This luxury condominium has been completed remodeled in 2015 with fine furnishings, high end bedding, high speed fiber optic Wifi, fiber optic cable TV with the widest variety of HBO. Movie Max supreme pack in the living room and all bedrooms. There are new flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom and the condo is equipped with a local phone. There are beach toys for kids, crib and high chair. There is a double stroller available on request. The unit is fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper, napkins and paper towels. Very nice and very clean!

We loved Regal Beach!  We have stayed at the Marriott and the Ritz, so we decided to try a condo, and I loved being able to eat breakfast and lunch in the condo.  The grocery stores n Cayman are very nice if you hven't checked them out previously. Loved having a washer and dryer and having coded locks on the doors and not having to mess with key cards was one of my favorite parts.  Will definitely stay here again.  The condo is the way to go with families.

Gorgeous views, beach and condo!!!

We had a fantastic vacation at this condo. We had a group of women staying for a girls trip. The condo was perfect and clean. Petra, the property manager, was extremely informative, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved sitting out on the balcony, drinking coffee or cocktail (depending on time of day) and looking out at the ocean. The beach was well maintained and there were always enough chairs for everyone. We found the condo and property to be very quiet and relaxing. We also loved having the option of walking over to the Marrriott hotel bar/restaurant and ordering a drink and/or lunch. Our group would definitely recommend this property and will be going back for our next trip to the Caymans! Thank you Petra!!

An Amazing Place

My wife and I and our 3 kids, ages 15, 13 and 10 stayed in #232. From the time we arrived the property manager Iddon greeted us and was very informative. The place was very clean and our made service everyday by Kayon did a great job, she was very nice. We pre ordered groceries from Kirks and our food was stocked in the condo when we arrived. We had a small issue with the shower water temp but one quick phone call and it was attended to and fixed quick. Service personnel were very nice and trustworthy. We take a Caribbean vacation every thanksgiving and 7 mile beach is the most beautiful yet. The beach area for renters is very spacious and quiet and the Marriott is right next door if yo want to rent water sports, get drinks or eat. The complex has security and the area is safe. Sting ray city, star fish point, rum point and snorkeling is a must. If you don't plan on getting groceries and eating in more than not, bring a big wallet, this place is very expensive.

What a Wonderful Vacation!

Donna provided a seamless booking and check-in process! Everything was as described, and she provided a wealth of info about the property, the immediate area (including grocery stores, taxi companies, etc) and the Grand Cayman Island in general. The unit itself was impeccable. Clean beautifully decorated location to the beach and balcony! And when I had a question during my stay, I emailed and received an immediate response. Would DEFINITELY book with Donna again, and will stay at one of her properties at Regal Beach Club!

Absolutely PERFECT Accommodations

Traveled with my family of 4 and friends who also stayed at Regal Beach in unit #222. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the little things that many others do not. For example: beach towels, beach toys, snorkel gear, aluminum foil, salt and pepper, coffee filters, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in both bathrooms, hair dryers, every kitchen appliance imaginable, and the list goes on. You could also see the ocean from the screened in balcony and watch the sun set each night or welcome the day sitting out there with your coffee. This unit was as close to home away from home as you can get. The pools were spotless with comfortable seating and umbrellas. But the beach was the BEST! Chairs and umbrellas were available and it was never crowded. The water was clear with no sea grass and no rocky areas all the way out to the bouy. We floated several nights and watched the magnificent sunsets before going in to BBQ on the grills provided by the complex. It really doesn't get any better. These units are centrally located with grocery stores in both directions. We rented a car so getting around was easy. I would suggest a car only because of the heat while walking, and getting to Georgetown for dinners and shopping would require a bus ride if not. Beware - fill your tank before returning the car. We were running late and let Budget do it. They charged us $20 US per gallon! No kidding! Peppers, a bar and grill right across the street, has great food and drinks - ate there twice! The Marriott, which is next door, has tasteful music at night until 9ish which is a freebie! Definitely do Stingray City with Aquarius Tours. It's not the posh boat with all the extras, but Captain Mario was fabulous - very informative and personal. WE WILL BE BACK!!! SAME UNIT, SAME BEACH! It is truly a perfect spot.

Excellent Place to Stay!

We just got back from Cayman Island, stayed there between 5/18 to 5/24, family of 4. This unit 232 was very clean, nicely decorate and had everything to make our stay enjoyable: shampoo, soaps, many bath/beach towels... Daily maid service is a plus. Just bring your clothes and $$$ to spend. Everything met and exceeded our expectation. Regal Beach Club is very conveniently located. We had a rental car during our stay the whole time but you could get by without one or just rent it for few first days to conveniently stock up your supplies. There are good restaurants nearby to walk or take the public bus. The Marriott is right next door, food is good but pricey too compare to other restaurants. Both restaurants across the street served good food. The 7 miles beach is beautiful and clean and nice cool water We had beautiful weather everyday during our stay. Plenty of lounge chairs to use. We booked the unit thru VRBO and had no issue. Petra who manages the unit was nice and very helpful with all the questions before and during the stay. Stingray city tours is a must do. We also visited Rum Point. It has nice facility, restaurant... and good place if for kids. I would love to come back here with more friends and relatives anytime.

