Accommodation:
The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed with a full glass-enclosed shower, toilet and basin in the master bathroom, while the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin bed. The guest bathroom features a bath and shower, toilet and basin. All bed linens, as well as bathroom and beach towels, are provided. All bedrooms have full blackout curtains and high-quality bed linens for your comfort.

Starter Pack of Toiletry Essentials Included - To ensure you have a convenient start to your vacation, a starter package is included, consisting of essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry pods, kitchen dish detergent, hand soap, hand sanitizer, and bathroom essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer.

Fully Equipped Interior:
This fully renovated condo exudes a light and airy island vibe, complemented by vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room for your comfort.
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle and drip coffee machine. You'll also find basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, and coffee filters to get you started.
For added convenience, the refrigerator features filtered water, an ice maker, and a Brita-filtered water container. A clothes washer and dryer are also available in the unit.

Entertainment options include a large 55" flat-screen HD smart TV, internet access, and a JBL Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment inside the condo. Additionally, a curated book library offers a selection of both fiction and non-fiction titles for your reading pleasure.

Amenities & Inclusions:
Unit comes equipped with - Four (4) folding beach chairs, one (1) beach umbrella, two (2) coolers, picnic plates/glasses, pool noodles, etc. All bath towels and beach towels are also provided.

Cocoplum Condo combines the tranquillity of a secluded island hideaway with unbeatable convenience. Just 15 minutes from Owen Roberts International Airport, this charming complex captures the essence of a true Caymanian beach home.
The unit boasts a million-dollar view of the Caribbean Sea, where unforgettable sunsets paint the sky each evening. Step directly onto the beach or take a short stroll to a wide range of nearby amenities—including grocery stores, restaurants, bars, bakeries, gyms, pharmacies, liquor stores, and medical offices.

Outdoor Space:
A highlight of the condo is the large fully covered verandah overlooking the gardens and beach, providing a perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation. It is furnished with outdoor ceiling fans, an outdoor dining table, couches and a hammock. Folding beach chairs, pool/beach toys, kids' games/toys, puzzles, and portable beach coolers are available for guests' use.
The property also features private lawns, a swimming pool with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, a BBQ area, a poolside shower, and a tennis court (tennis racquets are available for use in the condo). The condo offers easy access to the best snorkelling spots on Seven Mile Beach, including a shipwreck alive with corals and sea life right off the beach within swimming distance.
Aqua socks or water shoes are suggested for wading in the shallow waters in certain areas of Grand Cayman.

Recommended Restaurants:
Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants, and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following, which are all within walking distance: Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.

Other highly recommended restaurants to visit during your stay include the following:
- Casa 43 Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar - Just a few minutes away, this local favorite serves up bold Mexican flavors and an excellent tequila selection. Fun, lively atmosphere.
- Yoshi Sushi - Consistently rated one of the best sushi spots on the island. Fresh fish, creative rolls, and great service. About 5 minutes by car.
- Ragazzi Restaurant & Pizzeria - A long-standing favorite offering authentic Italian cuisine, wood-fired pizzas, and an impressive wine list. 5–7 minutes drive.
- Luca - Elegant and upscale, perfect for a special night out. Mediterranean-inspired menu and a beachfront setting at Caribbean Club. Roughly 10 minutes away.

"Location is great. Its tucked away from plenty of the ongoing noise both from Georgetown and the resorts on the Seven Mile Beach. Trees provide some shade to the patio which can difficult to get a breeze on. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well supplied. It never felt cramped or small with three adults. The beds could probably be replaced, as they're sinking pretty bad in the middle. But overall pretty minimal to a great place to call home for a little bit.

"This spot was perfect for my husband, two kids in college and me. The condo was well appointed and had all the essentials- including beach towels and chairs - for us to enjoy the best of the beach. We brought our own snorkeling gear and saw a variety of fish at the ship wreck right off shore including a Morrey Eel! This place is walking distance to grocery store, The Wharf restaurant ( great place) and the liquor store. Loved this place and hope to return again in the future!

"The grounds are well maintained and there is use of a tennis court onsite. Local amenities are within walking distance with lots of restaurants near by. Perfect Cayman vacation rental

"Traveling with my wife and three children and Cocoplum was the perfect vacation rental for us. The rental was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in the perfect location. The ocean views from the large balcony were spectacular and views of the pool and well maintained grounds were also great - it was a perfect spot for a cup of coffee or cocktail or to read a book. The pool is on the small side but was perfect for us - my boys probably were in the pool 5 hours a days. There are plenty of lounge chairs and tables around the pool which were perfect for lounging but also for dining ocean and poolside. A few steps away is the beach which is very private. There is coral but it’s an amazing beach. A short distance out from the shoreline we saw of fish and coral reefs. Plus a short swim away is a shipwreck which was so interesting to snorkel around - when my youngest son wasn’t in the pool he was snorkeling and checking out the shipwreck. There is a nice tennis court on the property which we used for tennis but also to workout. There were other families and small groups at the property during our stay but for the most part we felt we had the place to ourself. There are also two charcoal grills. This was our first trip to the Caymans but we thought the location was perfect. Lots of great restaurants and food stores are a short distance. For us Cocoplum was a perfect spot to relax and have fun together as a family…we didn’t want to leave!

"Excellent view. Very close to amenities. Good location close to 7 mile beach. Great snorkeling at the wreck of the Gamma right off shore. Provided towels were MUCH Appreciated. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the porch. A few recommendations for the host: the primary bathroom door needs WD-40. The squeakiness was unpleasant in the middle of the night and early morning. There needs to be a wine opener added to kitchen. Four rolls of toilet paper was not sufficient for four people for five days, but when the host was notified, they quickly provided more. Hand soap for the bathrooms would also be a nice addition. Having a washer and dryer was great and they worked well. Overall an excellent stay.

"Our stay was our best honeymoon yet, and we travel a lot!! The best part was the million dollar view!! We enjoyed very much that it was a private area, we literally had the beach and pool for ourselves our entire 4 day stay! "Loved the place. Quiet area with beautiful views. Enjoyed watching all the cruise ships come in. Note - you can not stroll along the beach either North or South as you are quickly in the water!
