This recently updated condo features tasteful Caribbean décor, new flooring, and a fully renovated kitchen (completed in 2021). The open-concept living space flows seamlessly from the living room with Sonos surround sound and large HD TV to the private patio with views of the manicured garden and direct beach access.

Each of the three bedrooms includes its own en-suite bathroom for privacy and convenience.

Kitchen Essentials: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started.
Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Towels, linens, and beach towels are also provided.

Within easy walking distance to restaurants, yoga studios, coffee shops, an ATM, and water sports rentals at the nearby Marriott. Aqua shoes are recommended for all beachgoers.

Guests are only a short walk or drive from the Camana Bay waterfront district — a hub of dining, boutique shopping, art galleries, a weekly farmers market, movie theatre, and family-friendly splash fountains.

"Condo was just terrific- clean- had every thing you could need. Loved the pool . But really you couldn’t swim in the ocean due to coral- somewhat disappointing there. But management was excellent and communication super. Comfy beds.

"The most wonderful stay. Exactly as described, very well maintained property. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed - including a very generous welcome bundle. Property was ‘true to size’ for sleeping 6, spacious living area, huge dining table etc Pauline was a fabulous welcome, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Housekeeping with fab, often working around my (not-so-little!) children. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, and we can’t wait to return.

"Incredible stay! We were two families with young kids and the place was perfect. Clean and spacious. The pool is great and a private beach right in front of the condo - do bring water shoes! Pauline, the property manager, is very responsive too. I hope we can go back next year!

"Perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 small kids - plenty of space and quiet. The pool was great for our toddler. The beach is rocky so you’ll need shoes, but is right up the beach from a cool swimming hole. Walkable or short taxi to other beaches and plenty of restaurants. Front office was responsive and very friendly and accommodating!

"Very lovely and relaxing setting, and we appreciated the added bonus of great weather! Don was VERY FAST to respond to any questions, inquiries we had-there were no issues during our stay, but if there had been, I'm very confident the response would have been the same. "We had a wonderful week at Crescent Point on 7 Mile Beach over the holidays. It was within easy walking distance of many restaurants and a great grocery store. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The unit had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The owners and property manager (Pauline!) were prompt and responsive to all of our questions and requests. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

"We had to change places last minute due to Hurricane Rafael. Crescent Point #9 was incredibly accommodating and helpful. It worked perfectly for 3 couples traveling together. They accommodated our group by setting the 2 twin beds up as a King Bed. The pool and beach were spotless. Pauline, the property manager could not have been more helpful. We would HIGHLY recommend Crescent Point to anyone looking into staying in the Seven Mile Beach / Camana Bay / Georgetown area.

"beautiful. 1 thing everyone should know. bring beach shoes if you plan on going in water. there is no sand entrance all rock. the people that work at this location also had best atattitudes and on top of everything. highly recommend staying there.

"Location on the beach is wonderful. Pool was a community pool but it was never crowded, a big plus! Housekeeping came everyday and refreshed the towels a cleaned up some, it was great. House was stocked with all kitchen items which was so helpful eating at least one meal in per day. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. If you’re staying at the condo, don’t miss out on Spotts beach! That was the highlight of our trip, where we saw sea turtles and sting rays! Starfish point is beyond beautiful and serene. Andres jerk chicken is worth the 15 minute drive, but get some sides somewhere, as it’s only meat. The condo itself is such a good location, beautiful scenery right out the back door, clean, modern, very comfortable. Can’t recommend it enough!

Great Accommodations

"Caymans is beautiful and so is this condo. It is as pictured on VRBO. The A+ AC is a much needed relief from the heat and humidity. Pauline was so friendly and helpful. It offered plenty of space and bathrooms for 5 adults. Piccolino’s Cafe next door was a great coffee and breakfast stop most mornings. Within walking distant to other restaurants also a plus. Pool was nice. Only thing missing was ocean access. Beach available, but access to the water was rocky. Not sure if that’s the case all the time but was true for us in mid-May.
