011 Cayman Breeze at Christmas! - Harry & Sylvia We were very exicted about our Christmas in the Grand Caymans. My two teenage children loved the Cayman Breeze vacation home. We enjoyed being on the Northside of the island. It was only about a 30 minute car ride George Town. We enjoyed the scuba diving from rum point. Everything in the vacation home was wonderful. July, 2011 Cayman Breeze - More Than Expected - Country Boy We had a fantastic stay at your Cayman Breeze condo. You guys had everything there that we needed and then some. We really enjoyed how everything was furnished as if it was your home. The weather was great while we were there despite being July. We were pleasantly surprised about the level of privacy we had and that we never saw anyone in the entire complex or pool area throughout our stay. We spent most of our time at Rum Point beach and enjoyed the trip to Sting Ray City along with some other snorkeling in the area. We stopped at Kaibo for lunch a couple times during our stay and also checked out the Driftwood bar right by the condo and had dinner at Over the Edge about 5 miles down the road. A couple of days at Seven Mile Beach area and had lunch at the Westin outdoor bar and dinner at Deckers across the street. I'm sure I left out a lot of details, but we really did have a phenomenal time. I would recommend your June, 2011 Cayman Breeze: Never Want to Leave! - Berc & Ginny We loved the Cayman Breeze condo, we loved the island , the people, and all the beaches. The food was great at any restaurant we ate. The Island was busy enough not to get bored and quiet enough to relax. Safe for all ages, easy to get around, simple rules to follow. We will be back! January, 2011 Absolutely Perfect! - Abaco Girl What a wonderful place! It was everything we expected and more. Beautifully appointed and well maintained. Only three of the ten units were occupied when we visited so it was very private. Don and Linda were very easy to work with and were highly efficient. The area is beautiful and away from all the hustle and bustle of Georgetown. October, 2010 Loved Cayman Breeze! - S. Wilson We stayed at Cayman Breeze for our anniversary and loved the condo. We really enjoyed the island, dining, snorkeling and of course the Stingray City. We hope to come back soon. October, 2010 Fantastic View, Excellent Location, Quiet & Peaceful - Nitrox Anyone We stayed for 7 nights and what a wonderful 7 nights that was. The condo complex was quiet and peaceful and the pool was great. The outdoor seating area was a great place to eat breakfast and watch the sunrise and to eat dinner and watch the sunset. There was great snorkeling right off the beach with clear water and an abundance of marine life. The condo was nicely appointed and the pictures do not do it justice. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location, on the island, of the complex was away from the bustling port city and all of the cruisers, which was exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend this condo for any couple looking to get away and spend some romantic evenings away from it all. We will definitely be heading back to Grand Cayman and book another stay at this condo. July, 2010 Delightful Condo - Bonnie Y Cayman Breeze was a delightful condo with all the amenities you would ever need to make your stay complete. The condo included many luxurious features and was well maintained. Grand Cayman is my favorite island and Rum Point one of the best places to visit while there. Even though the island is small, Rum Point is at the furthest point and far from Seven Mile Beach, the main beach area -- this can be challenging when wanting to shop and eat. If you love peace and quiet, a beautiful secluded beach with food and sports activites, and a place to stay that has everything you need, then I recommend Cayman Breeze. June, 2010 I want to go back! - J. Connor We stayed at the Cayman Breeze condo in May, 2009 and chose the property for it's location on the Northside in Cayman Kai. We liked the condo's location in the small North Pointe complex, which is on the 2nd floor on the East corner. It's very private, quiet and has a wonderful view of the ocean and beach from the screened lanai and master bedroom. I guess the owners call it Cayman Breeze as you can open the windows and doors and get an incredible cooling breeze that flows from the ocean through the unit. We were impressed with the photos and details on the owners website, but they really didn't do it justice. This condo is immaculate and super clean. There were 2 couples in our group and we both enjoyed the oversized king beds and pillow top mattresses. The free wifi came in handy when we had to check email and they have an internet phone in the unit, which allows you to make free calls back to the US. A nice feature to stay in touch with family without buying calling cards. We loved sitting on the lanai in the morning with our coffee and listening to the parrots in the grape trees next to us (our neighbors). There's a big BBQ pit on site for grilling and the full kitchen with dishwasher was a plus. The complex has a large pool with a shaded thatch roof cabana that overlooks the ocean and a huge sandy beach. We spent alot of time snorkeling up and down the beach right out in front of the condo. The reefs are in good shape and there's quite alot