Parrot-ise 3-4BR Oceanfront - Parrot-ise is AWESOME!

"Awesome!" Great home, beautiful view...all anyone could wish for. Very secluded, though not a bad drive to restaurants, etc. Perfect for families or couples who do not want to be in the crowds.

Cayman Breeze 2BR Oceanfront - Cayman Breeze is a Beautiful Retreat

We chose Cayman Breeze condo for our stay based on the location of the North side, we wanted quiet, away from the frequent touristy places plus great amenities , size (gave us space "away" from our kids). The photos on the website don't do the place justice. The beds were awesome,...never had a lack of sleep due to a bad bed. The lanai for breakfast in the morning started every day for us...cool breezes, the sound of the waves. The beach was fantastic and snorkling was the best. Short drives to Rum Point, and local restaurants, can't say enough good about the place This will be where we stay next time we come to Cayman without hesitation!

Starboard Pointe 4BR Rum Point - Starboard Pointe is the perfect family retreat!

My husband and our five children stayed in this very beachy house. We loved the seclusion and private beach! The sea kayak provided hours of casual trips around the neighborhood by water. The bedrooms were all comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to cook in. The screened porches provided a breezy, tropical feel! Great house for a larger family!

Our family stayed at the 7 mile beach villa for a week, and were thrilled with our choice. The villa is immaculate with private pool, gardens and a 1 minute walk over to incredible 7 mile beach. The snorkeling is great in calm waters. My wife couldn't get over the master bathroom and gourmet kitchen! We'll be back.

Oceans Edge 2BR Oceanfront - Perfect Getaway

My Wife and I recently stayed for 1 week and could not have been happier with this unit! The condo is perfect for either 1 or 2 couples or 1 family. The whole unit is spotless clean and there are plenty of towels, washcloths and beach toys to use. Tile floors throughout. The queen bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The view from almost every window is an ocean view and the when the windows are open, there is no need for A/C or ceiling fans. Both Bedrooms and the living room have sliding glass doors that open onto the fully screened lanai. The back door on the lanai provides access directly to the beach. The community pool is always clean and the pool area has plenty of chairs and is very well maintained. The location of the unit is ideal for those wanting to get away from the bustle of Georgetown and seven mile beach. The unit is about a 3 minute drive from Rum Point beach and about 7 or 8 minutes from over the edge restaurant which is the only place close that serves breakfast. With the unit facing open ocean, the waves breaking over the reef and onto the beach can easily be heard throughout the entire condo. Kitchen is fully equipped so if you bring your own supplies, you shouldn’t have any needs. The ice maker in the fridge does a pretty good job of making cubes quickly. The unit has a cooler you can use to take food/drinks to the beach with you. I would highly recommend this unit to family, friends and others.

Georgetown Villas #113 2BR OV - Perfect Girlfriend Getaway at GTV #113

We loved our stay in Unit #113. What a beautifully decorated villa! Myself and three girlfriends rented for 4 nights & wished we could stay for weeks. Looked brand new inside. The service before & during our stay from Pam & Paula was outstanding. Pam met us there just after our plane arrived, and Paula straightened & cleaned up after us each day (except Sundays). The ground level allows you to bring in luggage & groceries easily. Well equipped with beach towels, clocks, umbrellas, hair dryers, coffee pot & small kitchen appliances and a washer/dryer. Even books, games & movies to enjoy. The courtyard is gorgeous & peaceful. We lounged on the patio each morning with our coffee and into the evenings watching the sunset, or just enjoying the ocean breezes. Only steps to the pool and a small beach. The islanders that lived there also made us feel very welcome. If you are a beach lover & want to be on the beach all day to swim, this wouldn't be tops for you, it's a little walk to where you can step easily into the ocean, but that was fine for us as we had rented a car and drove to Tiki Beach (our favorite) Short walk to several restaurants and quick drive to some awesome places to eat, grocery stores & shopping. We loved it here and hope to come back again soon!

U-KAI-LELE Kaibo PH II - We loved U-Kai-Lele!

We had the most wonderful time in Grand Cayman and especially at U-Kai-Lele. It was the first RELAXING family vacation we have ever had. Our kids still talk about all the things they did on the island and are already asking when we can go back! We will certainly keep you and the condo in mind when we book our next vacation out there! We honestly can't think of one thing that was missing from the condo. We felt SO at home and the generosity to use the kayak and other toys was a great treat to us. My husband used the kayak a bunch of times and took the kids out on it as well. Thank you so much for sharing these with us. Again, all was great and I apologize for not writing sooner. Have a great weekend and we hope to come back soon!

Heritage House 4BR Oceanfront - Heritage House - Wonderful, Simply Wonderful

One of the best beach homes I've stayed in. The house is located on the quite side of Grand Cayman which is exactly what we were looking for. 4 well appointed bedrooms, each with their own bath, and a den with a pull out couch. We went with our two grown children (18 and 22) and a friend, and each had their own space. There is a dining room inside - but we mainly used the outside dining area - the breeze kept the insects away. One of my sons and I scuba dived on the east end three days (about a 1/2 hour drive), while the others played around on the North Side and Rum Point (great restaurant for dinner there). Snorkeling right in from is pretty good for fish (not great for coral) - saw lobster, squid, peacock flounder along with the usual suspects. The best part of the home is the second floor covered patio - great views. If I could add anything it would have been a hammock!

Parrot-ise 3-4BR Oceanfront - Parrot-ise was Fantastic!

We loved Parrot-ise. We really liked the peace and quiet on the north end and loved the well-equipped, comfortable house. We cooked meals at the house & grill/BBQ and a had some lunches/dinners at Rum Point and the Yacht club. The pool was nice and we loved being able to sleep while hearing the ocean. We spent a few days lounging and swimming at Rum Point - great for kids and adults. The kids loved feeding kitty kitty. Overall it was a great house and I would highly recommend it!

Caymanease Oceanfront Luxury - Caymanease is perfect

I was fortunate enough to stay at Caymanease in Grand Cayman this past August. The island, property, house, and location are absolutely amazing. Honestly, it was such a surreal vacation. Every moment just felt like a dream. The property is located on a more "local" part of the island. It is quiet and private. There is plenty to do and see on this side of the island. It’s close to Rum Point (my favorite- grab a Cayman Lemonade and walk along the white sand beach or take them out and relax in the water) as well as great restaurants and reefs. The beautiful botanical garden is also close by where you can enjoy a beautiful walk and see plenty of blue iguanas (very cool!). As for the house, it is immaculately maintained and the perfect vacation house. It is a beautiful new house, which doesn’t feel like a house, it feels like a home. There was plenty of room for our group (I went with family) including a fully equipped kitchen. There is also plenty of space to lounge- a living room to watch movies at night, an outdoor (screened) patio and a dining table to sit together and play games :) The two upstairs bedrooms all have large bathrooms (with two sinks and a large shower) as well as a daybed and a place to sit under the window and lookout onto the reef (my favorite place to wake up and read). We spent a lot of time in the backyard (which is the beach!) lounging in the sun, reading, playing ladder ball, drinking a nice cold one or two (or three…). The house also has a pool, which I didn’t understand when I got there because the ocean was just as close to the house, but it ended up being really nice to jump in the pool and cool off. The house also has kayaks to take out and paddle around the reef. You can also grab your snorkel and swim out, there are plenty of reefs and fish to see (it is really incredible). We all had such an amazing time at Caymanease. It was horrible to leave (no one was ready for it, it was actually very sad!) but was really just the most amazing vacation ever. Relaxing, beautiful, perfect. I go back there in my head almost daily. Can’t wait to return.

Georgetown Villas #203 2BR OF - GTV #203 - Beautiful!

We stayed at this property for one week in august, 2011 (2 adults, 2 boys, age 5 and 7). The condo is exactly as pictured online. It's absolutely gorgeous and right on the water so you can sit on the porch and take in the lovely views and the cruise ships docking in the port. Cayman vacations were a pleasure to work with and very helpful. They thought of everything, right down to a cell phone for guests to use while they are on the island. The homeowners have completely outfitted the condo for guests: there was an abundance of towels, blankets, dishes, pool toys, dish and laundry soap, spices...you name it, they had it, so I'd definitely check out the kitchen before you head to the grocery store. The condo was right on seven mile road, just a short (2-3 minute) drive to all the major hotels. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this unit!

Fishbones 3BR Oceanfront Villa - Fishbones: Stunning!

