Rental Rates and Reservations:

High Season: December 15 - April 14
$3,900 for a 7 night rental, plus 10% CI govt. tax.
$650 per night, plus 10% CI govt. tax Minimum 5 night stay.

Low Season: April 15 - December 14
$2,900 for a 7 night rental, plus 10% CI govt. tax.
$430 per night, plus 10% CI govt. tax Minimum 5 night stay.

Christmas & New Years Weeks: December 18  - January 3
$4,400 for a 7 night rental, plus 10% CI govt. tax.  Minimum 7 night stay.

Extra nights prorated. Prices in US dollars

We process 50% of the rental on VISA, MasterCard, or Cashier's check at the time of reservations,
with the 50% balance due upon arrival.

We can arrange car/jeep/van rentals starting from $300 per week, which includes airport pick up and transfer to Turtle Reef where your car is waiting.  Return to the airport included.

Cancellation policy:

If a cancellation is required, we refund the full amount of the deposit 60 days + from the arrival date, less a 4.75% merchant card fee. For cancellations less than 60 days from the arrival date, we will refund the full amount of the deposit if we are able to re-book the canceled dates. If the canceled dates cannot be re-booked, we will apply the deposit toward a future booking during the same rental rate season, for 1 year, or the deposit is forfeited by the renter. You can purchase trip insurance from a variety of companies, if you think that your trip may be cancelled.
