Vacation Rental Rates INCLUDE:
Included in Villa Bellagio, Grand Cayman rates are the Government tax and service charge.
Please be aware that other rates found at many other rental accommodation properties in the Cayman Islands may not include these fees and can add an additional 16% -25% to your final bill.
Included in Villa Bellagio, Grand Cayman rates are cleaning service fees for arrival and departure.
Maid service is available according to your needs at an additional cost.
DISCOUNTS:
Discounts will be offered for repeat guests, last minute bookings, etc. but will not apply with special rates.
RESERVATIONS:
A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required within seven (7) business days to confirm the reservation with Villa Bellagio, Grand Cayman. Final payment is due sixty (60) days (ninety (90) days for Winter reservations) prior to departure date. Now accepting MasterCard, Visa & Visa Debit (add 4.5% bank fees).

LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS:
We do accept last minute reservations; however, any reservation received within forty-two days (42) of arrival date is subject to a full payment deposit or immediate wire transfer or credit card, no other payment option is available for this late booking.
CHECK IN/OUT TIME:
Check in time is generally around 3:00pm but we will work with your arrival time
Check out is at 11:00am
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of 20% of the total rental cost. Cancellations received sixty (60) days or less prior to departure date are subject to a 35% charge. Cancellations received thirty (30) days or less prior to departure are NON-REFUNDABLE. High Season/Peak Season cancellations are generally NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to future stays, availability permitting.
Villa Bellagio, Grand Cayman, strongly suggest that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
SECURITY AND DAMAGE DEPOSITS:
A US $ 500.00 refundable damage deposit is required. The deposit is refunded less any deductables within thirty (30) to sixty (60) days after departure.
OCCUPANCY BY NUMBERS:
No parties, weddings or large gatherings are allowed to be held at Villa Bellagio, Grand Cayman, without written permission. Villa Bellagio, Grand Cayman can not be occupied by more persons than specified in agreement.