"Stunning. Simply Stunning." Our family of five stayed at Fishbones Villa and it was simply stunning! The views, the grounds, the interior was simply wonderful. Hearing the Ocean, feeling the breeze on the elevated property made our family of five wonder... why oh why we took day excursions! It is just a phenomenal secluded property! Fishbones Villa kept three teenagers engaged in the surroundings with the pool and awesome snorkeling. They felt a sense of "home" caring for the feral cats (even naming them) with the food provided and exploring the property. The snorkeling is phenomenal for rookies like us even if you do not swim to the reef. It was like watching live TV when we found the Coral Reef off the Ironshore Cliff where schools of a variety of fish live and feed. It was amazing and we could not get enough! A prior review discussed a dirty Viking Grill...it was spotless on our stay. I cater and use a kitchen on every vacation and it could not have been better. In fact, the entire home was spotless when we arrived. Also, in the prior review the reviewer discusses the personal belongings/pictures in the home. I completely understand what the reviewer was saying; however, I felt as if we were staying in a friends home and wanted to treat it as such...so I think the owners are smart to personalize their property where they obviously spend a lot of time with their own family. Who could fault a parent/grandparent sharing thier photos of their lovely family?!! Since returning I have told friends if you want a ocean front home with a beach to walk on...this is not for you. Also, if being on a remote part of the Island is troublesome...this is not for you. It did not bother us at all and also we loved it. We went to Rum Point and walked to our hearts content and went to Seven Mile Beach to check out the famous beach...honestly, we all said not hearing the surf at SMB was disconcerting and we were happy we did not stay there. It is one thing for parents to be content and happy with the family vacation decison but for teens to say in unison...lets get back "home"...to our "home away from home" ...Fishbones...well, we knew we made the right choice for our family!!! Near Fishbones, we loved Kaibo Yacht Club upstairs for dinner, The Lighthouse for dinner and Tukka for lunch and a return visit for a Sunday spectacular brunch. Rum Point Wreck Bar was also a great lunch spot on the beach...shaded and very picturesque. We chartered a beautiful 52ft Sea Ray luxury yacht that met us at Kaibo Yacht Club...check out Caymen Ocean adventures...it was a remarkable private experience to Stingray Sandbar, Snorkeling at the Barrier Reef, and Starfish Point. Roland, the on-site property manager at Fishbones was wonderful and we all felt like a pampered guest at this home and we will be a return visitor! We loved it so much while at the home, we had a local Photographer come to the home and take pictures of our family to memorialize such a special family time! Many thanks for opening up your home!

Thank you again. We had such a great time at your U-Kai-LeLe Rum Point condo. A couple of days is so relaxing, although I could quite easily do a week up there with a huge pile of books. We had a fantastic stay at your Cayman Breeze condo. You guys had everything there that we needed and then some. We really enjoyed how everything was furnished as if it was your home. The weather was great while we were there despite being July. We were pleasantly surprised about the level of privacy we had and that we never saw anyone in the entire complex or pool area throughout our stay. We spent most of our time at Rum Point beach and enjoyed the trip to Sting Ray City along with some other snorkeling in the area. We stopped at Kaibo for lunch a couple times during our stay and also checked out the Driftwood bar right by the condo and had dinner at Over the Edge about 5 miles down the road. A couple of days at Seven Mile Beach area and had lunch at the Westin outdoor bar and dinner at Deckers across the street. Caymanease Oceanfront Luxury - Caymanease Is A Phenomenal Vacation Home

We had been to Grand Cayman before and knew we wanted something on the quieter North Side. Caymanease was exactly what we were looking for...right on the beach with its own private pool! The house was beautifully decorated and comfortably slept our family of five along with three grandparents. Cheryl was so, so helpful even before we booked it and she provided us with great information from where to eat, where to shop and where to play! Our children (ages 3,5 and 7) spent hours and hours in the pool and our 5 year old even learned to snorkel there! The North Side is so quiet and uncrowded you can truly relax and there are plenty of restaurants to try. We enjoyed every meal, but Tukka was definitely our favorite. The house is very accessible for scuba diving and Sting Ray City trips and just lovely for sand castles and kayaking too. We have already recommended this home to friends and would love to return ourselves. Thanks Cheryl and Mitzi for a phenomenal family vacation!

7 Mile Beach Condo - Wonderful Vacation!

We just returned home and wish we were back on Grand Cayman in your wonderful condo! The setting is lovely and we had absolutely everything we needed. The beach was bustling and crowded in front of the Marriot, but in front of Regal Beach where the condo is located, it was wonderfully deserted! Our two teenagers even remarked on how great the location was. The pools were also nice and I especially enjoyed the screened porch. We rented a car so we were able to go wherever we wanted. Great restaurants, but we especially enjoyed Casanova's (went there twice!). We used Red Sail to go to Stingray Sandbar and enjoyed that as well. Caymanease Oceanfront Luxury - Caymanease is the best rental on the island

Caymanease is truly a 5-star experience! As soon as one walks in the door they know this is not your typical vacation rental - it is truly a home that the owners have obviously taken much care and thought in decorating and furnishing. I loved the beautiful colors, tasteful furnishings, and how everything one could possibly want or need is provided. And the views!!! It was truly paradise to sit on the lovely porch and gaze out at the water. And to be able to step out your back door to your very own private beach and snorkel in your own "back yard" was heaven! I also loved how conveniently located the house is to a number of wonderful restaurants. Thank you, Caymanease, for providing a memorable vacation - we look forward to returning!!

Caymanease Oceanfront Luxury - Caymanease, Tropical Paradise Not To Be Missed!

I can certainly recommend Caymanease without reservation as a top rated vacation spot! My family travels quite a bit to tropical locations and this was one of our favorites. Right from the start, things were superb...all arrangements were extremely easy and checking in was a breeze. The home was absolutely spotless and very welcoming...you just want to take a big, relaxing sigh right when you walk in! It is decorated in a high end yet very comfortable way and you can just feel the warmth of the homeowners through the personal touches! We were blessed with great weather the entire time we were there and took advantage of it by exploring beaches all around the island. The snorkeling is fantastic all around! We loved the wonderful restaurants and never had a bad meal...Over The Edge (great for a convenient breakfast!), Rum Point, Lighthouse, Tukka (try the crocodile!) and Calypso Grill (don't miss the sticky toffee pudding!) were among our favorites. Although we visited and enjoyed 7 Mile Beach and the resorts there, we definitely preferred the location of Caymanease; based on its location and amazing amenities, there is little reason to leave! To be there and have your own private beach is truly a piece of heaven. We can't wait to return!

7 Mile Beach Condo - Stress Free Vacation

We felt taken care of from the moment we decided to reserve this condo - - from the suggestions for restaurants, rental car and tours to the amenities awaiting us in the condo - - everything was aimed at making our trip relaxing and easy. We spent time exploring the island from the West End to Rum Point - and our favorite spot was, without a doubt, our own condo and its awesome beach. The condo is beautiful. The location is perfect with easy access to George Town, grocery stores and many wonderful restaurants. We rented a car in order to explore a bit but it would be easy to manage without one. We were often struck by the difference between our beach and the chaos of the beaches nearby at the Marriott and the Royal Palms. We never had trouble finding a beach chair or umbrella no matter what time of day. The on-site manager was impressive and always available. All-in-all, we knew what we wanted to see and where we wanted to go by the time we arrived and this was a truly stress free vacation (except for learning to negotiate the roundabouts!). When we return, we know where we will stay - - everything was perfect. · By KathyK48 from Iowa City, Iowa on 2/27/2011 for a stay in 2/1/2011

Christmas Palms Villas - fabulous vacation!

Christmas Palms is an amazing property! We vacationed in Grand Cayman for a week+ and thoroughly enjoyed staying at Christmas Palms. The owner was very friendly at available to answer any questions or concerns. The home is new with modern appliances, and very comfortable furnishings. The property is immaculate and well cared-for. It is centrally located on the Northside: 10-15 minutes from Morritt's for scuba diving, and 15 minutes to Rum Point for fishing excursions. A rental car is advisable as this property is a long drive from the airport and Georgetown! There was a constant ocean breeze, and ceiling fans in every room that kept the house comfortable w/o having to rely on the A/C. The beach area is very rocky/coral covered, and not good for swimming, however, there is a beautiful pool that overlooks the ocean! ((Because the house opens directly to the pool, I would NOT recommend this property to families with young children!)) The home is relatively private w/ few neighbors. There are several waterfront restaurants within a few minutes drive. I would also suggest using the sgrocery shopping service to stock the fridge and pantry prior to your arrival. There is a small grocery strore nearby with basics - but it is a long drive to a full supermarket. I also recommend Tortuga Divers (part of Morritt's Resort). Tortuga dive guides are very knowledgable and made sure that every dive was educational, interesting, and FUN!! We had an absolutely fabulous time in Grand Cayman and really enjoyed staying at Christmas Palms!!!!!!!!!

This was a really nice location. It was far away from the main town but with Rum Point and the Yacht Club next door you could still go out to eat. The view from the living room was fantastic. The house had a lot of leftovers like salt and pepper, ketchup, things you usually have to buy and only use once, it was great. The best part was the bicycles. Christmas Palms Villas - Great for Family Getaway!

Our family of 8 (five adults and 3 children) had a fabulous time at Christmas Palms! The house is beautiful, with an open floorplan that is designed perfectly for a large family. Having three master bedrooms was a great benefit- everyone had a fantastic room with a tremendous view. The beds were comfortable and there are several different sized pillows to choose from. The photos of the home do accurately reflect the actual appearance, and what you don't see in the pictures is just as nice as what you do see (the 4th BR is nicely decorated, has a screened porch with a nice view, and was perfect for our teenagers.) The only possible challenge is that there is no closet in the bedroom downstairs and the downstairs bathroom (which does have a large vanity) doesn't have a shower. With three of each upstairs, this wasn't an issue for us. The beach view here is beautiful and you do have great snorkeling and kayaking right in front of the house. The property was clean, well maintained and very low maintenance during our stay (tile floors throughout). While there is no need to venture too far from the house, it is somewhat secluded and you will want to rent a car. (The left-hand side of the road driving may be a little intimidating at first, but no biggy!) You are not too far from a variety of restaurants/bars, Rum Point, The Blow Holes, the Botanic Gardens, and several beautiful public beaches. While it is a bit of a drive, we opted for a Stingray City/snorkel trip (w/Franks) that departed from Seven Mile Beach- two snorkeling locations/very enjoyable. We also went on a 2-hour guide-led jetski trip from 7 Mile Beach to Stingray City and then Rum Point-if you're going to rent a jetski this is the way to do it. The Lighthouse Restaurant is close to the house and DELICIOUS! If you go to see the blow holes, which we would suggest if the wind is up, keep driving past this point and you will find the BEST (and least expensive) fish sandwiches at Nadine's! The owner of the house was very accomodating before and during our stay- she has thought of everything. We highly recommend this house and hope to return!

