Welcome to Kaibo Hacienda B-5, a tranquil ground-floor beachfront condo located within the peaceful Kaibo Yacht Club Phase I in Cayman Kai. With sweeping views of Kaibo Beach and the North Sound from the spacious lanai, this well-appointed two-bedroom retreat offers comfort, privacy, and access to all the best of Grand Cayman’s North Side. Perfect for couples, families, or small groups, Hacienda B-5 is a stylish and updated escape just steps from the sand, the pool, and waterfront dining.

The Space

Stylish Interior:
Large windows flood the space with natural light, offering uninterrupted views of the beach and turquoise waters beyond. The open-plan living room includes a comfortable sitting area and sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The dining space is ideal for casual family meals or cocktails at sunset, and a flat-panel TV with cable is provided for indoor entertainment.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The turnkey kitchen includes updated appliances, granite countertops, a drip coffee maker, and all essential cookware and dining ware. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the unit for added convenience.

Toilet paper, Paper towels, Liquid dish soap, Dishwasher detergent (Cascade), Laundry detergent, Bath soap, Shampoo and conditioner, Blow dryer, iron, and ironing board also provided

Outdoor Living & Amenities:
Just outside your door, you’ll find a large freshwater swimming pool and a heated jacuzzi (heated daily from 7 AM to 9 PM), surrounded by a beautifully maintained walking beach. The lanai offers a front-row seat to daily sunsets over the North Sound — ideal for peaceful mornings or evenings with a glass of wine. Water activities are easily accessible with kayaks, bikes, and paddleboards available for rent next door at Kaibo Beach Grill & Bar.

Convenient Location:
Kaibo Hacienda B-5 is located right next to the Kaibo Beach Grill & Bar, where you can enjoy casual lunches, wood-fired pizza, and refreshing cocktails. For more upscale dining, head upstairs to Kaibo’s fine dining restaurant, just steps away. Rum Point Beach and Red Sail Sports are less than five minutes away by car, offering additional dining, snorkelling excursions, and sunset sails.

"Kaibo5 was a perfect spot for a lazy Caribbean vaca. The condo was clean and equipped with everything you can think of … even the hair straightener my daughter uses at home! We had two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor temp sounded like it might feel hot and sticky but the wind blows away any of that and it just feels lovely and benign. Couple that with the warm waters of the ocean and pool and its nirvana.

"The location of this condo was perfect for walking over to Kaibo to eat and for our two tours that left from the Kaibo dock. The property was just like the pictures and it was very clean, however, there was a musty smell to it that never went away throughout our entire stay. It was well equipped with everything we needed, except that it would have been nice to have more than only three beach towels. We did have a washer and dryer so that helped. The hot and cold faucets were mixed up and we couldn't get hot water for our showers our first night, but one call to the manager and we understood how to fix the problem and we were able to get hot water. The porch was a nice place to sit and the ceiling fans throughout were very welcome. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean and we were able to see starfish right in front of our unit at water's edge. We didn't snorkel there, but we saw a few people who did. There were two very friendly ducks who hung out by the units and many little geckos. It was easy to find a parking space for our rental car and having a code to access the unit was convenient. This unit was about an 8 minute walk to Starfish Point, and we visited multiple times and saw starfish, a stingray, and a beautiful sunset.

"We recently returned from an unforgettable stay at a private condo on the quiet side of the Cayman Islands, and we’re already dreaming about going back. The location was absolutely perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views and just steps away from the water. It felt like we had our own little slice of paradise, far from the crowds and noise. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our three kids had the time of their lives—between the beach and the pool, they were happily entertained the entire trip. "We have stayed at Kaibo in the past but not in this rental. The rental was very clean and had towels, sheets, cooking pots and utensils for all you could need. Only downside was the noise from the rental above. Even with that because we were all on vacation, we enjoyed our visit and would return to this rental.

"Great location with a great view, would definetly recommend. I fished from the dock at the nearby park where I caught a nurse shark, and had a nice barracuda break my line then jumped out of the water. Kaibo restaraunt is walkable and has great pizza.

"if you are looking for lots of things to do, be warned that this isnt the place. Location was hard to find but once we got in, it was amazing. Unfortunately we were only there for 1 day as we had to cut our trip short due to hurricane Beryl but would definitely pick this again. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms and very comfy and private. Amazing view of the beach but again unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy much.