of marine life including lobsters, tropical fish, conch and we also saw a purple octopus. We were just about 5 minutes from Rum Point, which is a very cool spot for lunch and drinks. You can also take the snorkel boat out to Stingray City. Feeding the stingrays was a real treat! We loved this place and can't wait to go back! June, 2010 Beautiful and Comfortable - The Hensons This condo was beautiful, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Since the property was recently built everything was new and clean and fresh and that was very nice. Being on the second floor was nice for the breeze coming in from the lanai and the windows in the bedrooms. The wireless access was great for my husband and teenagers so we could research all the wonderful things to do on the island. We cooked most of our meals in the condo so having the kitchen well stocked was very important to me as the mom. There is also a large grill that is available for the tenants to use and we used it several times. There is a full size washer and dryer and it was great to be able to do a load of laundry every night so we didn't have to pack so much. Overall I was very pleased with the condo and would recommend it to anyone. We loved our stay on the island and coming back to a comfortable nice condo at the end of the day was great. December, 2009 Condo paradise on Northside - The Moffats We were a party of 4 adults. We have never been to the Caymans before but have travelled to most of the Caribean. Loved the island and the condo. We were looking for a quiet oceanfront location away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown and were very satisfied with everything. Sitting in the pool with a cocktail overlooking the ocean is fabulous. The Rum point area is beautiful. The condo has everything you could ever want and more. Loved having the Lanai. We had all of our meals out there. We will definetely be back! If I had to pick one thing to improve on it would be more frequent racking of the beach. The Moffats, Burlington,Ontario Canada September, 2009 Great condo on the best part of the island - Andrea C. Just back from a wonderful week at Cayman Breeze on Cayman's North Shore! Spent most of the week under water; diving with Ocean Frontiers or snorkeling in front of the condo and in the area. Bathtub like water (both temp and calmness) enjoyed the time playing with all our fish friends. When we finallly managed to get out of the water the condo was beautiful and provided everything we needed. Home away from home. Enjoyed cooking, BBQing, cocktails and gorgeous sunrises. The private corner location was quiet and romantic. We'd go back tomorrow if possible. P.S.The mudslides at Kai Bo are the best on the island July, 2009 Very comfortable. Great for Relaxing. - J. Baird We rented the condo for ten days and had a wonderful time. The place was very comfortable. We were two plus our daughter and my sister and never once felt like we were on top of each other. There's enough room to spread out and the beach is right out the door. great snorkeling. a nice bit of reef and lots to see. diving is incredible in the Caymen Islands! Can't wait to go back. July, 2009 Outstanding! - W. Brumbach We had a great stay at the Cayman Breeze. All was as advertised. Phone to US worked great. Condo was extremely clean and well laid out. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was clean and the beach outstanding. Thanks! July, 2009 WOW! What a Spot! - M Cassidy & L Carson Dear Don and Linda, We couldn't be happier with the accomodations your beautiful condo provided. The kitchen was so well stocked, the beds were so comfortable and the screened in lanai was our very favourite spot to chill out. The snorkelling on the beach was really nice and we visited "our local" most every day after getting home from our day's snorkling safari around the island. Also, having the wireless internet was a big bonus - I managed to get our pictures posted to Facebook before we even left Cayman :) It was absolutely perfect and we look forward to staying with you again sometime! June, 2009 Very pleasant stay in a lovely condo - RP e enjoyed our stay and liked the condo. Don and Linda are very organized and easy to work with. People were friendly and you could sense how safe the whole island is. The water is beautiful and the snorkeling etc was just great. It was like having an aquarium in your front yard. June, 2009 Best Vacation Experience we ever had! - A. Waller I chose the Cayman Breeze condo for our stay based on the location (we wanted quiet, away from the frequent touristy places), amenities (beautiful...can't put it any other way, fully loaded...lacked nothing), size (gave us a place "away" from our kids). The photos on the website don't do the Cayman Breeze justice. The beds rocked...never had a lack of sleep due to a bad bed. I have had a bad-bed experience before and it can completely ruin a vaca. The lanai for breakfast in the morning started every morning for us...cool breezes, the sound of the waves. Short drives to Rum Point, local restaurants, snorkeling...cant say enough good about the Cayman Breeze. We just took a mini-vaca and were again talking about how the Cayman Breeze had everything we wanted...location, pool, comforts of home. This will be where we stay next time we come without hesitation! Thanks Don and Linda! April, 2008 - The Day family I meant to write to you the day I returned. We had an absolutely fabulous time. The Northern Lights condo was exactly as you described and then some. I loved the solitude of the location and the view was truly stupendous. It was comfortable, well furnished and well supplied. We lacked for nothing. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the snorkeling, what a grand location! The Red Sail sports provided the perfect scenario to get our kids in the water around the sting rays and snorkeling on the nearby reef. I also appreciated all the other suggestions on your website although we did our own shopping. The rental car worked out fine too. We did spend a few afternoons at Rum Point Beach which really pleased the kids. I would go back in a heartbeat were it not for the fact that there is a huge world out there to explore. When we do come back, rest assured we would come back through you and probably to that very same condo. Thanks for all your help February, 2008 - HLaka Nice to hear from you. We had a great time at your beautiful Cayman Breeze condo on the North shore. Very different from the other side of the island. It had a laid back island feel. We did alot of sport fishing and just plain took it easy. You did a very nice job on decorating and furnishing your condo. The wifi internet and free international calls were also a very nice bonus. We had a great stay. Thanks for the hospitality. October, 2007 - Penny Sokol We truly loved your Cayman Breeze condo. The lay out is very conducive for 2 couples. The lanai was perfect. There was almost always a breeze to enjoy. We had a wonderful time, and your idea about the valet car rental with McCurley's worked out fantastic. We will certainly contact you on our next trip to the Caymans! - Janine Walsh Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time at Cayman Breeze. Your condo was clean and well kept. Everyone was so nice while we were there. Special thanks to Richard: One of the days, Chris drove to Safe Haven to play golf. The plan was that I would take the ferry with the kids and meet him there at lunch time. The problem arose when we could not find a ride. The taxi service was booked and the ride was too short anyway. I called the numbers provided for the managers to see if they had any suggestions, but there was no answer. Richard was outside working with another gentleman fixing a door on another unit. I asked him if he had any ideas for me. He was kind enough to make a few phone calls for me, but to no avail. When all seemed lost, Richard was generous enough to give myself and my 3 children a ride to rum point in his pick up truck! He went way beyond the call of duty and I will remember him for it.Dominic at the Over the Edge was also very kind to us, helping us out when we needed some supplies and Chisholm's had closed early. The people of the island are as wonderful as the beauty of the island itself. Thanks for a great place to stay! - Deb Anderson Just returned home last night from a wonderful vacation all around. Your condo was just what we were looking for. Did I mention we have the same turtle picture hanging in our living room? My husband spent a fair amount of time enjoying the hammock. Thanks again for sharing your home. We look forward to our next visit! - Ed M. We loved Grand Cayman, Rum Point was beautiful and very accessible. The diving in the North Wall was superb. The condo was very comfortable and well situated. The kitchen was very user friendly. We did use it a lot because we like to have breakfast at home, especially when we need to be in the dive boat by 8:30. We also had lunch there most of the time just as we came back from our morning dives. All in all a great vacation and very good accommodations, also a great value. - George We had a marvelous time. The Far Tortuga house fit our family needs perfectly. We ate lunch one day at Portafino's and went to David's Thursday night for Lammie and the fire-eater. It was a fun experience. Thanks for that tip. Also Stingray City is a must for anyone visiting Grand Cayman. I appreciated all of your help and advice. It certainly helped make the trip even more enjoyable. Sincerely, - John (& Alice) We had an absolutely fantastic time! The only real problem is we had to go back (to dig out from record smowfall in Boston). Everything went very smoothly! We loved the rooms (your underwater pictures are outstanding), the beach and pool. As we approach retirement we would consider settling in Cayman. Also, it was great fun to meet McCurley and BA--she invited us to the big bithday bash on the beach. The rental car was fine too. Thanks again--we will be back to Cayman for sure. - The Cobbs We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. The weather was great and our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The condo was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and good supplies of towels etc. and kitchen supplies. The kids loved the hammock. We loved Rum Point, the Rum point restaurant, Kaibo restaurant, and the Lighthouse. The Sunday BBQ at Driftwood was great too. Lunch at The Reef Point restaurant was also delicious. We had a great day trip sailing with Red Sail sports. We also loved the pool and pool area. Thanks again for a great vacation. - Winnie We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect. We