Paradise Found 2BR at North Pt - GREAT LOCATION FOR A RESTFUL STAY

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at Paradise Found and were thrilled with the accomodations. The condo has been well cared for and the facilities are 5 star. Everything one could possibly need was available. The pool and sundeck got a lot of use as we caught up on our reading. I spent a few hours every day exploring the reef just 50 yards off the beach. The first week, the water was extremely clear and many colorful fish could be seen. The second week saw strong winds whip up the surf and it made the water somewhat cloudy. Highlights of the stay included the "Barefoot Man" show at the Reef Resort, dinners at Lukka, The Lighthouse, Over The Edge, The Kaibo Club (upstairs), and don't overlook the great Pizza and Seafood Chowder at the Driftwood (next door), where one can mingle with the locals in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. Day trips into Georgetown (60 min away) on days with few or no cruise ships were enjoyable. There were several subperb eating establisments on the West Side. Our favorite was Pappagallos at Morgans Harbor, but we also liked The Grand Old House, The Lobster Pot, The Wharf, and The Cracked Conch. Of course, the marine highlight of the stay was a visit to Stingray City with Red Sail Sports out of Rum Point where you are able to swim with and feed large stingrays. One will definitely need a rental car if staying at this Condo as there is so much to see on the Island from the West Bay eastward to the East End and contunuing around past Paradise Found to Rum Point. Although the Island is only 20 miles long, we put 985 miles on the car exploring the Island and visiting the Restaurants noted above. I definitely would not recommend Budget Rental Car as their cars are old and poorly maintained. Andy's Rental Agency had much better cars at competitive prices. The building owner and on site manager were very responsive to requests for assistance and we would return to Paradise Found in a heartbeat. Hope this helps anyone considering accomodations on the quiet North Side of the Island

Seaside Sands 3BR Oceanfront - Best Beach

This was our seventh year vacationing on Grand Cayman and our second year staying at Seaside Sands. This is by far our favorite house on Rum Point! The house is fantastic and the beach is even better, extremely private and quiet. Book well in advance as this house is very desirable in it's beauty and versatility. We plan on staying at Seaside Sands for years to come. Alan

Coral Bay Oceanfront Condo - Coral Bay - Beautiful!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week sharing this condo on the beach, and I mean on the beach, with two friends. Cooking in the gourmet kitchen and sharing a meal in the screened porch, listening to the waves, watching them glinting in the sun, is just as pleasurable as dining in one of Cayman's restaurants. Actually, the privacy of this beach was more appealing to us than any public spot, but Georgetown and the Seven Mile Beach are ten minutes away. The place is a little treasure, peace and relaxation in Paradise. Jill

My girlfriend and I just returned from our vacation on Grand Cayman and the Pools #1 condo was perfect for our needs. Being a stone's throw away from the beach made all the difference in the world. We had the best time snorkeling, sightseeing and just ran out of time to do all that we wanted to. Thank you both for making this dream vacation an easy endeavor.

Christmas Palms Villas - Beautiful Oceanfront Home

My family and I stayed for a week in this lovely, oceanfront home. The house is very easy to find and the accommodations are wonderful. The 3 bedrooms upstairs all have king beds and each has its own bathroom. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed and everything you need to prepare meals is provided. I would stay here again the next time we come to Grand Cayman.

Seaside Sands 3BR Oceanfront - Pefect villa

Thanks for the wonderful week at Seaside Sands. We had a wonderfully relaxed and joyful week there last December. I was able to work efficiently as well which is a rarity, (the internet is excellent there), and takes a lot of the stress out of having to maintain contact with the rest of the world. We enjoyed just relaxing while the kids explored the beach. The house is great! We will certainly come back again.

Seaside Sands 3BR Oceanfront - Seaside Sands

We just booked Seaside Sands for our 3rd year in a row. We try to plan one weeks vacation each year & originally agreed to try a new place each time. We held true to that agreement visiting Bermuda one year & Costa Rica the next. Then came Seaside Sands on Grand Cayman. Well the first line says it all, we just booked again for our 3rd year in a row. The beauty and serenity of Seaside Sands is incredible. The place has such a wonderful vibe about it. My wife had a smile on her face I will never forget the first year we visited. Perfect beach, friendly people, great food, and what a view. Thanks for providing us with such a great escape each year. Ross & Julie.

7 Mile Beach Condo - Our Vacation on 7 Mile Beach was everything we could have wi

Our vacation on 7-Mile beach was everything we could have wished for and more. The weather was splendid -- walks on the beach were amazing and the view from the condo of the turqouise water was a breathtaking vision. It was nice to have breakfast and lunch in the condo and go out for a nice dinner. Also a plus was location...we did not rent a car and everything was in walking distance.

Cayman Breeze 2BR Oceanfront - Fantastic View, Excellent Location, Quiet & Peaceful

We stayed for 7 nights and what a wonderful 7 nights that was. The condo complex was quiet and peaceful and the pool was great. The outdoor seating area was a great place to eat breakfast and watch the sunrise and to eat dinner and watch the sunset. There was great snorkeling right off the beach with clear water and an abundance of marine life. The condo was nicely appointed and the pictures do not do it justice. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location, on the island, of the complex was away from the bustling port city and all of the cruisers, which was exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend this condo for any couple looking to get away and spend some romantic evenings away from it all. We will definitely be heading back to Grand Cayman and book another stay at this condo.

U-KAI-LELE Kaibo PH II - Book us once a month

A comfortable, welcoming, and homely vacation apartment, in the idyllic setting of Kaibo, Grand Cayman. The apartment has two delightful bedrooms, one of which is a double (with a fabulous ocean view) and the other is a twin with two single beds, both with decent size bathrooms (shower and bath). Apartment has a full kitchen with plenty of workspace and a gas bbq on the patio. The accommodation is perfect for a small family, group of friends or a couple looking to visit this beautiful part of the island. The infinity pool is fabulous and appears quiet most of the time as the apartment complex is relatively small (three very well maintained apartment buildings). In summary, we love this apartment for its comfort, location and relaxed feel. Thank you and we will definitely be back soon

7 Mile Beach Condo - Fantastic!

We have been to the Caymans twice now. We stayed at the Ritz our first trip and this condo our second. The condo was so much more comfortable, especially because we had two children (11 months and 4 1/2 years). It is absolutely in the best location - close to grocery stores, a great coffee shop and of course on a gorgeous beach. The rooms are comfortable, there is a lanai with a screen on the deck so we didn't have to worry our 11 month was going to fall out! The apartment really does come fully equipped & he daily maid service was such a welcome addition. We highly recommend this condo. Fabulous!!

Cayman Breeze 2BR Oceanfront - Delightful Condo

Cayman Breeze was a delightful condo with all the amenities you would ever need to make your stay complete. The condo included many luxurious features and was well maintained. Grand Cayman is my favorite island and Rum Point one of the best places to visit while there. Even though the island is small, Rum Point is at the furthest point and far from Seven Mile Beach, the main beach area -- this can be challenging when wanting to shop and eat. If you love peace and quiet, a beautiful secluded beach with food and sports activites, and a place to stay that has everything you need, then I recommend Cayman Breeze.

Caymanease Oceanfront Luxury - Caymanease is Amazing

recently returned from an absolutely stunning vacation in North Side, Grand Cayman. Choosing this rental truly made our vacation one that we will never forget!! The vacation home had breathtaking views and was located right on its own private beach. The rental was a perfect home away from home, fully stocked with every kitchen accessory imaginable. During the trip, we had access to our own private pool to cool off in as well as kayaks to chase after waves! The decor inside the home was vibrant and lively and provided a tranquil feel to the entire stay. The screened in porch was one of the many things I fell in love with in this house. It provided a lovely place to sit back and enjoy the sound of the ocean in the evenings. I could not have asked for a better vacation and staying at Caymanease provided our group with the most amazing vacation. We cannot wait to come back next year and highly recommend this rental to all of our friends.

Cayman Breeze 2BR Oceanfront - I want to go back!

We stayed at the Cayman Breeze condo in May, 2009 and chose the property for it's location on the Northside in Cayman Kai. We liked the condo's location in the small North Pointe complex, which is on the 2nd floor on the East corner. It's very private, quiet and has a wonderful view of the ocean and beach from the screened lanai and master bedroom. I guess the owners call it Cayman Breeze as you can open the windows and doors and get an incredible cooling breeze that flows from the ocean through the unit. We were impressed with the photos and details on the owners website, but they really didn't do it justice. This condo is immaculate and super clean. There were 2 couples in our group and we both enjoyed the oversized king beds and pillow top mattresses. The free wifi came in handy when we had to check email and they have an internet phone in the unit, which allows you to make free calls back to the US. A nice feature to stay in touch with family without buying calling cards. We loved sitting on the lanai in the morning with our coffee and listening to the parrots in the grape trees next to us (our neighbors). There's a big BBQ pit on site for grilling and the full kitchen with dishwasher was a plus. The complex has a large pool with a shaded thatch roof cabana that overlooks the ocean and a huge sandy beach. We spent alot of time snorkeling up and down the beach right out in front of the condo. The reefs are in good shape and there's quite alot of marine life including lobsters, tropical fish, conch and we also saw a purple octopus. We were just about 5 minutes from Rum Point, which is a very cool spot for lunch and drinks. You can also take the snorkel boat out to Stingray City. Feeding the stingrays was a real treat! We loved this place and can't wait to go back!

