Welcome to the Sea Cliff Resort, Grand Cayman.
Leave the weeks and weeks of endless snow, sleet and freezing rain far behind. Your dream vacation in the Cayman Islands can finally come true. Glorious sunshine and tranquil waters await you. Snorkel, fish, swim with the stingrays and visit the sea turtles. A day filled with water sports can make you forget the troublesome North and the nasty weather.

How about relaxing on the beach, sipping a cold beverage and enjoying the panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea! For dinner try delicious seafood served with the zest of the Caribbean and caught earlier that afternoon. The best shopping can be found at Seven Mile Beach where all the shops will remind you of up North. The jewelry, island motifs, and ambience are wonderful. Spend the day shopping, buying trinkets and enjoying the life of luxury on the island.
For nightlife, various clubs with dancing, live local music and songs from the homeland are all waiting for you at our Sea Cliff Resort island vacation paradise.

The Sea Cliff Resort is an upscale, luxury development located in the quaint and peaceful community of Cottage, Grand Cayman.  Located on the tranquil multi-colored aqua blue waters on Cayman's south side, we are perfectly located 20 minutes from Georgetown shopping and 7 Mile Beach activites.  Our location is equally attractive, as it is minutes from historic East End and Grand Cayman's best diving, and 15 minutes from the serene Northside of Cayman, including Cayman Kai and Rum Point.

We feature two brand new luxury homes in the Sea Cliff Resort:
The Sea Cliff Pink House and The Sea Cliff Teal House
The Sea Cliff Teal House is a spaceous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury property designed in classic caribbean style architecture with over 2500 square feet of living area. The Teal House features central AC, high ceilings with fans, shaded front porches off the main house and master bedroom, and is accented by large ceramic tile throughout.  The Seal Cliff Teal House can sleep up to 6 adults.

The ground floor includes a large living area with comfortable cushioned furniture, entertainment center with cable TV & VCR, stereo system, dining room and inviting open kitchen loaded with all the latest appliances, dining ware and amenities.
Our granite counter top kitchen also has a granite island bar with bar stools for breakfast or cocktails.  The dining room furniture offers elegant white hardwood chairs accented with a wooden top dining room table.

From the ground floor you have immediate access to the private freshwater pool, pook deck and outdoor shower plus outdoor BBQ grill.
On the second floor, you will find the roomy master bedroom with a large art deco wrought iron king size bed. The master bedroom has a private balcony which overlooks the Sea Cliff resort and has an ocean view.  The master bedroom also has a full private tiled bathroom and TV/VCR entertainment center.

You will also find the guest bedroom on the second floor, with two twin beds.  The guest bedroom has it's own private bath.  On the third floor is a uniquely designed sitting room loft with a panoramic view of every angle of Grand Cayman.  The loft has a full size day bed and can sleep one person.  Tune into your favorite Caribbean tunes on the stereo while you enjoy the view from either the sitting room, or the scenic 3rd floor lookout deck.
The Sea Cliff Teal House shares a large private freshwater pool with the adjoining Sea Cliff Pink House, and includes a freshwater shower, lush lounge chairs and patio table and chairs plus outdoor BBQ grill.
Parking is available in your private garage, as well as ample outdoor parking.

Your walk to the beautiful, scenic and pristine private sandy Sea Cliff beach is less than a minute.  The Sea Cliff beach is on Grand Cayman's south side on the South Sound marine park, with virtually always calm waters to swim and snorkel.  Our Sea Cliff beach is adjacent to Heritage Beach, a Cayman National Trust site.  This combined beach area offers plenty of sand as well as shade under large grape trees and 2 large gazebos.
For dining, The Edge, The Lighthouse, Portofino's and David's Restaurant at Morritt's Tortuga Club are all 5 - 15 minutes away.  Take Frank Sound Road across the middle of the island, and explore the Mastic Trail for wonderful nature hiking then stop at The Botanical Gardens and spend a few hours touring one of Grand Cayman's most beautiful treasures.  This 65 acre national park features all of the botanic plants and flowers of the Cayman Islands and is home to the protected Blue Iguanas.

Just around the corner is Grand Cayman's Northside, with more miles of pristine beaches, great restaurants and beautiful Rum Point.
For divers, Ocean Frontiers and Red Sail Sports offer world class wall, reef and night dives including trips to world famous Stingray City
