Welcome to Allure Villa #22, a serene and stylish three-bedroom, three-bathroom waterfront retreat located in the quiet Tropical Gardens neighborhood of George Town.
Thoughtfully designed for comfort, luxury, and convenience, this two-storey villa offers a bright and airy living space, tasteful interior touches, and sweeping views of the North Sound.

Interior Features:
On the main floor, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area with abundant natural light and comfortable furnishings, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features Bosch appliances, a full-size built-in refrigerator, a five-burner stovetop, dishwasher, oven, air fryer, microwave, blender, and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker. Whether you’re preparing meals for the family or simply enjoying your morning coffee, you’ll feel right at home.

Accommodation:
The villa accommodates up to six guests. The second-floor master suite spans the entire upper level, offering a king-size bed, oceanfront balcony, private sitting area, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. A second king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and partial ocean views is located on the main floor, along with a third bedroom featuring two double beds and its own full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Every bedroom is equipped with Smart TVS, Sonos sound systems, and ceiling fans. The home also features central A/C, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and access to a private patio with outdoor seating and pool views.

Essentials Starter Pack Included:
Kitchen essentials include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started.
Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with a board. Plenty of towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Outdoor Amenities:
Guests of Allure #22 have access to the waterfront community swimming pool, shared with a small number of other units, creating a quiet and relaxed environment. The villa is also stocked with pool toys, games, and beach chairs for your convenience.

Conveniently Located:
Just 10 minutes from Owen Roberts International Airport, the villa is also within five minutes of George Town’s restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Seven Mile Beach is just a 10–15 minute drive away.
Public transportation is available within walking distance, and rental cars are recommended for maximum flexibility.
Foster’s, Hurleys and Kirk Market are nearby. Note: Supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants/gas stations remain open. Some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays.

Nearby Attractions:
Include the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, Pedro St. James Castle, and charming roadside vendors and local art studios.
For dining, enjoy nearby favorites like George Town Yacht Club, The Brasserie, and Cayman Cabana, or take advantage of in-home chef services arranged through our concierge team.

"We really loved the condo. It is so beautifully furnished and light and airy. Excellent beds.m, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Kitchen had all we needed. It is close to the airport but the noise was not a problem. Had everything we needed for a great stay

Stunning Views and Proactive Hospitality

"This home is beautiful with an even more stunning view from both levels! My family felt comfortable and safe for the week that we stayed. It’s well stocked with the essentials; laundry and cooking was easy with all the equipment provided. Nice touches like tissue boxes, travel shampoo, conditioner, qtips and lotion were also provided and always enhance an Airbnb stay. The property management is extremely proactive and detailed which made the stay feel that much more personalized. I would highly recommend this home and would stay again and again!

"We stayed at Allure 22 Dec 14-22/25. Cayman vacation was an excellent host. From the time we booked until checkout, they responded quickly to all of our questions, took care of receiving our groceries, checked in during our stay to make sure everything was good, the whole team was great. Thank you to Betty Ann and Melinda our on island contacts. The condo is a modern 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom. It has great views of the bay and was close to the airport. The only bad things I can say about the condo is the floors need a good scrubbing, a swiffer mop just doesn’t do it. Also the couch is quite dirty and not very comfortable. These things didn’t affect us having a good vacation but should be addressed. All of the restaurants were good and we particularly enjoyed Casanova Italian and Casa 43 Mexican. The Georgetown area is very busy so expect traffic. We believe a rental car is a must. We had a good vacation. Great to escape the snow.

Perfect Stay at Allure #22

"I had an amazing stay at Allure #33. The condo was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Everything was spotless, and you can tell the hosts really care about keeping the space clean and comfortable. The location was central to everything, making it super easy and convenient to get around, especially if you rent a car which I did. Instructions were very clear and the host responds quickly and communicated often making sure we were enjoying our stay. I enjoyed being so close to the beach (seven miles beach only a 16mins drive , spot beach 6). The supermarket and liquor store was just a short 3mins drive away. The pool was clean and almost always empty which makes it super easy to find a chair to lounge on. Overall, it was a perfect stay. I highly recommend this place and would definitely book again!
