Welcome to Georgetown Villas #203 is a beautifully furnished, 2nd-floor 2-bedroom private middle unit with direct ocean and garden views in the heart of Seven Mile Beach.

Georgetown Villas consists of 54 oceanfront and ocean-view condominiums in a lush garden setting overlooking the beach, coral reefs and multi-colored blue and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Accommodation:
The master bedroom is a spacious haven featuring a comfy king-size bed, beach and Caribbean sea views, an en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers ample space with two cozy twin beds and its own attached guest bathroom.

Fully Equipped:
Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, with a drip coffee maker and a living area that offers plenty of relaxing seating with a large screen, flat panel TV and ocean views. Ceiling fans in every room, central A/C, dishwasher, linens, beach towels, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer and complimentary WIFI are provided. There are paper towels, spices, and a variety of kitchen amenities provided for your benefit!

Wi-Fi:
Stay connected and entertained during your stay with our complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, offering blazing-fast 100 MB upload and 50 MB download speeds. Whether you need to hop on a Zoom call or stream your favorite shows, you'll have all the bandwidth you need without any hassle. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities!

Love the ocean/snorkelling?
There is natural Cayman lava rock at the water's edge and an easy access ladder into the turquoise sea for fabulous snorkelling and swimming in the calm, warm waters. Enjoy the best snorkelling on 7 Mile Beach. The Wreck of the Gamma is a short swim from the condo. There are plentiful coral heads and an abundance of sea life! There is snorkel equipment provided for the guests' use!

Beach/pool lover?
Lounge on the uncrowded beach, head to our freshwater pool, or walk up the luxurious white-sand 7-mile beach. The beach by the condo is mostly sugar tan and white sand with some coral reefs and rocks washed ashore. Relax on one of several beach loungers while soaking in the view of passing boats and breathtaking sunsets.

Tennis/Pickle Ball anyone?
The Georgetown Villas tennis court is configured for both tennis and pickleball and is complimentary for our guests.

About the Neighborhood:
The condo complex includes a sparkling swimming pool, free parking, private tennis courts and BBQ/grills. This excellent location is within walking distance to:

Restaurants:
Kirk's (an excellent supermarket just a 10-minute walk away), beer/wine/liquor stores, countless restaurants/cafes, Camana Bay and George Town (downtown). You can also visit the Cayman turtle farm, Rum Point and a visit to 'hell' and back (with a short/easy bus ride).

Water Sports:
The main attraction on the island is the water sports activities. A short walk to the Marriott offers you parasailing, windsurfing, and jet skis. Snorkelling and diving on the island are considered to be some of the best in the world.

They had everything we could have wanted and more!

"We have stayed at Georgetown Villas many times in the past, but had never stayed at this particular condo # 203. If you’ve ever been to the Cayman Islands, you realize it’s very expensive to stay there, but when you can eat in and offset the food cost, you can justify it! This condo had everything that traditionally is in a condo, but had plenty of paper products, nice appliances, plenty of fresh new spices, lots of dishwasher liquid and laundry supplies. These owners thought about every single thing that anyone could want and it was there! Snorkeling equipment and a portable cooler, plenty of linens and complimentary wine and fabric steamer were just a few of the items we used! We were amazed because not only did I bring my own foil, ziploc bags and spices to save a little money, it was already there! We will forever stay at this condo as long as it’s available because the thoughtfulness that has gone into every single detail. By the way the views are beautiful and the condo was very clean and neat.

"We would have preferred to be closer to swimmable beach and neighbors two doors down and downstairs were hanging out and it was loud in our bedroom. I was surprised with doors and windows closed how it sounded like they were right next door.

"This was our second vacation at Georgetown Villas, our first-time renting unit 203. We had a fabulous week and could not have been happier with our accommodation. This condo is beautifully decorated and so homey! The furnishings are lovely and quite comfortable. The unit is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Everything was clean and in good condition. We loved the quiet, laid-back feel of the complex. It was such a relaxing vacation! The pool overlooking the ocean is spectacular and the grounds are impeccably maintained. We appreciated the availability of gas grills which were very clean. This location is convenient to restaurants, the grocery store, and the cruise ship shopping area. We enjoyed snorkeling right out front, and we swam in the pool every day. The sunsets are magnificent! We recommend this condo without reservation!

Thanksgiving Stay

"My wife and I spent 2 weeks here over Thanksgiving and had a great time. The condo is very comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. Everything was super clean! The porch was great for watching cruise ships and sunsets. We enjoyed the pool and snorkeling right off the beach. There are nice sandy areas for getting in the water as well as ladders on walkways that made it easy access getting in and out. There is a nice shipwreck just down the beach that I went to several time in super clear water with lots of fish to see. Always plenty of parking. Two nice grocery stores were very close by and rival any of the store in the USA. Both less than 5 minutes away by car. Highly recommend this condo for a great stay.
