The Pools Unit #1 vacation condominium is one of a group of 16 condo homes, located in the peaceful, tranquil and laid back Kaibo community in Rum Point - Northside, Grand Cayman. Kaibo, The Kaibo Yacht Club and Rum Point are long considered the most beautiful spots on Grand Cayman and are situated on the calm and crystal clear waters in the exclusive upscale Cayman Kai community.

The Pools Unit #1 is a fully furnished and smartly equipped 1 bedroom, 1 bath vacation property. The Pools are specifically designed with a private screened pool on your lanai, with ultra large sliding doors that fully open up the bedroom, living area and kitchen to a magnificent view of the beach and North Sound. You are about 15 steps from the pool to the warm, relaxing water and soft sandy white beach.

It is located on the very end of The Pools development, making for a very private and quiet setting.
The condo has a king sized bed in the master bedroom, with a large sleeper built into the living area couch, making for comfortable accommodations for up to 4 adults. The condo is shaded under palm trees and enjoys consistent tradewinds that come across from Rum Point. Ceiling fans are in the bedroom and living area along with central AC.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and garbage disposal. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and the condo comes equipped with linens and towels, along with basic toiletries for your arrival. Chisholm's grocery is a 7 minute drive just down the road. The unit has Cable TV, stereo, and phone.

Just down the beach, about a 3 minute walk is The scenic Kaibo Yacht Club, Kaibo Bar and Grill and Cecil's 5 star dinner restaurant. It's a great place for lunch, dinner and for meeting old and new friends.
5 minutes away by car or bike, Red Sail Sports is a full service water sports operation, with dive and snorkel trips to world famous Stingray City and the North wall. They also feature jet ski, sunfish, paddleboat, dive and snorkel gear rentals. Red Sail Sports also operates a 50 foot ferry boat, which commutes from Rum Point across the North Sound over to The Hyatt Hotel and Resort on 7 mile beach. This 20 minute ferry operates 5-6 times a day. For those visiting on Sunday, we suggest taking the ferry over to the Hyatt for an excellent Sunday brunch and afternoon of fun and sun at 7 mile beach.

Or on Sundays, head 2 miles down the beach to the Driftwood Beach Bar for their famous Sunday BBQ and bartender Frank McCoy's world famous Mudslides.
For additional dive and snorkel options, we highly recommend Ocean Frontiers. They are located in East End, a 20 minute drive and specialize in the East End and North Side wall dives and reef locations. They feature Nitrox, re breathers, night dives and shark encounters.

For more entertainment, Morritt's Tortuga Club and Resort is a 15 minute drive. This large timeshare resort has a variety of events and activities day and night for both adults and children. On Monday and Thursday nights, Lammie plays on the beachfront open lanai.
Additional activities on Grand Cayman include The Botanical Garden, Atlantis Submarine Tours, The Turtle Farm, Horseback Riding, Championship Golf, Windsurfing at Morritt's Tortuga Club, and duty free shopping in George Town.
