Weekly 7 night rentals rates are:

$2,660 US  (December 21 - January 3)   Nightly rate is $400.

$1,890 US  (January 4 - April 30)   Nightly rate is $300.

$1,386 US  (May 1 - October 31)   Nightly rate is $220.

$1,890 US  (November 1 - December 21)   Nightly rate is $300.

$2,205 US Easter Nightly rate is $350..

A 10% CI government tax applies.
Monthly rates are available on request
Changeover day for regular weeks are Saturdays (excluding Christmas and Easter) -
vacate by 10am
Payment - 50% down on booking 50% 7 days before arrival
$500 damage deposit payable on payment of final balance

We process 50% of the rental at the time of
reservations, with the balance due upon arrival.
VISA, MasterCard,  and Cashiers Checks accepted.
Bi-weekly and monthly rentals are also available.
