Nestled gracefully on the tranquil North Sound, Mahogany Villa #2-A boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the North Sound and surrounding waterways. You'll find our villa and new development in a quiet, peaceful, family-friendly residential neighborhood, tucked away in a serene, dead-end enclave. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

We look forward to sharing the magic of Mahogany Villa #2-A with you, offering an unforgettable retreat that combines opulence with warmth and hospitality.

Accommodations:
The villa is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom 2-story retreat that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Here's a breakdown of the bedroom configurations:
- 1st-floor bedroom #1: Queen-size bed, TV, Sonos sounder, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- 1st-floor half bath (powder room).
- 2nd-floor owner's suite: King-size bed, TV, Sonos portable speaker, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- 2nd-floor bedroom #3: Queen-size bed, TV, Sonos sounder, Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo (shared with bedroom #4).
- 2nd-floor bedroom #4: Queen-size bed, TV.

Behavioral Guidelines:
The Mahogany Villas are not a party destination; instead, luxury, tranquility and peace reflect the special daily lifestyle.
Loud, disruptive parties that disturb neighbors are not tolerated. Please respect your Neighbor. Behavior in this manner may result in eviction of the property with no refund issued.

Inclusions:
The property also has beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. The property also has a Pack n Play set you can reserve in advance for your booking. Anything else you require we can help to arrange through local operators

Amenities:
Private Pool: Enjoy your own private pool with a generously covered waterfront patio and a large deck area. The pool is 8' 1/2" wide by 14' long. It is 5 ft deep. There is a nice sitting ledge on one end.

30 ft. Boat Dock:
The villa includes a private 30 ft. boat dock, allowing boaters to explore the North Sound, Stingray City, and the Caribbean Sea. Seasoned boaters can rent a 21 to 24-foot private boat or jet skis for the day, partial week, or full week.

Rooftop Terrace:
The highlight of the villa is the spectacular 3rd-floor rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views of the North Sound and waterways. The terrace is shared with the neighbouring villa (not a rental unit) and is used sparingly by the owners during the year. It features a dining table, chairs, outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ grill, and a beverage refrigerator.

Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen:
The villa boasts a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, ideal for preparing your own meals. You can also bring in your own private chef if desired.

Smart TVs and Wi-Fi:
All TVs in the villa are smart TVs with preloaded apps, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.

Mahogany Villa #2-A at Sea Haven Ocean Villas is conveniently located within a 10-minute drive of a supermarket, liquor store, shopping options, and dining establishments. Seven Mile Beach, the airport, and Georgetown are all easily accessible, just a 12-15 minute drive away.

"Amazing and very well maintained location in Cayman. A bit away from the main areas of the city but not far. Definitely would suggest renting a car. The beds/bedding and the outdoor space were our favorites. The house has a pool and there’s another pool in the complex. They also provide ample things to go to the beach and enjoy the day!! Super responsive and helpful when needed. Would def consider a stay here again!

"This property fit well above the expectations of our group, and was perfect for the relaxing low key holiday we had planned. The property management company was wonderful and very helpful. The neighbors did make a noise complaint our first night because couple of us were talking outside late and we did not notice the quiet hour posting. Would've been nice if they had simply talked to us instead of complaining but that's not the property's fault. There were no issues after that as we just set an alarm and came inside before quiet hours started. I'd 100% recommend this location. Tip: this is not in the touristy section of the island. Highly recommend a rental car.

"Our family of seven loved the villa. It was perfect for us. Our grandchildren would spend the first part of the day in the ocean, but would jump in the pool when we returned to the house. The house was well equipped and management was very responsive to us. We had no issues during our one week visit. We would highly recommend this listing.

"Melinda was accommodating to our needs for example supplying the coffee maker and the suggestions of the different restaurants. Place was clean and had all the necessary items and supplies needed for the stay. Very modern and spacious living space. Family wants to plan this every year. The kids enjoyed the night swim after a long day at the beach. Enjoyed the sunrise every morning! Thank you for the beautiful memories we've created from staying here.

Beautiful rental!

"This home is stunning. Brand new development. Very peaceful!! On the water, but not a beachfront. It is in more of a residential area. You definitely need to rent a car to get around. There is a grocery store very near and several places to eat. The house has a rooftop deck with very comfortable furniture. Each of the bedrooms have very comfortable beds and bedding. The furnishings are all high quality. The living room furniture is very comfortable. The pool is small, but we didn’t use it much as we went to the beach every day. It has a nice, covered deck with adequate outdoor seating. Great kitchen! Plenty of towels and beach towels. They also have beach chairs available to use. Everything was top notch. I would definitely stay there again!
