George Town Villas #201 is a peaceful, 2nd-floor end-unit perched right on the oceanfront at the start of Seven Mile Beach.

With panoramic sea views from every room, direct snorkelling access, and a quiet yet central location, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is ideal for couples or families seeking a breezy beach retreat.

Georgetown Villas #201 is directly on Seven Mile Beach, 2nd floor direct oceanfront. You are literally steps from the condo directly onto the beach.

Interior Features:
The condo is furnished in a spa-inspired coastal style, offering a full kitchen with breakfast bar, updated appliances, a drip coffee maker, and an open living/dining area with a flat-panel TV and garden/ocean views. Central A/C, ceiling fans, and in-unit washer/dryer add to the comfort.

Starter Essentials Provided:
Kitchen essentials include dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started. Home essentials include a comprehensive starter pack with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Towels, linens, and beach towels are also provided.

Outdoor Highlights:
Lounge by the large freshwater pool, play tennis or pickleball on the on-site court, or snorkel right out front in calm, clear waters. A swim ladder provides easy access to vibrant coral heads and the nearby Wreck of the Gamma. The quiet beachfront is a mix of white sand and coral rock, with loungers provided for guest use.

Nearby Dining & Activities:
Located directly on 7 Mile Beach, 1 minute walk out your door and you are right on the beach. It is also within walking distance of Kirk Market, bars, coffee shops, Camana Bay, and downtown George Town. Just a short walk to the Marriott for watersports like parasailing and jet skiing. Catch a local bus to explore the full length of Seven Mile Beach or enjoy world-class diving nearby.

"We had a lovely time! All was as described. Condo was clean and comfortable. Views were awesome. Pool was clean, and access to the snorkeling worked well for us. Also many things were within walking distance, and the public bus was also really easy for access to things farther away. The property manager(s) were also super attentive without being intrusive. Really excellent experience overall!

The Perfect Spot for Snorkeling and Views!

"The perfect spot. Walking distance to excellent restaurants. Beautiful views from the balcony, spent most of our down time looking at the pristine water. The snorkeling right in front of the condo was very good (divers world is just down the road with reasonable gear rental). We saw many different species of fish, even a lobster hiding under the coral. There is also a ship wreck just down the beach that attracts a lot of marine life. The condo itself was extremely clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Ildi was a great host who was very responsive and provided us with many restaurant / tour options (Kirk Market about a mile down the road). I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else on the island.

Awesome Stay in Georgetown

"We stayed for 7 nights and 8 days. Our condo was beautiful and exactly as represented online. Indi was an exception host to us and responded in a timely manner when we contacted her. The pool was refreshing; we grilled fish and have wonderful memories of our time in Grand Cayman. Would recommend everyone to stay here and we will definitely be back in the future

Serene location, great condo, lots in walking distance

"The condo was great — right on the water. The view was amazing, and the place itself was really nice. We used the balcony all the time. We also sat by the pool to watch the sunset or could jump in the ocean and do some snorkeling using the ladder. Best of all, we were walking distance to tons of restaurants on the south end of Seven Mile Beach. That meant we could leave the rental car most nights and walk to where we wanted to eat and drink. The communication from the manager was great via WhatsApp as well. We'll be back!

Fun stay between Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach

"We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the sea-room enough for 4 of us to have a meal while taking in the view. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Property manager was fantastic. Checked on us before and during our stay. She helped us problem solve a medical situation which could have been a disaster. We did not rent a car. Taxi service was 10 minutes from the airport. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants everyday. The pool was warm enough to swim in and very clean. (FYI the property’s beach does not connect to 7-mile beach.). The beach here had plenty to look at as we watched the ships come and go, looked at sea life, and snorkeled. We had a great time here.

"Loved the location of the unit right up by the water. The rocky coast made it so that there weren't a lot of people walking by, so it was very peaceful. Well-furnished down to blender. We were very impressed that when said blender broke, the manager delivered a new one the next morning. Great service and a great experience.

Beautiful views

"Our family of four had a great time visiting Grand Cayman and staying at this beautiful property. Everything was as shown in the listing and photos including the easy access to pool and beach and views of the water. Snorkeling right off the beach was so cool. We didn’t rent a car but everything was a short taxi ride away - with a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Manager Ildi was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