Cayman Breeze 2BR Oceanfront - Beautiful and Comfortable

This condo was beautiful, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Since the property was recently built everything was new and clean and fresh and that was very nice. Being on the second floor was nice for the breeze coming in from the lanai and the windows in the bedrooms. The wireless access was great for my husband and teenagers so we could research all the wonderful things to do on the island. We cooked most of our meals in the condo so having the kitchen well stocked was very important to me as the mom. There is also a large grill that is available for the tenants to use and we used it several times. There is a full size washer and dryer and it was great to be able to do a load of laundry every night so we didn't have to pack so much. Overall I was very pleased with the condo and would recommend it to anyone. We loved our stay on the island and coming back to a comfortable nice condo at the end of the day was great.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our long awaited vacation. The house was perfect for all of us. Roland made us feel right at home with his welcoming smile and kindness. Kitty Kitty and company were a big hit with all the animal lovers in our family, and I loved having my very own pool to swim in every day! The weather was perfect and most of our family became scuba divers while we were here. We will never forget this incredible week of being together in Parrot-ise! While the trip was perfect in every way, the residents that we met made it ever better, wonderful personalities! Our introduction to scuba with Randy and AJ in Old Man Bay was nothing short of terrific with their great instruction. One of our favorite parts of the trip was just relaxing outside on the lanai overlooking the beautiful pools and beach. We vacation quite a bit and this is one of the places we can't wait to return to! Highly recommend! Lorie and Ryan from Boston Ma

Absolutely love your house! You really do keep it stocked with everything one would need and we enjoyed every minute! Our kids, ages 3½ and 15 months loved the pool and especially Kitty Kitty. For those that follow us…lights for the beach are behind the big plant on the right side of the sliding glass doors; Rum Point’s beaches are perfect for toddlers; Over the Edge Restaurant is great for a casual but tasty meal and a great view of the sunset. Try having a meal at the table in front of the house under the stars; look for conch shells in the water in front of the house (leave the live ones); ice machine and blender are great for your drinks… Have a wonderful time!!

Wow!!! John and I landed here after a whirlwind of a wedding and were absolutely in love with one another. And this condo was such a haven, a calm after the storm with the chaos of wedding planning. It was perfect for a romantic getaway! We walked out onto the patio that overlooked the pools and ocean and we just stood there stunned. Could it get anymore beautiful?? Our week there proceeded with even more wonderful discoveries of a quiet and perfect private beach, tasty restaurants, beautiful walks, breathtaking scubadiving, and more. I must explain to you how all this mistaken idea of denouncing pleasure and praising pain was born and I will give you a complete account of the system, and expound the actual teachings of the great explorer of the truth, the master-builder of human happiness. No one rejects, dislikes, or avoids pleasure itself, because it is pleasure, but because those who do not know how to pursue pleasure rationally encounter consequences that are extremely painful.

7 Mile Beach Condo - Outstanding, Best Place on Earth

Walking in we were so impressed with the entire condo. So warmly furnished, spotless, and with a beautiful view. Had breakfast and some dinners on the Lanai for a quiet and relaxing meal. Did I say the view was beautiful yet? Great beach, quiet complex. Walked up and down the beach daily with a few dips in the sea in between. Can walk to many shops and restaurants, but took a car to tour the Island a little, stopping at Rum Point. The owners were so personal during our planning, and so was their property manager Pam. She met us with the key and spent some time giving us some ideas and pointers. Really helped a lot. Certainly one of our best times, and would come back to this condo in a heartbeat-LKK Poughkeepsie, NY

Crystal Cove 2-3BR Oceanfront - Restful, relaxing, peaceful and stunningly beautiful

This villa is one of the prettiest I've rented on any of the caribbean islands (and there have been quite a few). The service by the property manager and McCurley's Car Rental was excellent from arrival to departure. The island itself is also one of the prettiest, clean and well kept, and the people were very friendly. I highly recommend Grand Cayman Island and specifically this villa. The only drawback is that the beach just in front of the villa is not ideal for swimming (reeds grow in the shallow waters). However, there are a number of public beaches a short distance away.

As we were there during the Christmas holidays and totally into the holiday spirit the location made for a wonderful experience. I asked my wife to marry me on the edge of the private beach under one of the beautiful sunsets we had while there. We will definately use this property again. Cayman Breeze 2BR Oceanfront - Best Vacation Experience we ever had!

I chose the Cayman Breeze condo for our stay based on the location (we wanted quiet, away from the frequent touristy places), amenities (beautiful...can't put it any other way, fully loaded...lacked nothing), size (gave us a place "away" from our kids). The photos on the website don't do the Cayman Breeze justice. The beds rocked...never had a lack of sleep due to a bad bed. I have had a bad-bed experience before and it can completely ruin a vaca. The lanai for breakfast in the morning started every morning for us...cool breezes, the sound of the waves. Short drives to Rum Point, local restaurants, snorkeling...cant say enough good about the Cayman Breeze. We just took a mini-vaca and were again talking about how the Cayman Breeze had everything we wanted...location, pool, comforts of home. This will be where we stay next time we come without hesitation! Thanks Don and Linda!

The house was amazing. The location perfectly remote (what we wanted) and the scenery beautiful. The house itself had everything you could need and then some. Rolland Pouchie was the caretaker and was very accommodating with us. We arrived a day late due to a travel delay, which meant he had to leave his family to come to the house on a Sunday to open it up for us but he was very gracious and never seemed "put out". We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to be away from the 7 mile beach frenzy, yet still have luxurious accommodations. We will rent again from Don and Linda Martin at Cayman Island Vacations, and we would definitely stay at Fishbones again as well. Great vacation!

Parrot-ise 3-4BR Oceanfront - Parrot-ise

We have loved your beautiful home. The extras left behind (shampoos, coffee, etc.) have been helpful and greatly appreciated. We dove many times right off the fabulous shore and also did several boat dines. For those of you who are here to five – there truly is NO need to spend the money on diving with a company. It is a ten minute walk out (best to go when tide is in) and then just snorkel your way for a short bit. The reef, fish variety and other exciting marine life (we saw a turtle, several stingrays, a reef shark, a nurse shark and lot of lobsters). These waters are more beautiful than where our boat dines were. We rented our tanks from Ocean Frontiers. As for restaurants – the Light House is nice but pricey. Try to go out a somewhat cool evening otherwise its HOT! Rum Point is a nice place to go and watch the spectacular sunsets. We truly loved it here. The home was perfect, plenty of space for our family and the suite upstairs was SO great! Thank you so much and we hope to come back. The diving again was WONDERFUL! You have it made – right behind the house.

Having stayed at Starboard Point I can tell you it is the epitome of Caribbean life style and relaxation. Whether you are sipping your first cup of morining "joe" or drinking a cocktail at sunset you are at the waters edge. This location on the cove is perfect for any water activities and people of all ages. The accomadations and maintainence were excellent. The photo's accurately represent the house and it's cleanleness. If you desire to go either grocery or souviner shopping you are only a short drive (less than a hour) away from both. There are even a couple of local restaurants that are within walking distance. Not all the places we have traveled end up on our "repeat" list but Starboard Point is already there. I would reccommend this house to families of all sizes and ages.

Rum Pointe was great. We rented waverunners on Sunday and did the stingray tour on Wed. which was well worth it. I would highly recommend the trip. On the Edge Restaurant down the road was very good also.
Our daughter is already planning spring break for next year.

Scuba Shack 3BR Oceanfront -

My husband and I have returned from our wonderful vacation on Grand Cayman and I wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying at the Connie Kai/Scuba Shack and the North side of the island! The home was absolutely lovely and the property manager Roland was very helpful! Having the pool was fantastic since the water was a little too rough for entry for a few days, although that made the sound and sight of the waves even better! We followed the advice to bring swim socks for walking the beach and getting into the water, which was very helpful. We found the island easy to drive, but also enough conveniently located on the north side so that anything we wanted was a quick trip there and back. Great island, great home! We had a terrific time!

Kai-lypso 2BR Island House - We had an amazing time!

We had an amazing time! The Kai-Lypso accommodations at Rum Point were perfect, it had everything we needed to live comfortably while we there there. We spent the majority of the time out on the patio, in fact, I am hoping to have a similar set up built at my next home! The furnishings were beautiful and the place was nicely kept. Our car rentals through McCurleys went well and we explored so much of the island. It was not too hard to get used to driving on the left, much easier than when I was in Ireland. Much slower pace on Cayman. We particularly enjoyed the bar and grill at Kaibo, we ate there both on our first and our last day on the island. The coconut crunchy curry fish dish was delicious, and I have attempted to recreate it here at home. We spent so much time at Rum Point out in the water, snorkeling for hours at a stretch. My daughter and I were lucky enough to follow an octopus from place to place, watching him turn color to match his surroundings each time he moved. We were also amazed at a pair of Eagle Rays that came gliding by us in a graceful arc. We followed them for quite sometime as well, of course keeping our distance to remain safe. We headed over to the beach at Morritts for one afternoon, and had the pleasure of swimming with the large school of tarpon that live under the dock there. It was very difficult to leave, and we have all voted it our very favorite place we have visited, EVER! Thank you so much, we had a blast!

