Kaibo Kai 2BR Cayman Kai Overview
The Kaibo Kai condonimium is a beautiful, brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bath direct oceanfront condo located in the Kaibo Kai Complex in the pristine Rum Point community on Grand Cayman. Kaibo Kai is perfectly located on the ground floor, private corner unit with direct access to the beautiful sandy beaches at Kaibo, and a few steps over to the Kaibo Yacht Club, Kaibo Beach Bar and Cecil's 5 star dining restaurant. You will quickly slip into a "no worries mon" mindset upon your arrival at Kaibo Kai. The condo is fully equipped and meticulous with a king size bed in the oceanfront master bedroom and a king bed in the 2nd guest bedroom. The condo has ceiling fans throughout, central AC and sliding doors from the master bedroom and living area out to the screened lanai with stunning beach and oceanfront views.
The kitchen is set up with all of the amenities, with a bar with barstools integrated into the layout. Included are the blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, stove, and toaster. The entertainment center features a large screen TV with cable, DVD, and CD player. Kaibo Kai can sleep up to 4 guests. The freshwater pool and jacuzzi are steps away. Redsail Sports is just around the corner and provides a fully equipped dive and watersports operation that includes snorkel and dive trips to Stingray City, and the Cayman North wall - just a 10 minute boat ride away. They also have jetski's, sailfish boats, paddleboats, volleyball and a ferry service that departs from Rum Point over to the Hyatt Hotel on 7 mile beach 5 times daily.
There is a washer and dryer in the condo, along with a BBQ grill and beach towels. Internet access is offered at The Thirsty Surfer Internet Cafe, 15 minutes from the condo. The drive from the airport and Georgetown is 45 minutes. We can arrange for your car rental while on the island, which includes airport pick up and transfer to the condo, where your car is waiting plus airport return on your departure. The Kaibo and Rum Point area are clearly recognized as one of the most tranquil and beautiful spots on Grand Cayman. We offer weekly, semi-monthly and monthly vacation rentals. Once you arrive at Kaibo Kai, chances are that you'll be calling the airlines to extend your stay.

Was I contemplating moving to a hotel downtown? Most definitely. As time progressed and other people arrived, I started to feel more comfortable. After the 4th night, we didn’t care who was on the island. We had the pool to ourselves; we played in the sand, walked to the grill and explored the island. I learned to appreciate the beauty of our surroundings. One of our first stops was Rum Point. This became an every other day ritual. My son would not allow me to drive by without stopping. By the time my husband arrived 12 days later, you would of thought we were locals. We knew all of the restaurants and “hot spots”, we wanted him to explore. This was definitely the place to reconnect and forget about all of your concerns of the world. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay at your home, it is beautiful! The condo was definitely the most well equipped and nicely decorated I have ever rented. The grounds were immaculate, the people friendly and accomodating and the sunsets were spectacular. I would highly recommend Kaibo if you are looking for a "locals" vacation. The Kaibo Beach Bar and Grill, a two minute walk, was a blast. Daniel, the manager and his crew made us a part of the family and the service and food were excellent. We met some wonderful people, both locals and vacationers.
