Laguna del Mar #15 is a newly renovated second-floor beachfront condo offering direct ocean views from one of the most prestigious stretches of Seven Mile Beach. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious open layout, this stylish and comfortable unit sleeps up to seven guests and is perfect for families or small groups seeking luxury and convenience right on the sand.

The Space

This 2nd-floor condo was fully remodeled in 2019 and includes two king beds, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. All bedrooms are equipped with new flat-screen TVs and Movie Max packages, and the living space features high-end furnishings and décor. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and all the essential cookware and utensils. Guests also have access to fibre optic Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, a safe, bath and beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and other home comforts. The condo measures 208 square metres and opens out to a private balcony with ocean views.

Guests have full access to the private condo unit and all shared resort-style amenities at Laguna del Mar, including a beachfront pool, hot tub, tennis court, gym, BBQ areas, garden spaces, and the pristine sugar sand beach. Elevator access is available to the 2nd floor, and complimentary open-air parking is included for one vehicle.

The location is ideal, with various restaurants, a yoga studio, coffee shops, and water sports nearby. Guests can also explore the Camana Bay waterfront complex, which offers a range of dining options, boutiques, and local markets.

RECOMMENDED RESTAURANTS: Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants, and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following, which are all within walking distance:
- Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.

OTHER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED RESTAURANTS to visit during your stay include the following:
- Casa 43 Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar - Just a few minutes away, this local favorite serves up bold Mexican flavors and an excellent tequila selection. Fun, lively atmosphere.
- Yoshi Sushi - Consistently rated one of the best sushi spots on the island. Fresh fish, creative rolls, and great service. About 5 minutes by car.
- Ragazzi Restaurant & Pizzeria - A long-standing favorite offering authentic Italian cuisine, wood-fired pizzas, and an impressive wine list. 5–7 minutes’ drive.
- Luca - Elegant and upscale, perfect for a special night out. Mediterranean-inspired menu and a beachfront setting at Caribbean Club. Roughly 10 minutes away.
- Peppers Bar & Grill - A relaxed, local spot with a hearty Caribbean fair, jerk chicken, and live music on select nights. Walkable from the complex.
- Island Naturals Café - Great for smoothies, vegetarian and vegan options, and a healthy breakfast or lunch. Around 5 minutes away.
- XQ’s Pizza Bar & Grill - Affordable and casual with good pizza, burgers, and cocktails. Family-friendly and just a short drive.

This central location offers easy access to public transportation with a nearby bus stop serving the West Bay Road corridor. Car rentals are readily available in the area, and open-air parking is included with the unit. The airport, grocery stores, and main attractions are all easily accessible within a short drive.

Guests will be supported by onsite management and guest services available during business hours. Evening security staff are present from 7 PM to 6 AM to ensure a safe and relaxed experience.

This is a 2nd-floor unit and is accessible by elevator but may not be suitable for wheelchair users. While the complex offers direct beach access, guests should note that the southern end of Seven Mile Beach is occasionally affected by seasonal sand shifts and beach erosion. There remains a small sandy area for loungers and umbrellas.

Supermarkets such as Foster’s and Kirk Market are nearby but closed on Sundays. No smoking, pets, or events are permitted.

"No complaints about the condo. The pictures and description are accurate. Location was great, near restaurants, cabana bay, walkable to other beaches, everything you need. Erosion has impacted this part of Beach but still enough to satisfy our needs. We preferred it better than the many people near westin area. Communication with management company was extremely prompt. Overall great place, highly recommend