We loved the Paradise Found at North Pointe condo (wish we could buy one!!); the car rental worked out perfectly; we didn't have contact with the property manager; we loved Over the Edge and the Kaibo bar; we spent most the time swimming/laying out on Cayman Kai (over by the Kaibo bar) Thank YOU for assisting us in the last minute!!! We were upset to have to change our plans, but did enjoy our vacation very much. It was exactly what we wanted.

Rainbow's End 3-4BR Rum Point - Rainbows End is Fantastic!

Our vacation at the Rainbows End villa in Rum Point was great. It was one of the nicest villas we have rented. Size and layout was perfect for us and our son's family. The location on the beach was ideal. The property management company for the villa was excellent. We had a short power outage one evening and we could not find any flashlights. Someone called and shortly arrived with flashlights. The car rental through Marshalls was fine. We made a few changes at the last minute and they were accommodating. We had Thanksgiving dinner at the Lighthouse restaurant and it was excellent. When we go back to Grand Cayman some time we will definitely call you. Thanks for all your help.

We had a great time at the Parrot-ise vacation home in Cayman Kai! The house was perfect and well furnished - way more than I have ever experienced. We would return in a heart beat. The McCurley's car rental was perfect. McCurley and his wife BA were fantastic - great way to get a car - no hassles - drive you to and from house. Your service was outstanding. Thanks for everything. We'll be back!

Bonnies Arch 3BR Oceanfront -

We had a super time in Cayman. The Bonnie's Arch condo was immaculate and beautiful. We enjoyed cooking many of meals there and spending time on the balcony. The view was spectacular. We snorkeled many times right off the back edge. We saw turtles, a stingray, a squid, a peacock flounder, a puffer fish and many varieties of marine fish and corals. We dove with DiveTech and SunDivers. They were both very nice and accomodating. Our favorite eatery was Ginos!!!! Love that pizza! We also had dinner at the Cracked Conch which was very nice. One evening we dined at Alfressco just down the road and it was also quite good. Snorkeling at Cemetary reef was also great. We loved being away from the bussle of the 7 mile beach area but close enough to walk or take a short drive to whatever we wanted. Marshall's Car Rental were very efficient and professional. We will definitely be returning to Cayman soon and we will tell our friends about your personal services. Thanks so much,

The Pools #1 1 BR Luxury Condo - THANK YOU

I wanted to say "THANK YOU" for helping me plan the trip to the Cayman Islands for my husband and I. We had the most wonderful time staying at The Pools #1. It was so peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed our 15 year anniversary dinner at the Lighthouse. The food there was excellent. So now we are planning next years trip to the Cayman Islands and we are in need of a bigger place, because now after showing all of our pictures from out vacation, everyone wants to come with us. My first trip to the Cayman Islands was the best time, the island is just breath taking, the people there are so kind and wonderful ( we meet a few of the locals and had some great conversations) . The warmth and beauty will keep me coming back every year!!!! Thanks you sooooo much for all your help, Carie and Bill Gors

Kaibo Kai 2BR Cayman Kai - Kaibo Kai

When I first arrived with my 2 children, I realized the second night we were the only ones on the island. Was I contemplating moving to a hotel downtown? Most definitely. As time progressed and other people arrived, I started to feel more comfortable. After the 4th night, we didn’t care who was on the island. We had the pool to ourselves; we played in the sand, walked to the grill and explored the island. I learned to appreciate the beauty of our surroundings. One of our first stops was Rum Point. This became an every other day ritual. My son would not allow me to drive by without stopping. By the time my husband arrived 12 days later, you would of thought we were locals. We knew all of the restaurants and “hot spots”, we wanted him to explore. This was definitely the place to reconnect and forget about all of your concerns of the world. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay at your home, it is beautiful! Anything and everything we needed was available. The condo represents a feeling of richness and peacefulness.

I meant to write to you the day I returned. We had an absolutely fabulous time. The Northern Lights condo was exactly as you described and then some. I loved the solitude of the location and the view was truly stupendous. It was comfortable, well furnished and well supplied. We lacked for nothing. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the snorkeling, what a grand location! The Red Sail sports provided the perfect scenario to get our kids in the water around the sting rays and snorkeling on the nearby reef. I also appreciated all the other suggestions on your website although we did our own shopping. The rental car worked out fine too. We did spend a few afternoons at Rum Point Beach which really pleased the kids. I would go back in a heartbeat were it not for the fact that there is a huge world out there to explore. When we do come back, rest assured we would come back through you and probably to that very same condo. Thanks for all your help

Thanks for following up! There is absolutely nothing I can tell you that needs improving, as everything was perfect. We were very happy with the Mango Kai Island House condo, the property manager responded immediately when we had no hot water (it was just a timer thing), and BA/McCurley’s car rentals was fantastic! I can definitely promise you that if I ever return to Grand Cayman, I will contact you to rent Mango Kai again. I cannot think of a more perfect place to stay! Thanks again!

Nice to hear from you. We had a great time at your beautiful Cayman Breeze condo on the North shore. Very different from the other side of the island. It had a laid back island feel. We did alot of sport fishing and just plain took it easy. You did a very nice job on decorating and furnishing your condo. The wifi internet and free international calls were also a very nice bonus. We had a great stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

Kaibo Kai 2BR Cayman Kai -

I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you the one thing that was wrong with our vacation …………. It wasn’t long enough at that wonderful Kaibo Kai condo!!! Five days is way too short a time to spend in the Caymans. That was our first time to the Caymans and it was the best place we’ve ever been. Our condo at Kaibo Kai was unbelievable! Not just the location, but the furnishings and the condition. I’ve never stayed in a place so immaculately maintained. The décor was fabulous and everything (and more) that we would have needed was there. Your owner certainly knows how to do it! Please let the owner know how very thrilled we were to be there and we certainly want to go back again. Please feel free to use me as a reference for your professionalism and assistance or if someone is thinking about staying in the condo.

We had an wonderful vacation and the condo was great. Kai-Lypso Kai Unit # 19 had every convenience we could have asked for and we could not have found a nicer or cleaner place. The furnishings were incredible and very comfortable for our family of 4. The DSL worked perfectly and I was able to hook my computer and stay in touch with our family over the holiday ( Used the "Magic Jack" to phone over the computer and it worked great) .The weather was sunny every day and the back patio turn out to be a great place to read a book and enjoy a cocktail. We spent most of our time on the beach which was nice and quiet. The beach bar was perfect for lunch every day and they have a very friendly staff that made it a lot of fun.You guys were great and I would rent from you again in a minute. It was nice to get exactly what we were promised.Car Rental - I made a reservation with Budget but our flight was delayed ( Will Never fly Spiritair again) and the Budget rental office was closed. Fortunately Marshall's Rental office was open and we were able to get a nice car. I didn't think about rental car office being open when I arrived and probably should have taken you up on the rental you offered. Thank you again for setting up this wonderful vacation.

Parrot-ise 3-4BR Oceanfront - Parrot-ise

What a wonderful way to spend Christmas. We traveled all over the island and are still convinced Parrot-ise is the best location! Enjoyed a few afternoons at Rum Point; visited 7 Mile Beach for a day at the Ritz Spa; went snorkeling on private charter and came home with dinner (4 lobsters!). Kitty Kitty provided the entertainment….along with the hermit crabs. We also had the pleasure of meeting John and Linda at Rum Point – thanks for buying lunch!

What a taste of paradise! Your island home is adorable, fun and so special. Your setting on the beach is beautiful and so tranquil and we love your parrot theme. We felt very comfortable here and felt like we were in our own place. Everything that we could need was at reach, which made staying here so east. You’ve done a terrific job making it so convenient for renters. Your home is the 1st place we’ve rented since Ivan destroyed our place and it was such a wonderful experience. We loved our walks along the beach and hanging out at Rum Point. Truly a special vacation spot.

Without question the best place we have ever stayed! Where else can you find both pounding surf and great snorkeling right outside your door. The house is beautiful! It had everything we would possibly want (except a reading lamp, which we bough at Hurley’s, functional but not decorative – now yours!) Outdoor showers, lovely refreshing pool. We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. The only bad thing about Parroti-ise, is having to leave it. We will look forward to our return.