ended up spending most of our time at Rum Point. What a relaxing place to be. Thanks again for helping with the car arrangements. We are eagerly looking forward to the next time we can come to Grand Cayman. - Helen I have to tell you.. the trip, the condo, all things involved compared with any vacation ever... far exceeded any prior expectations we have ever had. We intend to return as SOON as we can to your precious home. It felt like home in paradise and return we will! Thanks again for sharing this piece of paradise! Very comfortable. great for relaxing - Anonymous We rented the condo for ten days and had a wonderful time. - C. Roth My daughter and I had a wonderful time on Grand Cayman!! It was her graduation trip. We did our open water certification scuba dive with Ocean Frontier, whom you recommended, and felt so taken care of. We loved the Island, the beautiful Cayman Breeze condo, great service, and the dives. I have another daughter graduating next year and that's where she wants to go. Hope to be making plans next spring. Thanks - The Marchants We had a wonderful, superb, great vacation!! Thank you for directing us to the Rum Point side of the island. It was exactly what we wanted! Just some various thoughts about this vacation: This is the first time we have ever used the internet to book something with a firm that was not known to us. The payment was made just as discussed. The condo unit was exactly as pictured. So we were very pleased with the integrity of your firm. • You were prompt in answering our ongoing questions and gave us good information. • We used Marshall’s car rental and everything went smoothly. Having a right hand drive car made the transition to driving on the opposite side of the road easier. The car looked brand new and was perfect for our needs. Brian enjoyed driving around – we did quite a bit of driving. • We didn’t interact with the property manager – as there was no need – we had everything we needed. • The unit was perfect! We enjoyed being on the second floor. The view was beautiful. The condo was well stocked with everything we could want or need. We liked having the washer and dryer so we didn’t need to pack so much. The was an iron and ironing board, hair dryers, lots of towels, and a well equipped kitchen. The furniture was comfortable which was one of the reasons we choose this unit. The bed was perfect. • Many days we had the pool area to ourselves – what a bonus! I enjoyed walking around on the various beaches and loved the large starfish. • We used the kayaks only once as it was quite windy while we were there. • As I love to walk the beach we went to SMB a couple of time when the cruise ships were not in. • We went on a snorkel trip with Ocean Frontiers and enjoyed it very much. • This trip we spent most of our time getting to know the island but next time I think we will so more snorkeling and maybe a boat trip – not sure if you can get to one of the other islands by boat and back again in one day? We liked being next to the Yacht Club and watching the activity at the docks – there was a wedding while we were there. • We loved Kaibo’s food – wished their menu was a bigger and then we could have eaten there every day! We tried Portifino’s – Brian said the curry was the best he has had – my selection was ok. Lighthouse food was excellent! Over the Edge was ok and surprising enough I enjoyed the coconut shrimp at Breezes in Georgetown. Overall, it was one of the best vacations we have had. We now know we are not cruise people but condo rental people! • Please express our thanks to the owners of 7-up for allowing us to enjoy their place (which we could never afford) and for looking after the small details for renters. It is truly paradise. Thank you for your good service and we look forward to going again in 2009! We arrived back to a snow storm of 40 cm of snow and it has not melted yet even though it is officially spring! It has been a long, snowy, cold winter and we are grateful that we could get away to Cayman! - Cris Kliczak We had an absolutely FANTASTIC stay at your Cayman Breeze condo. You guys had everything there that we needed and then some. We really enjoyed how everything was furnished as if it was your primary home. The weather was great while we were there despite there being a slight scare when we saw Tropical Storm Noel getting close, but thankfully it headed further east and all we experienced were some moderate winds. We were pleasantly surprised about the level of privacy we had and that we never saw anyone in the entire complex or pool area throughout our stay. We spent most of our time at Rum Point and enjoyed the trip to Sting Ray City along with some other snorkeling in the area. We stopped at Kaibo for lunch a couple times during our stay and also checked out the Driftwood bar right by the condo and had dinner at Over the Edge about 5 miles down the road. We took a day trip to the Seven Mile Beach area and had lunch at the Westin outdoor bar and dinner at Deckers across the street. I'm sure I left out a lot of details, but we really did have a phenomenal time. I would recommend your Cayman Breeze condo to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Thanks again - Nancy P We had a wonderful vacation. The accomodations at your Cayman Breeze condo were great and the pool was really clean. The