Welcome to Blue Vista — a spacious and beautifully positioned four-bedroom oceanfront villa located in the quiet community of Old Man Bay on Grand Cayman’s North Side.
The villa also features a guesthouse with king bedroom and en-suite bathroom. With sweeping sea views, a private saltwater pool, and a peaceful, residential setting, this well-appointed villa provides the perfect escape for families and groups seeking a relaxing island getaway.

Stylish Interior:
Inside, the villa features a large, sunken living room with plush seating and a 65" flat panel HDTV, DVD player, and Roku for your entertainment. The interior is bright and open, with ocean views from the main living spaces and tasteful Caribbean-inspired touches throughout. High ceilings and natural light create a breezy, tranquil atmosphere where you can truly unwind.

Accommodation:
The main villa accommodates up to twelve (12) guests across four bedrooms. The oceanfront master suite includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in shower. A second oceanfront bedroom also has a king-size bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the garden-view queen bedroom. The fourth bedroom features two queen-size beds and two twin single beds with their own private en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The guest house, located next the property features a king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and beautiful oceanfront view, as well as a bonus twin bunk bed in the living area. There is another kitchen, and dining area in the guest as well, perfect for friends or extended family members. In total, Blue Vista holds up to 16 guests.

Fully Equipped:
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary needs, featuring dual sinks, a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, blender, and a Presto Cool Daddy deep fryer. Guests can enjoy meals in the oceanfront dining room, which seats six, or in the separate breakfast area with teak seating for six.

Essentials Starter Pack Included:
Included are shampoo, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, iron board, and iron.

Inclusions:
Guests have access to a private saltwater oceanfront pool, a large screened-in patio, and a beachfront gazebo with hammocks and loungers — perfect for soaking in the views or enjoying a quiet afternoon.

The villa comes fully equipped with family essentials, including beach toys, pool floats, board games, pack-n-play, and high chairs, plus a dedicated Games Room featuring classic Pac-Man & Atari machines, and Nintendo systems on TV that both kids and dads will love.

Blue Vista is located just a short walk from a shallow sandy cove near the On the Bay condos, ideal for wading and swimming. Excellent coral reef snorkeling is also available just 100 yards down the beach. The villa is within close proximity to top local attractions such as the Cayman Crystal Caves, Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, and the East End dive sites.

Grocery stores, including Chisholm’s Grocery and Foster’s Express, are within a 10-minute drive, and Rum Point and Cayman Kai are about 20 minutes away by car.
Enjoy dining nearby at popular local favourites such as La Casita, Tukka East, Eagle Ray’s, Vivine’s Kitchen, Italian Kitchen, Over the Edge Café, and The Lighthouse Restaurant. For beachside cocktails and sunset views, Kaibo Grill and Bar and Rum Point Restaurant are also within easy reach.

Transportation:
• Car Rentals: Available through Kayak, Marshall’s, or Andy’s Rent-a-Car
Due to limited public transport in this area, a rental car is highly recommended.

Nearby supermarkets such as Foster’s Express and Chisholm's Grocery offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. Note that grocery stores are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations remain open. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery delivery prior to arrival is also available.

Perfect quiet vacation location

"This location was beyond perfect for our week getaway in a quiet area of the Cayman Islands. There was plenty of space for four adults and 2 toddlers and could have easily accommodated 4-6 more adults. It was a quick drive to Rum Point & in close proximity to a hidden treasure Cayman Crystal Caves. We also didn’t mind the drive to the west side to visit more touristy locations such as seven mile beach. The owners & local management of this house were extremely nice, communicative & a wealth of knowledge both before and during our stay. The ocean provided an area with crystal clear water and great snorkeling. In addition, the house had paddle boards and canoes. My kids loved the books provided, the massive set of checkers and of course the pool. My husband and I enjoyed the newly added arcade games. There is definitely lots to do in the house should the weather be less than ideal, while children are napping, or before bed. The mosquitoes at night are terrible, but there’s nothing the owners can do about them. We saw government vehicles spraying multiple times during our stay. The ONLY reason I’m mentioning it in the review is to let anyone know visiting the Cayman Islands you definitely want to add bug spray to your shopping list. In short - we definitely are keeping the information for this Vrbo and planning to stay here should we ever have the opportunity to return to the Cayman Islands!

"We had enough room to enjoy time together while also having enough space to spread out. The screened patio was before for eating and watching the sunset. The pool was so nice to have when the waves were too strong. The wind was so strong we were not able to enjoy the beach front much but it was so beautiful to watch. The hammocks were a nice touch. Looking for your own piece of paradise to feel like a local, this is it!

"Our stay here was just what we needed. It was perfect for 2 families to unwind, spread out and enjoy the sound of the waves. We loved the quiet location. Just minutes from everything we wanted to do involving kids, ages 9-16. So close to go diving and the snorkeling was superb. Highly recommended if you like to stay away from tourist traps. "House is very well stocked with linens, kitchen ware, beautiful common space - 3 dining areas, 2 living rooms. Decor is whimsical, stunning and entertaining! "We found the island incredibly expensive and this place during New Year's week was the highest we paid for a week - by far. So easy to find a nice house a bit overwhelming.. the small pool is great for kids. the beach in front of house is nice, but no entrance to ocean - sharp rocks in between. Somewhere to the right, 500 yards or so there should be easy entrance, but we didnt find it. Went to starfish point with is protected from wind, which was nice. drive to Seven Mile beach is 40mins. that beach is a very different expereience. much more beautiful. different stratosphere.. Don was responsive and helpful. thank you