Thank you and we will definitely be back soon

Laurelei 2BR Oceanfront - The Laurelei Condo: Bucket List Trip - Check

This was our second time staying in the north point condo complex. The first time was prior to hurricane Ivan. Our family is not into "big resorts" and the 10 condo complex is perfect. At times we were the only ones around the pool. Rum point was a great little adventure for a few hours each day. The Laurelei was well set up for our family (4 adults and 3 children). Every meal was enjoyed in the screened in lanai with the sound of the ocean in the back ground. We enjoyed having the Driftwood bar next door and our kids were thoroughly excited to watch Canada win the gold medal in men's hockey with the Caribbean ocean as a back drop! If you are looking for solitude, a quiet location and the comfort of your own space, then north point condos should be your destination. When we return to Cayman, we will continue to stay on the north side. Thank you for providing a comfortable place to relax and rejuvenate

Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time at Cayman Breeze. Your condo was clean and well kept. Everyone was so nice while we were there. Special thanks to Richard: One of the days, Chris drove to Safe Haven to play golf. The plan was that I would take the ferry with the kids and meet him there at lunch time. The problem arose when we could not find a ride. The taxi service was booked and the ride was too short anyway. I called the numbers provided for the managers to see if they had any suggestions, but there was no answer. Richard was outside working with another gentleman fixing a door on another unit. I asked him if he had any ideas for me. He was kind enough to make a few phone calls for me, but to no avail. When all seemed lost, Richard was generous enough to give myself and my 3 children a ride to rum point in his pick up truck! He went way beyond the call of duty and I will remember him for it.Dominic at the Over the Edge was also very kind to us, helping us out when we needed some supplies and Chisholm's had closed early. The people of the island are as wonderful as the beauty of the island itself. Thanks for a great place to stay!

We did use it a lot because we like to have breakfast at home, especially when we need to be in the dive boat by 8:30. We also had lunch there most of the time just as we came back from our morning dives. All in all a great vacation and very good accommodations, also a great value.

We had fun taking them to snorkelling spots. You see so much more on bikes. Thanks so much for the use of your place.

this condo is top shelf in every respect. Beautiful furnishings and bedding, high end appliances, two large bedrooms with fabulous bathrooms. washer and dryer. large screen TV in living room and TVs in both bedrooms. balcony overlooking the Georgetown harbor. loved watching the cruise ships come and go every day. second floor location overlooks the beach. listened to the waves crash on the beach all day and night. it was perfect. many restaurants in walking distance. could walk for miles on the beach. great ship wreck down the beach about 200 feet that was awesome for snorkeling. the beach was lined with large stone they call iron gate which made it a bit challenging getting in and out but you could move down the beach 50 fifty and get in easily. need water shoes while swimming unless you walk or drive to one of the sandy beaches. we had a car so we went to several nice beaches. we had a blast with our adult daughters who really got into snorkeling when not soaking in the sun. the weather was perfect with mid 80s in the day and low 70s in the evening. never needed a sweater. this particular condo is by all accounts the nicest in the complex. i would highly recommend it. the arrangements through Linda at caymanvacation.com were easy to make and all that they claimed was true. food is very expensive in the Grand Caymans so being able to cook breakfast and lunch made it more affordable. thank you for a fabulous vacation.

We had a terrific time on Grand Cayman. We never rented a house before but we enjoyed our stay. After 15 years of vacations in January at Caneel Bay, we all liked the privacy and casualness of it. And the Parrot-ise house is great. Doesn't get better, I don't think. Very comfortable and well equipped. You did everything as though you expected guest to use what you would want to use in the house. It was just right. Your property manager was excellent: always there with the one or two minor mishaps that occurred. He was always accessible. It is a great place for snorkling almost anywhere, off our own beach or Lone Point Beach, on the West End, as well. That is really what it is about. The North Shore is less packed with people. It was good to get way from the Seven Mile Beach glitz, crowds and traffic. But we could still get there deliberately if we wanted to. The restaurants are very good, some of the best! Even on the north shore they are good, food is fresh and the people try to make everything right. Sometimes you want to get a simple dinner and not get very dressed for it. But you still want the food to be decent. That is what it was...Always just right. It was a real nice vacation!! We would go back!

Cayman Breeze 2BR Oceanfront -

We had a wonderful, superb, great vacation!! Thank you for directing us to the Rum Point side of the island. It was exactly what we wanted! Just some various thoughts about this vacation: This is the first time we have ever used the internet to book something with a firm that was not known to us. The payment was made just as discussed. The condo unit was exactly as pictured. So we were very pleased with the integrity of your firm. • You were prompt in answering our ongoing questions and gave us good information. • We used Marshall’s car rental and everything went smoothly. Having a right hand drive car made the transition to driving on the opposite side of the road easier. The car looked brand new and was perfect for our needs. Brian enjoyed driving around – we did quite a bit of driving. • We didn’t interact with the property manager – as there was no need – we had everything we needed. • The unit was perfect! We enjoyed being on the second floor. The view was beautiful. The condo was well stocked with everything we could want or need. We liked having the washer and dryer so we didn’t need to pack so much. The was an iron and ironing board, hair dryers, lots of towels, and a well equipped kitchen. The furniture was comfortable which was one of the reasons we choose this unit. The bed was perfect. • Many days we had the pool area to ourselves – what a bonus! I enjoyed walking around on the various beaches and loved the large starfish. • We used the kayaks only once as it was quite windy while we were there. • As I love to walk the beach we went to SMB a couple of time when the cruise ships were not in. • We went on a snorkel trip with Ocean Frontiers and enjoyed it very much. • This trip we spent most of our time getting to know the island but next time I think we will so more snorkeling and maybe a boat trip – not sure if you can get to one of the other islands by boat and back again in one day? We liked being next to the Yacht Club and watching the activity at the docks – there was a wedding while we were there. • We loved Kaibo’s food – wished their menu was a bigger and then we could have eaten there every day! We tried Portifino’s – Brian said the curry was the best he has had – my selection was ok. Lighthouse food was excellent! Over the Edge was ok and surprising enough I enjoyed the coconut shrimp at Breezes in Georgetown. Overall, it was one of the best vacations we have had. We now know we are not cruise people but condo rental people! • Please express our thanks to the owners of 7-up for allowing us to enjoy their place (which we could never afford) and for looking after the small details for renters. It is truly paradise. Thank you for your good service and we look forward to going again in 2009! We arrived back to a snow storm of 40 cm of snow and it has not melted yet even though it is officially spring! It has been a long, snowy, cold winter and we are grateful that we could get away to Cayman!

We had an absolutely FANTASTIC stay at your Cayman Breeze condo. You guys had everything there that we needed and then some. We really enjoyed how everything was furnished as if it was your primary home. The weather was great while we were there despite there being a slight scare when we saw Tropical Storm Noel getting close, but thankfully it headed further east and all we experienced were some moderate winds. We were pleasantly surprised about the level of privacy we had and that we never saw anyone in the entire complex or pool area throughout our stay. We spent most of our time at Rum Point and enjoyed the trip to Sting Ray City along with some other snorkeling in the area. We stopped at Kaibo for lunch a couple times during our stay and also checked out the Driftwood bar right by the condo and had dinner at Over the Edge about 5 miles down the road. We took a day trip to the Seven Mile Beach area and had lunch at the Westin outdoor bar and dinner at Deckers across the street. I'm sure I left out a lot of details, but we really did have a phenomenal time. I would recommend your Cayman Breeze condo to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Thanks again

Thank you very much for the wonderfull accommodations at the Cayman Breeze condo during May 2007! We really enjoyed snorkeling off Rum Point and swimming with the stingrays. The snorkel and reef trip with Red Sail sports was great. Snorkeling at Smith's Cove was the best offshore snorkeling we found. Snorkel at the Reef Resort in East end at noon, when they feed the fish there. We really enjoyed the screened in lanai at the condo. What a great way to enjoy the beach and oceanfront views without being in the sun. The weather was beautiful all week. The Botanical Gardens was a fun excursion on a cool afternoon. Thanks again for a great place to stay during a wonderful vacation.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Your Cayman Breeze condo is beautiful! And clean! I am a neat freak, so it was I was so pleased with your maid service - everything was spotless! We so enjoyed snorkeling Rum Point and cemetary beach. Saw lobsters, starfish, barracuda and lots of tropical fish. Rum Point was alot of fun and we toured Georgetown and 7 mile beach. We ate at Vivine's Kitchen, Kaibo Grill, Driftwood BBQ, Rum Point Wreck Bar and Paradise Grill. We had an absolutely fabulous time! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Cayman Breeze is absolutely wonderful! From how your condo is "decked out" and nothing but the best. And the location - couldn't have been better! Two of my favorite moments: 1. Laying in bed in the early morning with my eyes still closed listening to the waves lap onto the beach. 2. Laying on the chaise lounger beachside after sunset looking at the millions of stars that "don't exist" back home! We loved snorkeling at Eden Rock and The Wreck of the Cali. Cemetery beach was great, very quiet, shady and beautiful. Visit Georgetown on Friday when there are no cruise ships in port. Great dinner at Over the Edge, Sunday BBQ at Driftwood and romantic dinner at The Lighthouse. Thanks again!

We've been so busy since returning from "paradise" that we are just now getting back to normal. The Cayman Breeze condo was awesome!Everything that we could need or want was there. We would recommend your place to anyone who wants to get away from it all. The furnishings were exquisite, from the flat screen tv to the king size beds. I suffer from chronic back-aches and I must say that I've NEVER SLEPT BETTER in several years. IT WAS AMAZING! Could you tell me what brand or type of matresses were on those beds? Our decision to use McCurley's for our rental car was one of our better ones. It was so nice after such a long day of traveling to have someone pick you up at the airport.Overall a very nice relaxing vacation at a wonderful place. Thanks!

