Laguna del Mar #5 is a luxury ground-floor condo with direct ocean views and beachfront access, located on the prestigious Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman. This beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit includes two king beds, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, making it an excellent choice for families or groups of up to seven guests. With modern amenities, thoughtful inclusions, and access to top-tier onsite facilities, this condo is a perfect choice for your Grand Cayman getaway.

The Space

This luxury condominium offers the best of Seven Mile Beach right at its doorstep, with a private sandy beach and the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea just steps away. The unit includes complimentary high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi, flat-panel TVs in each room, and Movie Max supreme cable packages in the living area and all bedrooms.
Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer.
Essentials such as bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper, napkins, and paper towels are provided. Baby amenities including a pack 'n play, high chair, and beach toys for kids are available upon request.

The condo is air-conditioned, with 5 ceiling fans and includes 4 TVs, garden furniture, barbecue, iron, safe, hair dryer, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors.
The property spans 208 square meters and includes communal amenities such as a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, gym/fitness centre, garden, and lake. Guests also have access to outdoor BBQs and secure open-air parking.

Guests have full access to the entire condo unit, as well as all community amenities at Laguna Del Mar. These include the private sugar sand beach with easy ocean access, a tennis court, a fitness room, a lakeside garden, communal outdoor BBQs, a swimming pool, hot tub, and elevator access to all floors of the complex.
Security is available onsite between 7 PM and 6 AM, and guest services and an onsite manager are available during business hours to assist with anything needed during your stay.

The location is ideal, with various restaurants, a yoga studio, coffee shops, and water sports nearby. Guests can also explore the Camana Bay waterfront complex, which offers a range of dining options, boutiques, and local markets.

RECOMMENDED RESTAURANTS: Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants, and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following, which are all within walking distance:
- Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.

- Casa 43 Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar - Just a few minutes away, this local favorite serves up bold Mexican flavors and an excellent tequila selection. Fun, lively atmosphere.
- Yoshi Sushi - Consistently rated one of the best sushi spots on the island. Fresh fish, creative rolls, and great service. About 5 minutes by car.
- Ragazzi Restaurant & Pizzeria - A long-standing favorite offering authentic Italian cuisine, wood-fired pizzas, and an impressive wine list. 5–7 minutes’ drive.
- Luca - Elegant and upscale, perfect for a special night out. Mediterranean-inspired menu and a beachfront setting at Caribbean Club. Roughly 10 minutes away.
- Peppers Bar & Grill - A relaxed, local spot with a hearty Caribbean fair, jerk chicken, and live music on select nights. Walkable from the complex.
- Island Naturals Café - Great for smoothies, vegetarian and vegan options, and a healthy breakfast or lunch. Around 5 minutes away.
- XQ’s Pizza Bar & Grill - Affordable and casual with good pizza, burgers, and cocktails. Family-friendly and just a short drive.

A rental car is recommended for exploring Grand Cayman more fully, though many attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. Car rentals can be arranged through Kayak.com, Marshall’s, or Andy’s Rent-a-Car. A public bus stop is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk away and provides regular service along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach.

Guest Services and the onsite manager are available during business hours to assist with anything you may need throughout your stay. Whether it’s making restaurant reservations, arranging tours or excursions, or handling special requests, the team is on hand to help ensure your stay is comfortable and seamless.

Supermarkets such as Foster’s and Kirk Market are just a short drive away and offer a wide selection of groceries and international food items. Please note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations remain open. Select gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays. This is a ground-floor unit, but please be aware that it is not wheelchair or elevator accessible. One parking space is available per unit. Please also note that the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, including Laguna del Mar, has been affected at times by seasonal and cyclical beach erosion. While this varies throughout the year and is beyond our control, there is still a small beach area at the property with lounge chairs and umbrellas available. House rules include no smoking, no pets, and no events, parties, or large gatherings.