"We debated between 7-mile beach and Rum Point area but decided to opt for the relaxing, quiet vibe of Kaibo Yacht Club. The Kaibo Kai Hacienda condo is perfect - everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of beach and bathroom towels and a well stocked kitchen. Also used the charcoal grill 3 nights instead of going to a restaurant.The pool area and hot tub were a great way to spend an evening after a busy day. So glad we went with the "quiet" end of Cayman. We had rented a car at the airport and used it to get around the island. Driving isn't bad, roads are well marked & easy to get around. Ran into very heavy traffic every time we drove over to 7-mile beach area. But the Rum Point/Kaibo area turned out to be a dream. Starfish Point is less than a mile away, coffee at "Espresso" was wonderful and lunch at Kaibo Beach Restaurant had tasty choices with reasonable prices. We booked a wonderful stingray city tour with "Silver Thatch Watersports" that conveniently left from the Kaibo Marina pier. Foster's Express and Christholm's (sp?) markets are a short drive away - not to mention Tukka"s fabulous restaurant. We snorkeled every day at places like Starfish Point and Rum Point. We found everything we were looking for by staying at Kaibo Kai Haciendo and would happily do it all again! Thanks for a perfect vacation!

"Property was as described and in a great location. Clean and well maintained. Unit was well equipped but wish they offered a Keurig coffee maker instead of a drip. Thelda was very responsive when we needed anything. The property grounds are in need of new loungers and chairs, but learned that the association was in the process of replacing all of the outdoor furniture. Very convenient to have the yacht club next door and surrounding area was beautiful and quiet. Perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Overall, we would stay at this condo again and highly recommend!

"very secluded, heaven on earth! kids enjoyed the pool and shallow waters and just playing with sand. Adults liked pieceful surrounding and sound of ocean just steps away. You will find starfishes, reef fishes just near the building. I would recommend to use water shoes. we cooked a lot, kitchen is very well equipped. if you are not up for cooking, there is a nice restaurant nearby, and Rum Point 5 min drive. There is a water taxi to Camana Bay steps away, and also couple companies which provide sting ray tour directly from Kaibo. Thanks for a great stay! if we go to Caymans again, we will stay with you again!

"This is our second year returning to Unit 5B. The screened in porch opens to the water and nice comfy lawn chairs await those that want to sit and watch the sun come up every morning. The pool and hot tub are steps away. You can wade or swim in the ocean but need aqua socks for the sharp rocks. The Kaibo club just a few condos away offers live music on Tuesday nights and a wonderful family style dinner. You'll need reservations. We walked daily to Star Fish Point to watch the sunset. The beds are very comfortable, the condo is clean and the kitchen in well stocked with just about everything you need. I brought my own dish towels and dish cloths....those are in short supply and I don't care to use sponges for cleaning dishes. We were only given 3 pods for the dish washer so we did most of our dishes by hand. We loved sitting on the screened in patio at night playing cards. At night the stars are visible and the property was peaceful. We really love staying there. It was hard to leave!

"The screened in back-deck is directly on the beach, and a great spot for morning coffee. Multiple styles of chairs on a nice sandy beach, for reading in the sun. Water is warm and calm, but shallow. Short walk down the beach to Kaibo: a great coffee shop (w/ awesome croissants), a great restaurant (w/ tables on the beach and awesome food), and pier (w/ multiple daily taxis to Camana Bay / 7-mile beach, and access to snorkelling + incredible bio-luminescent tours). Short walk to starfish point. Quick drive to rum point (great food and snorkelling). Had a hard time finding the condo when first arriving at night, although easy to find after. Condo has keyless entry, is clean and well-designed, all new appliances and furnishings, great wifi and a/c . Bath towels and snorkels included. Hosts are Incredibly responsiveness over airbnb + whats app. Couldn't have asked for more.

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo! As a nurse who has high expectations for cleanliness I was very thankful for a clean condo! The location is perfect, in a safe and friendly area. Lots of people walking in the mornings and throughout the day. We had a rental car to get around the island and highly recommend. Beautiful beach and plenty of chairs and no crowds like you find elsewhere. We saw a ton of starfish right in front of the condo in shallow water on a daily basis, actually more than we found when we walked to starfish point! Our deep sea fishing boat picked us up at the Kaibo pier which is a short walk right out the door, and it was so convenient walking down the beach to the Kaibo restaurant. Easy 4-5 minute drive to Rum Point which has been remodeled and had wonderful food-great open covered seating for casual lunch and also nicer dining for evening time. Red sail sports is right there as well you can walk up and sign up for stingray city/snorkeling etc! Grab groceries at Foster’s near the airport and there is also a small grocery store called Chisolms 10 minutes away from the condo for little things throughout the trip. Over the Edge is a waterfront restaurant about 10 minutes away as well. I could go on and on, we all loved it and can’t wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Response sent:

"Exactly as pictured. Great location for peace and quiet. Kaibo Yacht Club restaurant, a short stroll down beach, had very friendly staff and the food was consistently good. It was great to be able to walk to Starfish Point! We chartered a private boat that picked us up at the marina which is also a short stroll from the condo. Our favorite restaurant was Tukka and Over the Edge which are a short car ride away. You definitely want to rent a car for exploring! The only suggestion in regards to the condo is to change out the mirrored cabinets in both bathrooms as it blocks the electrical outlet in one bathroom so our friends could not use any hair appliances (flat iron, hairdryer etc) and in the master bathroom it makes turning the sink faucet on and off awkward. Other than that it is a great place to relax and unwind!
