Accommodation:
Welcome to Cocoplum #3, a well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium, where every detail is crafted to ensure your vacation is truly memorable. With a King bed in the primary bedroom and a King bed in the guest room, perfect for two couples, along with high-quality linens and towels, comfort is guaranteed for up to four guests.

Fully Equipped:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, dishes, all new appliances (2025), including a toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available in the unit.

Entertainment:
Entertainment options abound with a large HD TV in the living room and a 32-inch HD TV in the primary bedroom. Both TVs are set up with a FireStick for live TV streaming, featuring all major networks, cable channels, movies, and music. Netflix and Prime Video are already configured on both TVs for your enjoyment. High-speed Wi-Fi Internet and local telephone landlines are included for your convenience.
With our amazing TV streaming service offering over 1,300 channels including all HBO channels, Starz, Showtime, and a full lineup of sports channels, you'll have endless entertainment options at your fingertips. So just bring your personal items and leave the rest to us.

Essentials Start Pack Included:
Kitchen essentials include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, and coffee filters to get you started., along with plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes, baggies, foil, and plastic wrap.
Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, face tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Plenty of towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Outdoor Space:
A highlight of the condo is the large, fully covered verandah overlooking the gardens and beach, providing a perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation. It is furnished with an outdoor dining table.

The property also features private lawns, a swimming pool with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, a BBQ area, a poolside shower, and a tennis court (tennis racquets are available for use in the condo). The condo offers easy access to the best snorkelling spots on Seven Mile Beach, including a shipwreck alive with corals and sea life right off the beach within swimming distance.
Aqua socks or water shoes are suggested for wading in the shallow waters in certain areas of Grand Cayman.

Inclusions:
We've included 4 complimentary lightweight folding beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your beach excursions. The condo is also well stocked with cleaning tools, including a vacuum cleaner, swifter sweeper and an array of cleaning supplies.

The unit boasts a million-dollar view of the Caribbean Sea, where unforgettable sunsets paint the sky each evening. Step directly onto the beach or take a short stroll to a wide range of nearby amenities—including grocery stores, restaurants, bars, bakeries, gyms, pharmacies, liquor stores, and medical offices.

Recommended Restaurants:
Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants, and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following, which are all within walking distance: Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.

Other highly recommended restaurants to visit during your stay include the following:
- Casa 43 Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar - Just a few minutes away, this local favorite serves up bold Mexican flavors and an excellent tequila selection. Fun, lively atmosphere.
- Yoshi Sushi - Consistently rated one of the best sushi spots on the island. Fresh fish, creative rolls, and great service. About 5 minutes by car.
- Ragazzi Restaurant & Pizzeria - A long-standing favorite offering authentic Italian cuisine, wood-fired pizzas, and an impressive wine list. 5–7 minutes drive.
- Luca - Elegant and upscale, perfect for a special night out. Mediterranean-inspired menu and a beachfront setting at Caribbean Club. Roughly 10 minutes away.
- Peppers Bar & Grill - A relaxed, local spot with hearty Caribbean fare, jerk chicken, and live music on select nights. Walkable from the complex.
- Island Naturals Café - Great for smoothies, vegetarian and vegan options, and a healthy breakfast or lunch. Around 5 minutes away.
- XQ’s Pizza Bar & Grill - Affordable and casual with good pizza, burgers, and cocktails. Family-friendly and just a short drive.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:

"The views from the porch are spectacular, great sunsets and it's just steps to the pool and beach. The beach is rocky but there are chairs right on the edge of the sand by the pool. The property manager was very attentive, accessible and helpful. The condo is a bit dated but very clean, comfortable and had everything needed. It is very well priced for its amenities and water front location. We did not rent a car but between walking and taxi's had no trouble getting to groceries, restaurants ( truly great options on this island) and activities. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again!

"We stayed in Cocoplum condo #3 and it was great. Plenty of room for what little time we spent in the condo. Everything was clear and nice. Great kitchen for cooking. The only complaints is the parking. You have an assigned spot to park in, but that does not stop other people from parking there. Then you have to park in guest spots on the other side of the tennis court, which means a much longer walk to you condo. The second was no access to cleaning supplies (in particular a broom and dustpan). There are a few locked cabinet which is where I am assuming it is, but we had no access. Not that there were any real messes, but sometime you will get sand in the condo no matter how hard you try not to, and a broom and dustpan would be great to get that up. These are very, very minor complaints. Everything else was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely come back and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

"We had a fabulous time. It was not packed. The snorkeling right off shore was beautiful and filled with sea life. I was worried about the beach and condition but I’m so glad I booked it. It’s the best choice on the island.

"Just loved this peaceful area of 7 mile beach. The grounds were like a private backyard with privacy, a patio to read, and never more than 7 people at the pool area! Great snorkeling near the small boat wreck close off shore. Close to a beautiful supermarket. Comfortable mattresses, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and management very responsive to an A/C issue we had. Could not have relaxed and enjoyed ourselves more! We would definitely book again!

"The condo was well outfitted, comfortable and welcoming. Views of the pool and Caribbean. Low key and quiet. Not for parties or rowdy vacationers. A perfect spot to unwind, swim, snorkel and yet close to everything. A return visit is a definite.