highlight of our trip was the enormous manta ray we saw while snorkeling right outside the condo. It was as big as a bus! Thanks for everything. - The Johnson Family Thank you very much for the wonderfull accommodations at the Cayman Breeze condo during May 2007! We really enjoyed snorkeling off Rum Point and swimming with the stingrays. The snorkel and reef trip with Red Sail sports was great. Snorkeling at Smith's Cove was the best offshore snorkeling we found. Snorkel at the Reef Resort in East end at noon, when they feed the fish there. We really enjoyed the screened in lanai at the condo. What a great way to enjoy the beach and oceanfront views without being in the sun. The weather was beautiful all week. The Botanical Gardens was a fun excursion on a cool afternoon. Thanks again for a great place to stay during a wonderful vacation. - The Schoner Family Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Your Cayman Breeze condo is beautiful! And clean! I am a neat freak, so it was I was so pleased with your maid service - everything was spotless! We so enjoyed snorkeling Rum Point and cemetary beach. Saw lobsters, starfish, barracuda and lots of tropical fish. Rum Point was alot of fun and we toured Georgetown and 7 mile beach. We ate at Vivine's Kitchen, Kaibo Grill, Driftwood BBQ, Rum Point Wreck Bar and Paradise Grill. We had an absolutely fabulous time! Thank you for sharing your home with us! - The Wallers Cayman Breeze is absolutely wonderful! From how your condo is "decked out" and nothing but the best. And the location - couldn't have been better! Two of my favorite moments: 1. Laying in bed in the early morning with my eyes still closed listening to the waves lap onto the beach. 2. Laying on the chaise lounger beachside after sunset looking at the millions of stars that "don't exist" back home! We loved snorkeling at Eden Rock and The Wreck of the Cali. Cemetery beach was great, very quiet, shady and beautiful. Visit Georgetown on Friday when there are no cruise ships in port. Great dinner at Over the Edge, Sunday BBQ at Driftwood and romantic dinner at The Lighthouse. Thanks again! - Brian and Brenda Bruns We've been so busy since returning from "paradise" that we are just now getting back to normal. The Cayman Breeze condo was awesome!Everything that we could need or want was there. We would recommend your place to anyone who wants to get away from it all. The furnishings were exquisite, from the flat screen tv to the king size beds. I suffer from chronic back-aches and I must say that I've NEVER SLEPT BETTER in several years. IT WAS AMAZING! Could you tell me what brand or type of matresses were on those beds? Our decision to use McCurley's for our rental car was one of our better ones. It was so nice after such a long day of traveling to have someone pick you up at the airport.Overall a very nice relaxing vacation at a wonderful place. Thanks! - anonymous Awesome – simply awesome! We came to the Cayman Islands to relax and unwind and that is what we did. We were in search of a place that had all the comforts of home, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to fun activities for the family. The Cayman Breeze condo gave us all that, plus more! Everything we needed was here. We loved the “5-Star” accommodations – everything was first class – from the top of the line mattresses and bed linens to the cookware and dinner plates – this home is decorated with nothing but the best. We absolutely loved having the ability to still stay connected through the high-speed internet connection, cable TV and the international phone. Don and Linda- you were so helpful with what to bring, where to go and all the things you need to know to have a wonderful vacation. It’s hard to leave paradise but we must return to reality now. Thank you so much for helping us to create memories that we will treasure a lifetime! - F. Kuhn Our Grand Cayman vacation was great. I loved the Cayman Breeze condo - very comfortable. We really loved the restaurant at Rum Point, Portafino's, and spending my birthday at the Lighthouse restaurant. I also fulfilled a life-long activity and went scuba diving (with the entire family)!!! What a great place to dive for the first time. We also took the catamaran snorkel trip (with the folks at Red Sail). We really loved it. On Friday we took our boys to the Jolly Roger. It was tacky, but when they give you free rum punch, no one is complaining! The beaches were beautiful and we promise that if we ever get back to the island, we're spending the day at Rum Point. It's got everything you need without the throng of people you get at Seven Mile Beach. It was a great trip overall. The people at McCurley's Rentals were the absolute best! - Chris R. Wanted to thank you so much for the use of your lovely Cayman Breeze condo. We had a wonderful, relaxing time, and look forward to the time when we can return. The vacation was just what our family needed. We loved the fact that we were on the quiet side of the island, and that beautiful, constant breeze was terrific. Your restaurant and activities recommendations were wonderful. We loved our stay. This has to be one of the best vacations we have taken in years. I will definitely recommend this to our friends and family. Thanks again!!! (Your photography was beautiful too!!) - The Boman's Thanks for asking for our input on