Fully Equipped:
Lovely, light, and airy Island-style beachfront condo with fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, large flat screen TVs in the living area and master bedroom, cable, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room, internet and a telephone for local calls. Enjoy your morning coffee prepared fresh in your Keurig coffee maker on the covered verandah overlooking the Caribbean Sea! A perfect patio for outdoor dining to watch the magnificent sunsets.

Accommodation:
The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a King bed in the master room, a Queen bed, and 1 twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. (Sleeps 5).

Inclusions: 4 complimentary lightweight folding beach chairs are also provided for beach time.

Cocoplum Condo combines the tranquility of a secluded island hideaway with unbeatable convenience. Just 15 minutes from Owen Roberts International Airport, this charming complex captures the essence of a true Caymanian beach home.
The unit boasts a million-dollar view of the Caribbean Sea, where unforgettable sunsets paint the sky each evening. Step directly onto the beach or take a short stroll to a wide range of nearby amenities—including grocery stores, restaurants, bars, bakeries, gyms, pharmacies, liquor stores, and medical offices.

Outdoor Space:
The condo has a fully covered verandah overlooking the gardens and beach, providing a perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation. It is furnished with an outdoor dining table,
The property also features private lawns, a swimming pool with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, a BBQ area, a poolside shower, and a tennis court (tennis racquets are available for use in the condo). The condo offers easy access to the best snorkelling spots on Seven Mile Beach, including a shipwreck alive with corals and sea life right off the beach within swimming distance.
- Aqua socks or water shoes are suggested for wading in the shallow waters in certain areas of Grand Cayman.

"My wife and I stayed at Cocoplum for 2 weeks. The ocean front views are incredible. The location was great as well, close to everything along 7 Mile Beach and less than a mile from the pier and downtown Georgetown, also very quiet and away from the crowds. Jayne, the property manager, was extremely attentive and friendly. We would recommend to anyone that wants to be close to the action but with lots of privacy.

"we just got home last night from this amazing condo with the pool to the left of our front door and the ocean just steps away from the pool area, the views were breathtaking and the condo was everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the views from all tue windows in the living room and kitchen of the ocean were amazing. the kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to cook our meals, it was great to have a washer and dryer in the condo also. this was just a relaxing fun and one of the best family vacations we have had. I very much recommend this condo and the staff that were easy to reach if we needed anything.

"Initially disappointed, ultimately delighted. The outdated decor and amenities are initially underwhelming. But soon you realize that this view, privacy, and serenity would be unattainable at any high end resort. The location with its nearly private pool and beach access is truly remarkable. The longer we stayed here the more we liked it. We also enjoyed walking to the Irish pub every evening. We would definitely stay here again. PS There is no tub, despite the photos.

"We were very happy with the Vrbo. Cocoplum was close to many restaurants and activities. A shower drive from airport and Georgetown. Clean, comfortable, oceanfront. I’d definitely stay here again. There is also the wreck of the gamma close to shore, which is excellent for snorkeling right off the beach acccessed from the property.

"Fantastic week at Coco Plum, our family of 4 really enjoyed ourselves. We loved the pool and beach and the shipwreck nearby was wonderful for daily snorkel visits. The property manager was very attentive whenever we needed anything. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked for several meals and didn’t find anything missing that we needed. For those planning, there’s pool floats and beach toys and an umbrella in the closet if needed.

Relaxing Stay

"This was our first time in the Cayman Islands and we had such a relaxing time here. The condo was perfect for us. We were the only ones at the pool most days and the beach was not crowded at all. My husband and I played tennis nearly every morning and we played rummy in the evenings. The condo was clean, had beach towels, chairs, rafts, goggles, etc. which was all handy to use as well. The freezer even had a working ice maker which was convenient! We walked to dinner most nights.

"Jayne was wonderful and let us drop off our luggage hours before check in time. This condo you can walk right out to the pool or ocean (bring a snorkel!). Water shoes are also helpful to bring at this part of the beach, there are shells and coral when walking in- but that is no big deal bc you just have to float out and enjoy swimming or snorkeling! Sunset views from sitting on the porch. This location is walking distance to grocery, restaurants and shopping if you don't want to rent a car (and only 8 min drive from airport) about 1 mile up near where the cruise ships let people off there is a fun outdoor mall and more restaurants to choose from. Spent one day at stingray City/coral gardens/starfish point all of which is a must see! This condo was also very clean and nicely decorated. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We would love to stay again.

"Don's place is relaxing, has a serene view (my wife kept saying that it reminded her of Hawaii and I agree). The green grass, palm trees, and beach overlooking the beautiful sunset is very nice. The apartment itself is plenty of space. We stayed as a family of 4 and did not feel cramped at all. The only negative thing that I have to say is about the smell in the neighborhood. There must have been a septic issue at one of the nearby buildings. Otherwise, the location to 7 mile beach was excellent. Even though a lot of the beach has been eroded, the pool is nice to hang by, it's quiet, and there is a bit of beach out front to explore. There was construction next door (building the Grand Hyatt), but you could barely hear it. The food in the immediate area is 'ok'. You can walk 10+ min to MANY options including grocery stores, restaurant options, and even more. We had a ton of fun!

"Our family stayed here in March. We chose the Cayman Islands to get my daughter scuba certified. This was the perfect place for our stay. Fantastic location. Right on the beach. "Had a great time here, it was quiet, clean and well equipped. Location was good, beach was an easy sand entry, good snorkelling around the rocks and a short swim to the wreck of the Gamma, very good snorkelling. Pool was nice. Would stay here again. Only complaint was the entry door was hard to open and shut due to it being swelled from the humidity. I know you can't control the weather.

"My 3 year old son loved running in the grass and watching all of the birds in the yard and swimming in the pool. The neighbors were lovely too! The beach was nice and we enjoyed being super close to all of the great hotels and restaurants. For kids, our favorite thing was the water park at the Ritz Carlton which was $40 per person per day. Perfect for kiddos. Loved Grand Cayman! We will be back!

lovely spot for families

"We enjoyed our stay and the privacy this location has. The unit was clean and comfortable, the kitchen is dated and could use nicer quality cooking pans and better quality small appliances (toaster, blender etc) but the bathrooms are renovated, the pool is very clean, the beach is beautiful and private and the air conditioning is very cold. We would recommend the unit for a family trip.

"Close to everything. We loved snorkeling the gamma boat too. Condo is well stocked and super clean.

"#5 is a nice unit, however, the kitchen needs updating, especially the stove top. The burners are uneven, making cooking difficult. The bathrooms were both very nice, and the master bed was comfortable. It would be helpful if there was a drying rack for swimsuits and snorkel gear. The pool is very nice and well maintained.

Great location, responsive host

"Great quiet location with close proximity to commercial areas and 7-mile beach. Jayne is very responsive and accommodative. There are many thoughtful amenities not mentioned such as beach chairs, floats, glad lunch boxes, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook a full meal.