Awesome – simply awesome! We came to the Cayman Islands to relax and unwind and that is what we did. We were in search of a place that had all the comforts of home, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to fun activities for the family. The Cayman Breeze condo gave us all that, plus more! Everything we needed was here. We loved the “5-Star” accommodations – everything was first class – from the top of the line mattresses and bed linens to the cookware and dinner plates – this home is decorated with nothing but the best. We absolutely loved having the ability to still stay connected through the high-speed internet connection, cable TV and the international phone. Don and Linda- you were so helpful with what to bring, where to go and all the things you need to know to have a wonderful vacation. It’s hard to leave paradise but we must return to reality now. Thank you so much for helping us to create memories that we will treasure a lifetime!

Our Grand Cayman vacation was great. I loved the Cayman Breeze condo - very comfortable. We really loved the restaurant at Rum Point, Portafino's, and spending my birthday at the Lighthouse restaurant. I also fulfilled a life-long activity and went scuba diving (with the entire family)!!! What a great place to dive for the first time. We also took the catamaran snorkel trip (with the folks at Red Sail). We really loved it. On Friday we took our boys to the Jolly Roger. It was tacky, but when they give you free rum punch, no one is complaining! The beaches were beautiful and we promise that if we ever get back to the island, we're spending the day at Rum Point. It's got everything you need without the throng of people you get at Seven Mile Beach. It was a great trip overall. The people at McCurley's Rentals were the absolute best!

Wanted to thank you so much for the use of your lovely Cayman Breeze condo. We had a wonderful, relaxing time, and look forward to the time when we can return. The vacation was just what our family needed. We loved the fact that we were on the quiet side of the island, and that beautiful, constant breeze was terrific. Your restaurant and activities recommendations were wonderful. We loved our stay. This has to be one of the best vacations we have taken in years. I will definitely recommend this to our friends and family. Thanks again!!! (Your photography was beautiful too!!)

Thanks for asking for our input on our vacation. Of course, we had a great time! How can a most incredible time not be had on this beautiful island. Your Cayman Breeze condo was great. We finally discovered the snorkeling off the beach the next to the last day there. We most definitely should have checked it out earlier. All in all, it was a great time and we would definitely book with you again. Thanks for allowing us to hang in your private paradise. You are one lucky couple!!! Your Pals

The condo had almost everything that a vacationer could need. The recommendations for restaurants that you sent us were very helpful. Thanks so much for letting us share your piece of paradise. We would certainly recommend you to any friends or family that may be traveling to the Caymans in the future. Sincerely

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, unfortunately getting back to the "real" world has been hectic. We could not have had a better time. The weather was terrific, the water was awesome, the view couldn't have been better. We snorkeled every morning and enjoyed the gorgeous reef right off our beach. The sunsets were stunning, especially from the Cracked Conch.. This was quite frankly, one of the best if not the best vacation that we have had. I would highly recommend the Cayman Breeze to anyone looking for a romantic, relaxing, private getaway. I look forward to staying there again sometime in the future. Thanks again, hope to vacation with you again soon.

We were a party of 4 adults. We have never been to the Caymans before but have travelled to most of the Caribean. Loved the island and the condo. We were looking for a quiet oceanfront location away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown and were very satisfied with everything. Sitting in the pool with a cocktail overlooking the ocean is fabulous. The Rum point area is beautiful. The condo has everything you could ever want and more. Loved having the Lanai. We had all of our meals out there. We will definetely be back! If I had to pick one thing to improve on it would be more frequent racking of the beach.

The locals are so nice. And we also had a wonderful time when we visited Rum Point and the Botanical Gardens. We are already talking about our next trip out there. We also recommended you guys to a few of our friends who are looking to get away. Roland was very helpful with any questions I had and he was also a very polite and patient man. Thank you for recommending the house to us. You made our honeymoon one to always remember. Our Warmest Regards

Just got back from Parrot-ise on Sunday. It was really hard to leave. We had a great time. We ended up getting 2 tanks each from Eden Rock and then filling them at Ocean Frontiers . The diving out front of the house was remarkable. Saw eagle-rays, eels, turtles, queen angels (big ones) etc... No hammer heads though. Please let the Parrot-ise owners know how much we all enjoyed his house, beach and especially the wall dives there! Hope to return again soon. Also - Marshalls Rental Cars were very good to work with.

We loved the new Parrot-ise house, the Caymans and the people. The house is terrific. Well done throughout. We had fun at the Turtle Farm, on the submarine and at Botanical Gardens. My 4 year old loved the Pirate Caves. We caught and released barracuda while wade fishing. We used Phil Bodden of Melody Marine/Chip-Chip Charters for a 7:30 am to 12:30 pm charter, which as a trip to Stingray City then fishing and snorkeling. The kids caught lots of reef fish. $450 plus tip if you paid cash. He has a 31' Tiara that's a little beat up but there's plenty of room and the guide is an awesome person. I bought a waterproof 6 mega pixel camera that provided some terrific snorkeling shots. I hear Spirit has entered the market and that its flights are cheaper. We didn't really care for the famous Seven Mile Beach strip due to the development and traffic, but we only spent one half day there to visit the Turtle Farm and ride in the submarine so I can't say we would never like this area. Food was fantastic: From local dishes at Over the Edge and Vivan's Kitchen to nicer places like the Lighthouse (maybe the best family meal we have ever had). The Calypso Grill at the marina in West End was also a smash. A great family place and a very special vacation. Thank you for your help!! I prepared an email to friends and suggested that they all call you.

Our stay in the Cayman was wonderful and we enjoyed everything about the island. Rum Point was our most favorite spot to snorkel and just sit and relax on the beach. It was close to the Parrot-ise house and convenient to get to. The Parrot-ise house was absolutely a wonderful home for our family for those 10 days. Everything that we needed to make it home was there. The decorating was just darling. The tropical atmosphere of the home was very nice. We visited in town only a couple of times and went to dinner mostly at the hotels in Georgetown and everything was delicious, also went bowling with the kids and had a great time. When I arrived back home all my employee's heard everything good about everything there and asked what was not so good, and my husband and I could not think of thing. We are planning another visit next summer again, but are thinking of staying a month and with other family members. When the time gets closer earlier on in the year we will have to see if you can accomodate us. Thanks Again

The Kaibo Beach Bar and Grill, a two minute walk, was a blast. Daniel, the manager and his crew made us a part of the family and the service and food were excellent. The only regret that I have, I'm here, and We'll Sea is there !!! Had a terrific vacation. Our private beach and the Rum Point entire area - was the best on the island, I thought. We felt totally safe on the island. I could live there forever. Every single place that we ate - the food was delicious. It was the fastest two weeks I've ever lived. We had breakfast - a stack of pancakes at Over the Edge, a great dinner at the Lighthouse, several great meals at Portifino's, and the Castaways ! Everyone was friendly and polite. At the convenience store near Rum Point, about 4 little girls were collecting money for school - and we gave them a few bucks a piece. They were so sweet and mannerly ! I just loved the whole place. Everything just ran as smoothly as it possibly could have. Just cannot express the great time we had there. Thanks for helping make our 2 weeks in Cayman so special!

We'll we've been back for a week and have readjusted to being back in the real world. Our week on Grand Cayman was absolutely wonderful. The weather was perfect, the food was great, the people we friendly and polite, we felt very safe and comfortable everywhere we went which has not been the case on other Caribbean vacations. We'll Sea was an excellent choice for lodging. It became our home for the week which is what we always hope for. The one disadvantage was that Georgetown was a fairly long drive for dinner, but we adjusted and visited the Lighthouse in Breakers several times which was always very enjoyable. We can't think of anything that could have been better and look forward to another visit in the future.

The Pools #1 1 BR Luxury Condo - Quiet - romantic get away/beyond beautiful

Loved, loved loved it!! We felt very comfortable in our Cayman home - of 2 weeks. I know when I'm completely relaxed when a skinny dip in our pool isn't even given a second thought - ha ha. We were secluded yet steps away from Kiabo(a perfect little Island bar with great food and the best live entertainment). Rumpoint(where we got married) just around the corner is one of the most beautiful places on the Island offering the best frozen drinks(try a topshelf Mudslide for sure) and yummy lunches plus offers nicer restaurants with great wine lists for the pm hours. We also ate at the Lighthouse(which is a short drive down the road) a wonderful Italian eatery, lets just say you will be very satisfied! The big treat is Papagallo - go if you can!! My only complaint with Pools #1 would be no maid services - being on vacation for 2 weeks I'm really not into doing house work. This would be the only reason I would not stay again at Pools #1. But all in all the best vacation to date :D

Cayman Breeze 2BR Oceanfront - Cayman Breeze - Great Place.

The email and confirmation process was efficient -- everything was set up as described in the agreement. The Martins are great to work with. The condo was very nice and the living area was spacious compared to other places we have stayed on Grand Cayman; the living area made a nice sleeping space for our son. The beds are great! Having VOIP to the States and free local calls was wonderful. We didn't use the phone a lot, but the several times we needed to call the States, it was easy to make the phone call. The lanai was great for looking out and relaxing while reading. Great ocean views. We don't like crowds so we enjoyed the quiet side of the island, but there are enough restaurants for lunch and evening meals that we didn't feel deprived. A car is a must if you want to tour the rest of the island. The only minor issue: we needed a vacuum cleaner to more efficiently clean the sand we had fun bringing in! Cayman Lover

Cayman Breeze 2BR Oceanfront - Thanks for a great week!