our vacation. Of course, we had a great time! How can a most incredible time not be had on this beautiful island. Your Cayman Breeze condo was great. We finally discovered the snorkeling off the beach the next to the last day there. We most definitely should have checked it out earlier. All in all, it was a great time and we would definitely book with you again. Thanks for allowing us to hang in your private paradise. You are one lucky couple!!! Your Pals - Jennifer T. Our stay at the Cayman Breeze condo was very nice. We really enjoyed North Grand Cayman with its secluded beaches, wonderful snorkeling, and beautiful sunsets at Rum Point. The condo had almost everything that a vacationer could need. The recommendations for restaurants that you sent us were very helpful. Thanks so much for letting us share your piece of paradise. We would certainly recommend you to any friends or family that may be traveling to the Caymans in the future. Sincerely - E. Dendy Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, unfortunately getting back to the "real" world has been hectic. We could not have had a better time. The weather was terrific, the water was awesome, the view couldn't have been better. We snorkeled every morning and enjoyed the gorgeous reef right off our beach. The sunsets were stunning, especially from the Cracked Conch.. This was quite frankly, one of the best if not the best vacation that we have had. I would highly recommend the Cayman Breeze to anyone looking for a romantic, relaxing, private getaway. I look forward to staying there again sometime in the future. Thanks again, hope to vacation with you again soon. Cayman Breeze Condo - Paradise on the Northside - The Moffats, Burlington,Ontario Canada We were a party of 4 adults. If I had to pick one thing to improve on it would be more frequent racking of the beach. , Cayman Breeze - Great Place. - Cayman Lover The email and confirmation process was efficient -- everything was set up as described in the agreement. The Martins are great to work with. The condo was very nice and the living area was spacious compared to other places we have stayed on Grand Cayman; the living area made a nice sleeping space for our son. The beds are great! Having VOIP to the States and free local calls was wonderful. We didn't use the phone a lot, but the several times we needed to call the States, it was easy to make the phone call. The lanai was great for looking out and relaxing while reading. Great ocean views. We don't like crowds so we enjoyed the quiet side of the island, but there are enough restaurants for lunch and evening meals that we didn't feel deprived. A car is a must if you want to tour the rest of the island. The only minor issue: we needed a vacuum cleaner to more efficiently clean the sand we had fun bringing in! Cayman Lover , Thanks for a great week! - The Baugers We truly enjoyed our week at your serene Cayman Breeze condo. We spent many hours snorkeling out back, at Rum Point, Eden Rock and Frank Sound. Our favorite dining experiences included Kaibo & Guy Harvey's. We highly recommend booking any aquatic adventure with Peter from Fat Fish Adventures (345.327.4973). Another highlight of the week was spending time with other guests at the pool discussing stories of dives. We also had a blast at the Reef Resort where Andrew Bacon does the "Name That Tune" contest. It was a riot. , Cayman Breeze - WOW! What a spot! - The Carson We couldn't be happier with the accomodations your beautiful condo provided. All the best , - Bonnie Cayman Breeze was a delightful condo with all the amenities you would ever need to make your stay complete. If you love peace and quiet, a beautiful secluded beach with food and sports activites, and a place to stay that has everything you need, then I recommend Cayman Breeze. , Best vacation experience we have ever had!! - Anonymous I chose the Cayman Breeze condo for our stay based on the location (we wanted quiet, away from the frequent touristy places), amenities (beautiful...can't put it any other way, fully loaded...lacked nothing), size (gave us a place "away" from our kids). Thanks Don and Linda! , I want to go back! - Anonymous We stayed at the Cayman Breeze condo in May, 2009 and chose the property for it's location on the Northside in Cayman Kai. We loved this place and can't wait to go back! , - The Baugers We truly enjoyed our week at your serene Cayman Breeze condo. The condo itself is lovely, comfortable and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay so much. The ocean water is wonderful and we spent alot of time in it - expecially at Rum Point - we loved that spot. You must go to the Lighthouse for dinner - it's fabulous with excellent service. We were sorry to go, but happy to have been and hope to return someday soon. Thanks and God bless. , - K Alexander We had such a wonderful time at the Kai Time Island House on Grand Cayman last week. It was the vacation of a lifetime. We sure did not want to leave. I am ready to go back. As a matter of fact, I am almost sure we will be vacationing there again next year. Thanks so much for all of your help. The house was wonderful , Cayman Breeze - A great condo, on the best part of a beautif - Diver Ric Just back from a wonderful week at Cayman Breeze on Cayman's North Shore! P.S.The mudslides at Kai Bo are the best on the island. |
