A luxurious, one of a kind private, ocean front Villa in the Cayman Islands located on the quite north side of Grand Cayman in Old Man Bay.  Here there is always a cool northeasterly breeze along with the local Cayman culture and a true tropical island feel.  With 325 feet of beautiful ocean frontage there are stunning ocean views from almost every room with the ten-foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and sliders throughout.  Both sunrise and sunsets are seen from the house.  

The house is located behind a barrier reef; therefore there is always great swimming and snorkeling.  The Villa has some of the best views in the Caribbean.  The Villa is minutes from Cayman Kai and 30 minutes from the capital city of Georgetown and the Seven Mile Beach area.  There is easy access to restaurants, Rum Point, Kaibo Yacht Club and Marina, the Lighthouse, and Over the Edge.  The house is built in an Italian Venetian design, hence the name, “Venezia”.  

The Villa has an open concept, spacious rooms, high ceilings and plenty of breath-taking views.  The house is presently configured as a two bedroom, 2 bath, with a fully equipped professional gym.  The second floor Master Suite has a California King poster bed, and includes a large semi-divided office with spectacular ocean views.  The office and master bedroom have a large sundeck for entertaining or just lounging while overlooking the Caribbean Sea.  The 2nd bedroom is ground floor, with a private bath and private slider doors that open out to the deck and totally private beach.

Private beaches are located on both sides of the house and directly in front.  The two-story deck sits 12 feet over the water.  A fantastic place for entertaining, both inside and out.  The owner built the house with top quality materials.  There is travertine flooring throughout including the bathroom showers and walls.  Downstairs has a huge commercial kitchen with black granite counter tops and bar area and an entertainment area.  The kitchen is equipped with a gas Dacor stove top and a JenAir double convection oven.  

The living area surrounds the kitchen and the bar seats 8 people comfortably.  There is also a diningroom with a long table that seats 10 people.  The house was completely furnished by a professional designer.  A wonderful property designed for entertaining with easy access to the ocean.  There are complete indoor-outdoor Bose sound systems on both floors and decks.  DVD, Satellite, ADSL with a wireless network and Vonage US phone number are available.

The Venezia Villa is a perfect choice for an intimate wedding, honeymooners, anniversary getaways, 2 couples traveling together, or a family of four.
