Here, you'll discover a serene walking beach right on the property, complemented by a spacious freshwater pool and a heated jacuzzi with a beautiful, bright new resurfaced finish—your ultimate relaxation haven.

Accommodation:
A large Master Suite with a King bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct access to the large lanai is perfect for the couple that wants to get away from it all. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Upon request these beds can be converted into a king-bed setup with a comfy topper to make this suitable for couples. The condo can sleep up to 4 guests.

Fully Equipped:
The fully equipped modern kitchen has all of the appliances you'll need, including a Keurig coffee maker. The condo is also equipped with a full-size front-loading washer and dryer.

Essential Starter Pack Included:
Kitchen Essentials: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper and coffee filters to get you started.
Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Convenient Location:
The popular Kaibo Beach Grill and Bar is next door, serving lunch and dinner. Rum Point Beach and the Red Sail Sports watersports operation are just around the corner - a 5-minute drive. The Rum Point Water Ferry also runs daily from the Kaibo Yacht Club to Camana Bay at 7 Mile Beach.

Inclusions:
You also have your own private BBQ grill and free use of a 1-person kayak plus a SUP - Stand Up Paddleboard!
The condo is beach-ready with 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a tote cooler. The calm waters in the surrounding area are ideal for kayaking.

Dining & Nearby Attractions:
The Kaibo Restaurant and Upstairs fine dining are located next door. Grab a wood-fired pizza or coffee and croissant from the on-site café, or explore nearby Rum Point — known for its beach, casual food, Red Sail Sports excursions, and famous Mud Slides.

Water Taxi & Excursions:
Skip the drive and catch the water taxi directly outside your condo to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach. Once there, explore shopping, dining, and nightlife, or cross the pedestrian bridge to access the beach on foot. Snorkel or dive in world-renowned Cayman waters, with great spots located right in front of the condo and around Rum Point.

Transportation options include:
• Car Rentals: Available through Kayak, Marshall's, or Andy's Rent-a-Car
• Bus Service: A convenient 5-minute walk to the nearest stop, with regular service along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
The closest grocery stores (Foster’s Express, Chisholm’s Grocery) are 15–20 minutes away.
Note: Grocery stores are closed on Sundays, but gas stations and restaurants remain open. Some gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery delivery is available on request.

"Dreamy location, total comfort This place hit all the marks. Super clean, beautifully kept, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable with luxury bedding—we slept like babies every night. We were literally just steps from the beach, and the pool sits right between the condo and the ocean. The infinity edge overlooks the sand and water, and the sunsets? Absolutely stunning. The local store, though small, had plenty of our favorite U.S. staples, which made it easy to cook at home and save money for activities and water sports. We loved hearing live music float over from Kaibo in the evenings—it added to the laid-back island vibe without being overwhelming. If you’re looking for a peaceful, convenient, and comfortable beach stay with top-notch views, this is it. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

"Place was as described and one of the cleanest places we have stayed. We walked in and husband said, “very well done dear”. Everything we needed was available to us. To who left comment, pans could be replaced. They had been with very nice ones. We did go over to SMB but didn’t stay long as eager to get back to less people. The locals are very friendly and welcoming. All the properties in the area are very well kept. Very nice grocery store and liquor store close by. We should have skipped Fosters and just grabbed what we needed closer by.

"Clean, amazing spot with hammocks, pool/hot tub, beach sand, I loved the restaurant nearby with low ambient music at night and pretty lights… roosters roamed the property for your alarm clock lol.. all the amenities were there, regular sized shamp/conditioners in both bathrooms, hand/laundry/dish soap, sunscreen, towels, dishes… only complaint pots need to be replaced, only one good stainless pot to use. Beautiful homes to drive by to get to the condo, and Rum Point restaurant 2mins away was a huge outdoor beachy spot to go to for sunset!

"Fantastic place to stay! Great location. Very clean. Highly recommend. The condo was great for our family of three (two adults and one child). It was more spacious than expected. The kitchen came stocked with all of the cooking necessities. The patio was great for relaxing after a day at the pool or on the beach. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. The restaurant next door was great for days when we didn't feel like cooking. The pool and beach were perfect. Starfish Point is very close. The area is quiet and relaxed. The host was very responsive, helpful, and super nice.

"Great condo within a very nice property. Fully equipped, very clean and well appointed. Nice view of the pool and beach from the screened in balcony. Very convenient location next to Kaibo Yacht club, 5 min walk to Starfish point and 20 min walk to Rum Point. Easy to catch the water taxi to Canaan Bay at the pier next door.

"The property was a great “base of operations” to explore the island. We were amazed at how stocked the unit was with many little things like cooking spray and spices that we didn’t need to buy. Probably the best thing was the beach chairs in the garage that we used on a variety of beaches. Communication with the host was always super fast and helpful.

"We got off to a bad start with zero communication from the property manager until I had contacted both the owner and the management company several hours after our arrival. I had messaged several weeks out and then one week in advance and followed all instructions about reaching out to them via Whatsapp beforehand. I sent questions to the owner via VRBO as well to help me know what to bring but Don never answered. Communication was lacking. Overall the unit is a bit weary but it was exceptionally clean and adequate for our stay. Amenities could be provided to assist with guest comfort (shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee,etc) - a bit of extra effort would make a difference. I burned my hand badly after microwaving a mug - only non-microwaveable mugs in the unit. The seal on the stove is gone so using it makes the unit hot (not a huge deal, the AC works pretty well but the master bedroom is notably hotter than the other rooms), the dishwasher was completely broken - we tried using it the first night and it leaked so much (and pieces inside were disassembled so my husband put it back together), we just washed our dishes by hand. The second bedroom had numerous scented products in it (air freshener and dryer sheets under the beds) and I had to remove them) as my kids were sneezing from the perfume. Sandra, the cleaner, was there when we arrived and she was very welcoming and pleasant - clearly an asset on the team. The kids enjoyed the pool every day and the property was lovely.

"Its shared living space is ample and bedroom & bathroom areas are well seperated and private. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated from kitchen smallwares to very comfortable bedding to extra-large beach towels—all you need bring is your bathing suit and toothbrush. The Rum Point area is luxurious and quiet, with far less density than other tourist areas of Grand Cayman. (You will need a car) Above all Don and his on site manager, Elmelinda, made sure everything was perfect, answering any questions promptly and with generous concern. It’s easy to see how they have earned their Five Stars. Bravo!

"Anniversary trip for me, my brother, and our wives. Amazingly clean and exceptionally large condo in Kaibo. Kitchen was well stocked. Property was idyllic with the palms, hammocks, and yacht club. Restaurant next door was convenient. Nice grill, paddle board, and 1-man kayak but probably need one more of each for two couples. Four stars for two reasons: Second bedroom was advertised as twin beds that could be converted to a queen—not true. The twin mattresses were still 4-5” apart after pushing the beds together. My brother and his wife slept on twin beds for their Cayman anniversary trip…. Master shower knob is a cypher. Needed a technician to come and explain how HOT is in the cold direction, but only half way…. Property manager was very nice but doesn’t monitor all of her messaging apps so it was three days of cold showers. Otherwise, if you want to be away from the crowds, this is the best place on Grand Cayman. Many of the tours will pick you up in Kaibo or Rum Point.