We truly enjoyed our week at your serene Cayman Breeze condo. We spent many hours snorkeling out back, at Rum Point, Eden Rock and Frank Sound. Our favorite dining experiences included Kaibo & Guy Harvey's. We highly recommend booking any aquatic adventure with Peter from Fat Fish Adventures (345.327.4973). Another highlight of the week was spending time with other guests at the pool discussing stories of dives. We also had a blast at the Reef Resort where Andrew Bacon does the "Name That Tune" contest. It was a riot.

Fishbones was terrific! My wife and I rented the house with another couple. We're all in our early- to mid-thirties and my wife and I have a two-year-old and three-year-old. We were a little worried about spending a week together in the house, but it all worked out really well. The main reason was that the house was in terrific shape and very spacious. The pool was fantastic and the backyard opened up to the sea with a private walkway down to the water. We walked down to the shore every afternoon and snorkled off of a 6,000 foot wall!!! We definitely will be going back to fishbones again and again!

Cayman Breeze 2BR Oceanfront -

Cayman Breeze was a delightful condo with all the amenities you would ever need to make your stay complete. The condo included many luxurious features and was well maintained. Grand Cayman is my favorite island and Rum Point one of the best places to visit while there. Even though the island is small, Rum Point is at the furthest point and far from Seven Mile Beach, the main beach area -- this can be challenging when wanting to shop and eat. If you love peace and quiet, a beautiful secluded beach with food and sports activites, and a place to stay that has everything you need, then I recommend Cayman Breeze.

Destination:,
Cayman Breeze 2BR Oceanfront - Best vacation experience we have ever had!!

Georgetown Villas #303 2BR OF - Great Escape in George Town

My son and I stayed at the George Town Villas on a recent dive trip. #303 is a great townhouse to stay on Grand Cayman. It's in George Town and your backyard is the ocean. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be viewed from the deck. We also enjoyed watching the cruise ships come into George Town to drop off tourists who shopped at the many shops in George Town. We were treated a couple of nights with fire works from a ship anchored in the harbor. The place is nice and roomy. There is no elevator. Bringing groceries up and dive equipment is a good workout. Restaurants and grocery stores are a short drive away. There was a cell phone left on the counter. I assumed it was for our use. I purchased some minutes and it was quite useful throughout our stay. We rented a car this time which was very helpful in getting places. We had to get used to driving on the other side of the road. A challenge we were up to! Diving was out of this world. Red Sails is a great crew. It would be helpful if there were a booklet that could be used for instructions on how to get the TV to work. We had a minor problem that was fixed very quickly. We look forward to coming back to Grand Cayman. When we do we certainly would like to stay at the George Town Villas, room #303.

The Pools #1 1 BR Luxury Condo -

We absolutely enjoyed our vacation in Grand Cayman. The Pools #1 townhouse was 'exactly' as your pictures on-line indicated. It was clean, well stocked, private and everything we would have wanted it to be. If we had to find a negative, it would have been that the TV in the living area did not work. Although we did not spend much time watching TV - none the less when we did our only choice was in the bedroom. We got to know a neighbor a couple of doors down and really enjoyed them as they educated us on Grand Cayman. Loved the location of the condo in Rum Point. After driving around the island, wouldn't have wanted to stay any other place. Really liked Rum Point - from the beach to the little restaurant, the Wreck on the beach, one of our favorite spots! Also liked 'Over the Edge' - not a place we would have eaten at looking at the outside - had it not been for a recommendation. Good food, good service and one of the less expensive restaurants we ate in. We also ate at Kaibo Yacht club - went to their Tuesday Beach BBQ. Food was good, good entertainment but a bit pricey - unless you are big eaters as it is an all you can eat buffet. We had no problems with the car rental - quick & easy - except those darn windshield wipers that clearly indicated to all that we were tourists! We literally drove all over the island. We did the Stingray City form Rum Point and Aqua Boats in Georgetown (had been a gift from our kids). We plan on going back to Grand Cayman and will certainly look to you when we do! Thanks!

Beaches and Beyond Rum Point -

This trip to Grand Cayman was our first trip to the island - and we loved it! It was certainly the right place to relax on the beach, read a book, swim with the fishes and get a great tan. Our family agreed The Beaches & Beyond condo in Rum Point was just the right size for our family and we took advantage of the pool and spa and relaxed in fresh water after a day of snorkeling. The Kaibo bar & grill was a perfect place to eat and a very easy walk home. All in all, our trip to the Caribbean was everything we thought it would be. The locals were very friendly and accommodating, and did not make us feel like a tourist. The restaurants were wonderful - usually on the beach, not crowded, great food and great service. The Lighthouse, The Wharf, even margaritas at the poolside bar of the Ritz-Carlton at sunset. Did I mention that we loved the water and beaches and the bar & grill at Rum Point! Now that we have adapted to the challenge of right hand drive and learned to navigate the round abouts, we would love to return sometime. Thank you so much in helping us with the condo rental.

Fishbones 3BR Oceanfront Villa -

We enjoyed our trip to Grand Cayman quite a bit, as we mainly went for the diving and snorkeling. Both were exceptional during our 1st week in August stay. The Fishbones House we stayed in on the Queen's Highway was spectacular with the private pool, great ocean view and private steps down to the water's edge for snorkeling. Ocean Frontiers treated us quite well and gave us a nice discount based on your reference. Thank you for your help and insight on the island, activities and accommodations.

Red Sail Sports trip with Captain Jimmy to Stingray City sandbar -superb. Cayman Kayaks the biobay & mangrove trips were highlights. Marshalls Rental Car worked out fine as well. THANKS for the good arrangements & help!

Thanks again for a great week!

What an excellent vacation! We're so happy we opted to stay at your Cayman Breeze condo. The condo itself is lovely, comfortable and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay so much. The ocean water is wonderful and we spent alot of time in it - expecially at Rum Point - we loved that spot. You must go to the Lighthouse for dinner - it's fabulous with excellent service. We were sorry to go, but happy to have been and hope to return someday soon. Thanks and God bless.

Parrot-ise 3-4BR Oceanfront -

We just arrived home from an absolutely FABULOUS honeymoon trip to Grand Cayman and incredible stay at the Parrot-ise hosue! We plan on booking again in June 2009, just need to check out dates first. Amidst the beauty of it all, on the last night, a 400 pound (est) sea turtle climbed into the back yard and nested about 3 feet away from us as we sat on the beach. Pictures are incredible, as was the experience! No wonder you love it there! Couldn’t of asked for anything more. Thanks for all your help, Marshall’s car rentals was easy and convenient. It was a beautiful time. Cheers to you both!

Kai-lypso 2BR Island House -

Everything was wonderful! The Kai-Lypso Island House #19 at Rum Point was just perfect for the six of us and the Coconut Grouper at the Kaibo Restaurant was excellent. It was the first time we traveled out of the country and with your suggestions and recommendations it was seamless and perfect vacation. We spent allot of time in the water at Rum Point and of course fed and held the sting rays at Sting Ray City. Just as you stated the people who live there are very friendly. Thanks for your help! If we ever go back you can bet we will be contacting you for your help and accommodations. Many Thanks

This trip to Grand Cayman was our first trip to the island - and we loved it! It was certainly the right place to relax on the beach, read a book, swim with the fishes and get a great tan. Well Sea 2BR Oceanfront Villa -

I think this is the first week I’ve not spent at least an hour or so of my day dreaming about the We’ll Sea home and our Grand Cayman vacation. We had a terrific time overall and will do it again when time allows. The rental car process worked very nicely and the owner of McCurley's was helpful and knowledgable. The house location was terrific for us, being able to walk to Rum Point with the kids. We loved being in a quieter area than 7 mile beach and we found that every time we did travel to the other side, we longed for “our house on the beach” and couldn’t wait to get back to it. We ate at many of the recommended restaurants. . . The Lighthouse, Rum Point, the place right before the Lighthouse was awesome—I can’t remember the name, but a small place on the water’s edge with lots of seafood on the menu—the rental car owner recommended it; Ragazzi’s, 7 mile beach area. Loved it. The Brick House, after grocery shopping; Good ‘ol Pizza Hut for the kids. . .they loved it. Activities. . . hanging out in the ocean in front of the house, kayaking and seeing the sting rays, starfish, etc. We also got to see a water spout off in the distance toward 7 mile beach. Very cool. We enjoyed Rum Point and the Turtle Farm. The kids snorkeled for the first time there and had a great time. It was the perfect place, really, to learn how to snorkel because they’re in a confined area and they could just keep going around and around on their own, without us supervising. The employees at the Turtle Farm were exceptionally pleasant and it was just a nice, relaxing place to be. We visited “Hell” before we left the area and that was a good giggle for the boys. They came back to their Catholic school, telling their friends that they visited “hell.” We would love to stay at “We’ll Sea” again. We have very warm, wonderful memories of the island and it has to be one of our favorite beach vacations! Thanks so much for your preparation in getting us there and thanks for the follow up.

Cayman Breeze 2BR Oceanfront - Cayman Breeze - A great condo, on the best part of a beautif

Just back from a wonderful week at Cayman Breeze on Cayman's North Shore! Spent most of the week under water; diving with Ocean Frontiers or snorkeling in front of the condo and in the area. Bathtub like water (both temp and calmness) enjoyed the time playing with all our fish friends. When we finallly managed to get out of the water the condo was beautiful and provided everything we needed. Home away from home. Enjoyed cooking, BBQing, cocktails and gorgeous sunrises. The private corner location was quiet and romantic. We'd go back tomorrow if possible. P.S.The mudslides at Kai Bo are the best on the island.
