Welcome to Kaibo Sunset – Unit B17, a beautifully updated second-floor beachfront condo located in the exclusive Kaibo Yacht Club Phase I in Cayman Kai.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit offers guests uninterrupted views of the North Sound, direct beach access, and all the comforts of home in a laid-back island setting.
Surrounded by soft white sand and swaying palms, this property is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking for a tranquil Caribbean escape just steps from dining, watersports, and the ferry to Seven Mile Beach.

Fully Equipped:
This open-concept condo features beach-chic décor, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a drip coffee maker, and a comfortable living room that opens to a screened lanai with panoramic water views.

Accommodation:
The primary bedroom includes a king bed, en-suite bath, and direct patio access with ocean views. The guest bedroom offers one double bed and one twin bed, while the living room features a sleeper sofa. High-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a stereo system are included to ensure a relaxing stay.

Outdoor Amenities and inclusions:
Guests enjoy access to a large infinity pool and spa within landscaped gardens, a private screened lanai, and complimentary use of two single kayaks and three adult bikes.
Beachfront loungers and a barbecue grill are available for use. The condo comes fully stocked with bath and beach towels.

Convenient Location:
Kaibo Sunset is located within the peaceful and upscale Cayman Kai community. Right next door is the Kaibo Beach Grill & Bar, offering casual and fine dining options, while Rum Point Beach is just a short drive or bike ride away. The area is known for its quiet beauty, marine wildlife, and calm waters perfect for snorkelling and paddleboarding.
Grocery stores are about 15 to 20 minutes away and are closed on Sundays, but restaurants and gas stations remain open.

Kaibo Sunset includes - a starter pack with dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Please Note: Due to past guest requests Kaibo Sunset Condo does not have cooking oil, spices, detergents or shampoos. Ensure you get these before your arrival.
- A blow dryer, iron, ironing board, and beach chairs are also provided.

Transportation:
A rental car is strongly recommended for getting around Cayman Kai and exploring the island. While limited public bus service exists, it's not frequent in this area.
The Rum Point Water Ferry provides a scenic boat ride to and from Camana Bay on Seven Mile Beach. Free on-site parking is available.

Guests will be welcomed on arrival by our on-island management team, who will assist with check-in and remain available throughout your stay for any questions, maintenance needs, or concierge requests to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Accessibility: This is a second-floor unit and requires the use of stairs.

"ARRIVED – Place looks great! Better than expected (day 1) Morning ride on the bikes (so nice to have available) spent day on the beach (day 2) Morning ride than took the kayaks out to starfish point (day 3) Morning ride on bikes than drive to 7 mile beach and visit to Foster’s – EXPENSIVE!! (day 4) Day 5, day 6 ……. We have been all over the world and always rented AirBNB or VRBO, your place is the best equipped so Far!!! The bikes, kayaks, coolers, kitchen (had all our meals made as if we were home) Comfy beds and the list is too long… The Rum cake ❤️ DAY 10, Check out Heading to Havana for the 1st time (hope that goes well) 10/10 Thanks!

Convenience & Comfort in Grand Cayman!

"Our family of 4, recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic condo in Grand Cayman. From start to finish, everything was great! Caz was great with communication, always prompt and helpful, ensuring we had all the information we needed. The property was ready before check-in, which was a huge help and allowed us to start our vacation right away. The condo itself was comfortable, clean, and quiet. It provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is excellent – I'm so glad we decided to take a chance and stay on this side of the island. One of the highlights was the convenience of having the excursion boats pick us up right next door. This made planning our activities easy and stress-free. Additionally, we found that all the restaurants we wanted to try were within a 25-minute drive, which worked out perfectly for us. I would recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again. It truly made our Grand Cayman trip fantastic!

"I’ve stayed in this complex a couple other times over the years, so I was quite familiar with the area and general amenities. The keyless entry to this unit was awesome, we absolutely loved never having to carry a key. The garage lock is a bit wonky but we were able to figure it out and enjoy lots of kayaking. Washer/ dryer is very convenient, just be aware you need to buy detergent when you get groceries. Having Kaibo next door is a huge benefit, awesome beach bar and first class fine dining upstairs. You can also use the Bird app to rent a roadside scooter for quickly getting to run point or starfish cove. Just be sure to turn off the “auto-reload” to avoid unnecessary charges. HIGHLY recommend Captain Jerry’s for any type of boat charter. He and his crew are the best we’ve ever experienced, the boat is immaculate and they go way above and beyond. Deep sea/reef fishing, tour, snorkeling, etc. Great family trip!