Great Stay at Regal Beach 232

Regal Beach Club is a professionally managed low rise condo building right on seven mile beach. It was fully stocked with everything required to make our stay enjoyable, beach towels, flippers, fully equipped kitchen and BBQ at bottom of the stairs. Very clean condo with daily maid service. Petra, the concierge met us the first day to show us around the condo and provide suggestions on restaurants and excursions. The condo is close to grocery stores, excellent restaurants and next door to the Marriott hotel. Bliss yoga is across the street with a variety of yoga classes, excellent yoga teachers and a great weekly rate. I recommend going swimming with the stingrays and visiting the Cayman Crystal Caves, both excursions were a hit with our teenagers. Peppers Smokehouse is across the street and has amazing jerk chicken. The atmosphere at the restaurant is casual with a very cool vibe. They also do take out. Try Abacus restaurant is Camana Bay. Excellent tapas and entries. Overall amazing vacation and will definetly return.

A home away from home

We had an incredible experience with our stay at this beautiful, warm and convenient condo on Seven Mile Beach. The property manager was friendly and efficient, the unit (#232) was recently updated with modern yet comfortable furnishings, lighting and all of the modern amenities are provided in the updated kitchen. We were thrilled to have daily cleaning services included and the condo amenities (BBQ, small workout room, tennis courts, pool and beach furniture) were also top quality. Access to restaurants, stores, diving or water adventures were within a short walk or drive from the unit. We will be back on our next diving trip to Cayman Islands.

Outstanding Caribbean View from New Luxury Condo- Regal Beac

I contacted management about the property 6 mo prior to arrival and they were very prompt in their responses. I was able to order groceries and they had them delivered and put away prior to our arrival. Which was huge, because the store was not within walking distance. The property and grounds are immaculate. Maid service daily and each morning there were groundsmen pruning and sweeping. It was nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas for our use with plenty of space on the beach. Next door at the Marriott, the beach chairs are very crowded, but not at the Regal. It was nice to enjoy the bar at the Marriott as well as the snorkel area, very convenient. The location of the Regal is ideal, easy walking to fine restaurants, low key restaurants, and to the Camana Bay. No problems getting a taxi to downtown for shopping, about $11CI. The unit had pretty much everything, maybe it could use a little more cooking utensils. But more than enough towels, bowls/plates, etc., and beach toys were available. It was nice to have the washer and dryer- a must when staying on the beach. The unit is on the 3rd floor and sitting in the lanai you have a great view of the ocean and the pools below. I also enjoyed how the lanai is screened to keep the bugs out. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The wi-fi worked all the time. Lots of cable channels on the TV for the kids when we took a break from the beach. Everything worked in the unit and you can tell management takes good care of the place. The staff was very accommodating and accessible when we had questions. I would definitely stay at the Regal and this unit again.

Outstanding Caribbean View from New Luxury Condo- Regal Beac

What a great place! My husband and I just finished our first vacation to Grand Cayman and thoroughly enjoyed staying at Regal Beach #232. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had a great view! The location was perfect as well: right on Seven Mile Beach, walking distance or short drive to great restaurants and Camana Bay, as well as just a short drive to Georgetown. Booking was an easy process and our emails were always responded to quickly and informatively. Upon arrival, we were escorted to the condo and familiarized with the area and property. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. We would highly recommend Regal Beach Condo #232 and hope to return in the future!

Great Location - Best Value on 7 Mile Beach

Just completed our stay at Regal Beach #232 - one of the top 5 places for vacation! The location is fantastic: Plenty of Room for 6, very clean and new furniture throughout. The beach was great... Not too crowded and plenty of room to spread out. The best part was the personal service! Donna in the booking office was an All-star in helping us move from a different property on short notice! The property manager Petra was great in helping us get settled late on a Saturday night. Petea's mom even jumped in to set dinner reservations and offer entertainment options. Great folks here who are committed to giving you a relaxing and memorable vacation!

Regal Beach Club #232

Wow! What a great place and perfect location. I'm a vacation rental owner myself, so I appreciate when there is great attention to detail. This place had everything you can possibly need for a short or prolonged stay. The unit was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had a full array of cutlery, utensils, place services and small appliances. The TVs were new and name brand. There were plenty of towels, shampoos, dish soaps, etc.. The grounds are very well maintained and the beach in front of the complex is as nice as you will find anywhere. A maid showed up every day to clean up and make sure that we had everything that we needed. It was also nice being right next to the Marriott, so when you felt like grabbing a drink on the beach, it was right there. Petra was out manager/host and went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of, including advise on where to eat and what to see. Thank you! This was my first trip to the Cayman's and I was very impressed with everything. The food, diving, pubs and beaches were all top-notch. Most impressive of all was the relaxed/friendly attitude of the people and the absence of vendors hounding the tourists. I would come back in a heartbeat.
