Welcome to Cayman Paradise Villas #1, a 4-bedroom 3.5-bath, 3-floor, direct oceanfront villa in laid back East End. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, you're in for a treat!

Our cozy Caribbean-style villas are bursting with color and charm, offering you a taste of luxury and comfort. Plus, we're right by secluded beaches, giving you that exclusive island feel.

The villa also features a fantastic 5-tier freshwater pool with three waterfalls and a whirlpool, just a hop, skip, and a jump away, making it perfect for cooling off and having some fun.

Interior:
Cayman Paradise Villas #1 is not your average rental; it's pristine and beautifully decorated. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests, thanks to the sleeper sofa. And here's the best part: most rooms offer breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and the beach.
To stay cool, central AC and ceiling fans feature throughout the villa, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi, and multiple TVs with cable to keep you entertained and connected, so you'll feel right at home while you enjoy the Caribbean paradise outside your door.

Accommodation:
The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, TV and cable, a walk-in closet, en-suite bath/shower and his and her sinks. It also features a side patio that fronts the sea with an outdoor sofa and coffee table. Enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets and constant breezes from the patio!
The 2nd bedroom has a King-size bed with TV and cable, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with plenty of storage. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bath equipped with dual sinks, a shower and a tub. These 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.
Via the spiral staircase, on the 3rd floor, you’ll find a full-size futon sleeper and desk with a huge panoramic window facing the sea.
The large lower level has a full bath with a shower, an additional refrigerator and futon full-sized bed, and a sleeper sofa with a large window facing the private beach. There’s also a covered patio with patio furniture and a grill, and step right onto the natural white sandy beach.

Entertainment:
There is a separate laundry room for the washer/dryer, pool and sea toys, and floaters for your use. A Pack and play is included along with all towels, beach towels and basic supplies.

Dining Options and Activities:
We are away from the congestion and cruise ships found on 7 Mile Beach, yet close to a variety of excellent restaurants, world-class diving, unlimited snorkeling, water sports and boat excursions to Stingray City, the Caves and the beautiful Botanical Gardens.
It’s a perfect place to get away from it all, yet a short drive to everything Grand Cayman has to offer.

"The house had lots of space for everyone and everything we needed for the beach and pool. Even a fun trivia card game we sat at the table every night asking each other questions. This was a trip of a lifetime we were able to take our adult kids and our mothers. All 8 of us had lots of space and we were able to spend time together and also have privacy. We spent 8days and would love to go back some time in the future.

Great home with perfect layout

"This house had the best layout for our family group of seven. It was clean and had all the amenities of home. We cooked breakfast two days. Will say if you are used to a memory foam mattress, be warned that all are spring mattresses. Never used the kayak and only saw one, but did use the beach chairs and noodles at Spots Beach one day. Too bad we didn't see any turtles while snorkeling! Enjoyed the lowest pool two days. Very relaxing, quiet and perfect water temperature! Rented a Hyundai H1 passenger van from Marshall's. It was perfect to fit all of us and even our luggage with room to spare. It got great gas mileage too. Driving around really didn't take that long. (We are always up for exploring and an adventure!) Had a private four hour fishing/snorkeling/Stingray City boat Monday morning. Brother picked it. (He's an experienced fisherman and boater and it had to be this boat!) Captain Daniel and mate, Jared (son), were awesome! Our favorite excursion! Drove to Starfish Point at dusk one evening and got to see some starfish. Went to the Parrot Sanctuary (very cool!). Went to the Botanical Gardens (lots of walking and half in the sun). Was more natural than landscaped. Did see wild blue lizards! We went into Seven Mile Beach one night and had dinner at the Lobster Pot. (Waitress wasn't good...messed up and order and didn't fix it, never brought straws and limes as requested, forgot two drinks. She was pleasant. Three out of four dishes ordered were amazing-seafood risotto and filet with lobster(?). Others ordered chicken breast and all were dry, but mushroom sauce was amazing.) Ate at Tukka East End for dinner, Eagle Ray's for lunch and breakfast on two separate days, Tides Restaurant for dinner (favorite!), and ordered delivery for dinner from The Italian Kitchen two nights (awesome pizzas!). Overall, would definitely rent villa again!
